[li]Meaning little flower, she was given this name to personify that she was a little bud with potential to bloom into a beautiful flower. As the second born daughter, she also would forever be the little one which only goes hand in hand with her name. As if to connect their two daughters, the prefix Ko was also used to tie in with the suffix portion of her older sister, Aiko, which means little loved one. Kohana was to be the little flower to serve their little loved one as her sister's personal Branch House bodyguard. However the little loved one's love for her flower prevented their parents from placing the seal on Kohana's forehead which started a feud that has lasted their entire lives.

[li]Through her years as a kunoichi of Konohagakure no Sato she had gone from a meek little girl afraid of disappearing in her families shadow, a bitter teenager who did her best to dabble into any and everything to make her strong, then to a vile woman who destroyed everything she touched to better herself and dominate those around her. Specifically men would fall to her beauty and charm and be put down in their fit of lust. However, the Man Eater is no more. Through the last few years the ferocity of her rage has calmed.
Upon meeting him however she has found a reason to be happy and caring and take pride in others as much as she had once in herself. Because of this, Kohana has become a kind woman, though stern and brimming with power still, she uses it to better herself in order to better others. Though some rage and anger still is held towards her family she focuses on spending time with her sister Aiko instead to curve her desire for their destruction. But above all else, she wants to be a woman to be respected rather than feared.
As Hokage, despite her tenor still in its infancy, Kohana looks to strengthen what forces she has and safety net her already battered village so no other catastrophe preys on it once more. Above all else she shows she cares and shows she is determined to do anything necessary to bring Konohagakure back to success. Only thing that seems to depress her is thoughts of him. The inadequacy she felt in comparison to her family has switched with him, striving now to keep rising in rank to stand besides him and not behind him.
QUIRKS & TENDENCIES
Often she will bite her lower lip when in deep thought or twirl her hair around her index finger while trying to comprehend something. She also tends to fold her arms over her chest, unintentionally showing off her busty physique. Above all else, at times, she has a visible eye twitch when trying to not become angered as easy as she used to be.
[li]Being a good head taller than most Hyuuga women, or most women in general, she prides herself in her looks. Skin is a pale milky white, soft and smooth. Her figure itself is rather curvy and quite endowed, which she subtly shows off for her own need for attention. Her legs especially are long while her arms are normal for her height and weight. Facial features are pegged as the epitome of grace, it being somewhat heart-shaped yet with full lips, somewhat small yet defined nose, normal sized ears, perfectly shaped eyebrows, and high cheek bones. Atop her head her hair, dark as raven down, falls to her lower back and tied near the end with a white ribbon bow. Her pale, empty eyes have a curiosity yet deep anger seated within its depths.
[li]Completely discarding her Flak Jacket, Kohana adopted a style of her own that didn't promote either the Hyuuga nor Konoha. Where most men's eyes would go, her breasts, one would notice that covering her torso was that of a black corset with white ribbon laces tying the back up as well as white seams creating a zigzag pattern, much the like the tie in the back, across the front. Because there isn't anything attached to the bottom of the corset, like a skirt or dress like most, her navel sometimes shows depending on her movement.
The rest of her outfit is what makes people turn their heads. Kohana wears short black shorts with a black skirt over top that has slits up the sides, but the skirt's design is what catches people’s eyes. There is a white pattern that looks like people being consumed by a white lightning. A very elaborate and disturbing pattern indeed, but most never dared to ask. For footwear, Kohana wears a pair of black stiletto type shoes that look fashionable but still have heels that allow for easy running without too much pain. The only thing adorning her arms is a silver chain around her left wrist that seems to be missing a charm. Finally, around her neck, she wears her Konoha headband, the only thing that distinguishes her as a kunoichi from the Leaf.
