He'd walked down onto a main road until he caught sight of Yukiko waiting for his arrival. With nothing more than a nod and a curt, "Let's go." He would walk with her down the path and scan the area for any sign of the Samurai. It was said that they had several posts scattered around the country. Camp-like checkpoints that had been built to service the ninja of all countries and guide them to the fabled Chuunin Exams. They passed desolate pine forests and dusty ruins as they continued their search. Several times, the path had been roadblocked by giant stones, remnants of the war that had once plagued this land. Atlas would only acknowledge them for a second, beforing gesturing towards Yukiko to follow him as he found a different path.

Minutes passed, then a half-hour. Then, as their time searching was about to hit the full hour mark, they had finally found them- the Samurai. Nine men and two women, clad in robes and crimson red armor. All of them carrying brilliant katanas and sporting the insignia of their country. They had been in the middle of eating breakfast, but paused when they all took notice of the Cloud ninja that had appeared from the forests. Atlas held respect for them, as he was a practitioner of the sword as well, and hated to admit to himself that a pang of fear had struck his heart when he'd seen them. They looked a lot more threatening than the stories had said they would. But he didn't let that fact deter him from continuing on to the Chuunin Exam's.

After a moment of awkward silence, with Yukiko by his side, Atlas would give them a nod, hoping they understood what he sought to obtain. Guidance to the country of Tetsu no Kuni. They looked at him for a moment, then finally showed signs of understanding. One of the older Samurai tossed a short wave at one of his students- a young woman with a muscular build, clad in light armor and equipped with three separate blades. She would nod, and approach Atlas and Yukiko. It was time to go, for their travels would be long.