Supaiku Hi-ru Rank: B Type: Primary. Special: Adds additional damage to kicks! Can be used in combination with existing techniques as well which deal with kick-based attacks. Not only do the target of these heels have to deal with the kick itself, but they are too burdened with the possibility of being stabbed by such footwear. Skin can be torn, punctured and pierced along with a great chance of receiving painful, heavy bruising with this addition, making these shoes the perfect ones for stylish shinobi! Description: Adopted by Kunoichi and fashionable males, Supaiku Hi-ru are heeled shoes and come in a variety of different styles and colours. Bearing such pointy heels, they prove useful in combat for those trained in battling whilst wearing them, and can deal bonus damage on top of any connected hand-to-hand techniques which deal with foot-related attacks! Of course- wearing these not only makes you look like a queen, it also makes you walk like one, allowing you to strut in to battle and use these heels to their extent. This means that you can puncture, stab, bruise and tear at people using the heel on top of existing damage, if you use them wisely enough. How fabulous! This means you can look gorgeous and be deadly at the same time!
Knuckle Duster Rank: C Type: Primary / Fist / Melee Description:In brass or steel, knuckle dusters are a typical civillian weapon that are easy to hide and very effective in close quarters. Placed over the fingers, these heavy connected rings fit just under the knuckles and allow regular punches to be a force to reckon with. They come in reinforced brass, bladed, and with spiked variations.
Kunai (Throwing Knife) x3 Rank: D Type: Secondary / Melee + Ranged Special: 2 per Pack. Description: This throwing knife is one of the common weapons of a ninja. It is often kept in a holster on the leg in a pouch attached to the belt. What makes it so versatile and universal is the fact the Kunai can be used in conjunction with explosive tags and other weapons to form deadly combos out of simple, easily accessible items.
Senbon (Throwing Needles) x3 Rank: D Type: Secondary / Ranged Special: 10 per Pack. Description: Senbon were first used by doctors in acupuncture, but due to its reported widespread effectiveness, it was quickly adopted by ninja in order to hit points on the body that can induce paralysis, loss of consciousness, or even death.
Senbon Launcher Rank: C Type: Modification Special: Launcher holds up to 5 Senbon. Takes up 2 'Pack' slots. Senbon travel 20 meters at double their normal speed before losing effectiveness and crashing. Description: Usually hidden on either of the user's forearm, this launcher can be used to send needles at their opponents at higher speeds with better accuracy. Up to five needles can be launched at once, resulting in deadly surprise.
Shuriken (Ninja Star) x3 Rank: D Type: Secondary / Ranged Special: 5 per Pack. Description: A shuriken, like kunai, is one of the more basic weapons employed by ninja of all classes. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, no more than a few inches long, and are extremely useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, or, if accurate enough, to kill. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also a benefit in aerodynamics, as it ensures more accurate trajectories.
Smoke Grenade x3 Rank: C Type: Tool / Area of Effect Range: 0 - 10 meters Special: 3 per pack Description: This explodable comes in the form of a long, skinny cylinder, no more than a few inches long. At the top lies a pin which, when pulled, activates the grenade's internal components. Within seconds, thick, dark smoke begins to spew from the cylinder, covering a wide area and leaving all those nearby blinded and gagging.
Ankle Weights Rank: A Type: Universal Accessory / Self Special: When worn, all leg related Taijutsu is improved by a single rank, but the user suffers a speed loss equivalent to half their normal movement speed. However, when removed, a large speed boost is gained, equal to double the user's normal speed, and lasts for as many turns as the user had the weights equipped for. Once a boost is used, it cannot be used again in the same thread until the user exits. Each set of ankle weights take up two (2) accessory slots. Description: Though an old fashioned training method, taijutsu specialists use these extremely heavy weights to increase their speed and movement. These weights are worn under the warmers on the user's lower legs. When removed, the user gains a great increase in their speed and mobility. The weights are marked with the kanji for "guts".
World Recorder Rank: A Type: Universal Accessory / Self Special: Allows the player to record unique locations, such as hidden villages, gates, special event areas, etc. with the use of their chakra. Locations are remembered until they are somehow changed (like hidden village gates, for example). Each recorder takes up one (1) accessory slot. Description: Given the extreme topographical changes suffered by the world as a result of the Great War, things are no longer as they used to be. However, with the World Recorded equipped, the shinobi will never have to be worried about getting lost again!
Satchel Rank: C Type: Universal Accessory / Extension / Self Special: Allows the storage of 5 extra Packs. Available to all ranks, including Non-Ninja. Each satchel takes up one (1) accessory slot. Can only begin with one when creating character! Description: The Satchel is a simple holding device which can store extra secondary weapons should the user need to call on them quickly in battle. Appearing like a regular carrying, it is hung on one's side or worn at the hip for easy access.
Breath Mask Rank: D - S Type: Universal Accessory / Self Special: Rank of mask determines the amount of time a user can spend underwater before needing to resurface and recharge the device. It takes a whole turn/post of being outside of the water in order for the apparatus to recharge. Additionally, mask is designed to keep out aerial objects that may harm the user, such as generic poisons and micro-fragments, equal to one rank lower than the rank of the mask. Each mask takes up one (1) accessory slot.

Description: With this accessory, the ninja is able to breath underwear for short periods of time. The apparatus appears to be a very small mask, and covers only the nose and mouth of the user. Although, it is quite hard and sturdy, and usually comes in a deep black color.

As its name implies, the Byakugan is just that, a featureless white eye that can occasionally possess hints of blue-gray and lavender, respectively. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge, representing the sudden chakra activation that makes the doujutsu possible. All members of the clan possess and can use the kekkei genkai from birth, as opposed to needing to awaken it. Byakugan gives the user a near 360 degree field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. With this vision, the Hyuuga can see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight up to a maximum standard distance of fifty meters. However, by holding a single seal (tiger), the user may enter a "focused" state and increase their range up to a maximum of five kilometers; they must remain still during this enhanced sight, and due to their attention (and sight) being well beyond their immediate surroundings, are quite vulnerable to assaults. Finally, one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow as well as the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style - the Gentle Fist.
Note: Because of the eyes ability to see all things chakra related, the user can detect chakra sealed barriers as well as determine when genjutsu is being used. It can also discern a transformation as well all types of clones (spare for Shadow Clones, as the chakra is evenly distributed).
Jyuuken (Gentle Fist) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: -
The clan member can use their fingers or palms to emit chakra to flow into their opponents body's at these precise points. When the hand draws close enough to strike, the clan member can stop or increase their opponents chakra flow. The internal chakra coils which spread throughout the body also wrap around the internal chakra producing organs. So if the internal coils are attacked, it also damages these internal organs. Because a ninja cannot train their internal body, such damage can be a critical hit for even a highly skilled ninja.
Note: This is the base technique for all subsequent Hyuuga techniques.
Hakke Sanjuunishou (Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: x2 Mid
Once the Hyuuga is comfortable envisioning their Hakke domain and establishing it as their own personal striking grounds, they are taught the art of striking and sealing tenketsu. Moving their hands and arms and bullet like speeds, the Hyuuga extends their palm towards their enemy, and leads with both hands outstretched, so that their fingers land first - 2 strikes, then 4, 8, 16, and finally, 32 tenketsu. As the victim is caught in attack, they are temporarily paralyzed if they are touched even once. Although the result isn't as drastic as 64 or 128 strikes, it can nonetheless close off a specific type of chakra flow within the victim of the Hyuuga's choosing.
Note: This technique effectively shuts out one of the user’s elemental affinities. It should be noted that these strikes are carried out incredibly fast. Chances are, if you’re hit by the first two, the subsequent thirty will also land. In most cases, this will be considered to be automatically true. However, we are aware that there are some situations where this simply may not be possible (the chances of it happening is very rare).
In that situation, a moderator will come in to judge the situation accordingly. Presuming the technique does not finish, but the target was hit enough times for the damage to be substantial, they victim will be limited to c-rank jutsu and below for the remaining duration of the thread.
Hakke Kuushou (Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m, Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: 2x Mid
Once the Hyuuga understands the art of summoning energy all at once into a single, fine strike, they are able to execute with the same precision, but from a distance. Extending chakra from their body, the Hyuuga will thrust their palm at the target, sending out a vicious wave of wind that can knock the opponent back a great distance (up to three meters). The sphere of wind is roughly the size of a bowling ball, yet carriers a tremendous amount of force.
Juuho Soushiken (Gentle Step Twin Lion Fist) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Of the few non-main Gentle Fist techniques, Juuho Soushiken is nonetheless an attack to be feared. After gathering chakra into their fists, the Hyuuga will skillfully spin and rush towards their target in order strike them. Spectral heads of pure, Hyuuga chakra will then form around their fists, forming two large lion-shaped shrouds that can be used to attacks the opponent. Because of their nature, they can move past solid defenses and attack the opponent internally. Best of all, because of the chakra's nature, any contact the claws have with the victim's chakra network results in the target being paralyzed (for one post).
Hakke Hasangeki (Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: 2x High
This wave of chakra released from the point of contact is highly destructive, and collapses all of the user's tenketsu point in the torso region simultaneously. The sudden pain and shock are easily capable of rendering the target unconscious, and in most cases, can kill a person with a single hit (only if the strike lands on the heart prior to release). Yet another variation to the Palm thrust, this is the grandest creation of all. This technique can easily lift a grown man from their feet, throwing them back several meters (usually into an object), which only increases the damage they'll take.
Note: It should be noted that the user must still touch the victim with the hand used to unleash this technique prior to letting the blast loose to achieve the full effect. Otherwise, this will simply function as a slightly stronger Vacuum Palm.
Hakke Kuuhekishou (Eight Trigrams Vacuum Wall Palm) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
A tandem jutsu, Hakke Kuuhekishou involves two Hyuuga using Hakke Kuushou simultaneously, back to back, to dramatically increase its power. Not only does the technique's range increase, but its overall size (this technique is capable of affecting up to five targets that are within three feet of each other). This technique can be performed solo, however, without sharing the cost with a companion. This, however, requires that the user execute the technique with both hands and fully supplement the chakra themselves.
Note: If used by two Hyuuga, this technique only costs 2x Mid from both. Users must known Hakke Kuushou before learning this technique.
Hakke Rokujuuyonshou (Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: 2x Mid
The second level of Hakke strikes involves doubling the previous 32, although with a few notable differences - Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line only. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. Like with the previous 32, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forcibly closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent, thus limiting their opponent's ability to use jutsu much greater than ever.
Note: This technique effectively seals away two of the victim’s elements (they can decide which). It should be noted that these strikes are carried out incredibly fast. Chances are, if you’re hit by the first two, the subsequent sixty-two will also land. In most cases, this will be considered to be automatically true. However, we are aware that there are some situations where this simply may not be possible (the chances of it happening is very rare).
In that situation, a moderator will come in to judge the situation accordingly. Presuming the technique does not finish, but the target was hit enough times for the damage to be substantial, they victim will be limited to c-rank jutsu and below for the remaining duration of the thread.
Hakkeshou Kaiten (Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast and sustain
Like many of the Jyuuken techniques, Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye, including an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings, so that the member to see all angles around them. As such, if an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu and, simultaneous to the release, begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.
Note: This technique possesses a large amount of gale force (as demonstrated when used to deflect a numerous amount of shadow clones). However, a substantial enough of explosion will break through and set the Hyuuga off balance, thusly ending the technique.
While spinning, the Hyuuga’s vision is severely hampered and blurred (much like a normal person’s), limiting their awareness of what is transpiring outside of the sphere.
Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou (Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
The final level of Hakke strikes involves doubling the previous 64, and like its younger brother, remains passed down only through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. As the amount of strikes is double from before once more, the Hyuuga ends up striking 254 accumulated times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times, leaving their victim paralyzed and without chakra.
Note: This technique effectively seals all of the user’s chakra natures, including the raw chakra necessary to utilize kekkei genkai. It should be noted that these strikes are carried out incredibly fast. Chances are, if you’re hit by the first two, the subsequent one hundred, twenty-six will also land. In most cases, this will be considered to be automatically true. However, we are aware that there are some situations where this simply may not be possible (the chances of it happening is very rare).

Using their ability to expel chakra from every chakra point on their body, a member of the Hyuuga clan can hit their opponent with a blast of chakra that will send them flying away from the user in the form of a single hand tap, or even when the enemy attempts to touch the Hyuuga or trap them. It is also useful when the Hyuuga has been bound by an enemy; targeting weak points in the prison that they see with their Byakugan with their sudden chakra rush in order to dispel it. This technique was made legendary when its creator employed it to save themselves from sudden crystallization at the hands of a Shoton master.
Shugo Hakke Rokujuuyonshou (Protection of the Eight Trigrams 64 Palms) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Defensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: 2x High to cast, High to sustain
One of the stronger Branch Jyuuken jutsu, this technique allows the clan member to emit a constant stream of chakra from their palms, creating extremely thin, sharp, arc-shaped chakra beams with which to defend oneself. With their natural flexibility and trained close-combat tact, the Hyuuga can reach any point around them, allowing them form a ten meter dome which can hit any target that dares come within their range. While using this technique, the clan member's arms move with such speed that their movements become a blur, allowing them to strike a crowd of targets with extreme precision, much like the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. It is so precise that it can cut smaller targets, like bees, in half. Additionally, the clan member can control the size of the chakra beams in their palms, allowing them to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across their entire attack range.

Shousen no Jutsu (Mystical Hand Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Shousen Jutsu is one of the most fundamental yet vital Medical Ninjutsu techniques utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands, creating a special chakra designed to speed up the body's natural healing process exponentially. The chakra is represented by a faint glow around each of the user's hands, a perfect circle formed around the appendage, with the glow itself letting off a faint, blue hue.
Note: This technique is capable of healing a small or moderate amount quickly, such as a single injured appendage, (in the time of one post) after damage has been received. However, larger scales of damage require more extensive periods of time (for a maximum of three posts). The level of “damage” sustained should be judged to the best of your capabilities, and if needed, confirmed by a Moderator.
It should also be noted that the healing effect of this technique can only be facilitated through the hands.
Horisageru no Karada (To Delve Into the Body) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 15 Chakra Consumption: Mid
A highly precise Medical ninjutsu, the user channels chakra into their hands and then places them both on the patient's solar plexus. The chakra pulses through the body in several waves, taking all important information about the condition of the body and relaying it to the user. In this way a Medical ninja is capable of instantly understanding what is wrong with the body, although not necessarily what is needed to fix the problem.
Chakra no Mesu (Chakra Scalpel) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, Low to sustain
Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the medic will focus chakra to their hands, creating a distinct, colored hue of chakra. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. Developed for surgery, it has since taken a unique aspect in battle.
Note: The damage inflicted by this technique is enough to severely injure internal organs and slice muscles for 50% reduction in functionality. Internal bleeding is somewhat steep near the more primary organs, and will result in the death of the victim in ten posts if no treated.
Chakra Ijou (Chakra Transfer) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: Low - Massive
Chakra Exhaustion is a dangerous thing for shinobi to have to face. Medical Ninja developed a way to fix that problem. By touching the center of the patient's chest with both hands, the user is capable of sending chakra directly into the patient's chakra circulatory system, allowing the system to process the chakra and receive it as if the chakra were the person's own. While the user maintains their touch on the patient's body, the amount of chakra per turn varies on the user’s will.
Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu (Fine Affliction Extraction) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu is a skill used by medical ninja to remove harmful poisons from a patient's body. The ninja will infuse their chakra into liquid bubble, which they will insert into the patient transdermally. Targeting the liver and kidneys, the medic can filter the patient’s blood rapidly, filling the bubble with the dangerous toxins which can be discarded once the procedure is complete.
Naite no Jutsu (Dead Hands Technique) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: 2x Mid; 2x High (optional)
Although most Medical Shinobi utilize this technique for combat, Naite no Jutsu may also be used to help the user combat things like cancerous growths by simply killing the cancerous cells. While active, the user is capable of causing massive cellular destruction of an area of one inch per second per rank of the technique. The chakra is represented by a faint glow around each of the user's hands, a perfect circle formed around the appendage, with the glow itself letting off a faint, black hue.
Note: This technique works in the opposite manner as Shousen no Jutsu. Immediately touching an area can result in “killing” the appendage and thusly making it unable to be used. However, charging this ability (for a maximum of three posts and offering 2x High) can provide the user will a one-hit kill, regardless of where they touch the victim.

Ninpou: Doku Kiri is an advanced Medical Ninjutsu technique utilized by skilled medics. After the needed handseals, the medic inhales briefly before expelling a dense cloud of purple poisonous gas from their mouth at high speeds (in a 10x10 meter area in front of them). This poison serves as a very potent paralytic (capable of stunning a victim for two posts). This can serve as cover to escape and as an offensive technique against their opponent, or as a trap when luring opponents your way.
Note: The user is affected by this mist.
Sosei no Jutsu (Resuscitation Technique) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 10 Chakra Consumption: High
A tricky Medical Ninjutsu that has, nonetheless, saved many lives, Sosei no Jutsu works by channeling chakra directly to the heart of the patient, causing it to beat. This chakra disregards numbing effects, since the chakra causes the heart to beat against its' own will. Aside from that, when a person dies, their brain stays active from one to ten minutes before perishing. If the heart can be restarted, then the patient can be saved. With a two-person medical team, one Ninja may perform this technique while the other focuses upon treating the symptoms of death. If worked correctly, a patient who would otherwise be dead may be saved and, potentially, be brought back to life. If the brain has already ceased activity, then this technique will not work.
Note: This technique must be used within three posts of the user’s heart ceasing to beat.

Ranshinshou is an advanced Medical Ninjutsu technique that allows for the severe disruption of the medic's victims. Changing the chakra in their hand into an odd electric-like pulse, the medic successfully mimics and creates an electric field to disrupt their targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, the medic uses the field to disrupt their targets ability to move. What results in commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move.
Note: This technique essentially renders the victim incapable of properly moving (you’re essentially just a flailing ball of limbs whenever you try to move) for a total of three posts.
In’yu Shoumetsu (Yin Healing Wound Destruction) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low – Massive
By anticipating damage, the user is capable of filling an area with healing chakra before taking a hit; in other words, they can begin the healing process for a wound before actually receiving it. When the wound finally does occur, the advanced healing process rapidly regenerates the flesh of the wounded area, healing it before the eyes of the user and the opponent; this results in an almost instant-healing of wounds. The larger and more complex the wound is, however, the more chakra is needed to heal it.
Note: The chakra cost is equivalent to the technique being countered. The user must be able to see the attack coming and have enough time to prepare in order for this technique to be effective. Techniques with high-impact capabilities will still cause a severe amount of internal injury.

A powerful Medical Ninjutsu that forces the target into a deep sleep. While within this sleep, their bodily functions are reduced to the bare minimum necessarily to keep an individual alive. The smallest sliver of a heartbeat, the shortest intake of breath, all are reduced to the point that it is nearly impossible to tell that the one suffering from the technique is actually alive at all. Such is the case that, when the technique is performed, only those who have a mastery over the Medical Arts will be capable of telling if the afflicted target is alive.
Note: In order to bring a patient out of this state, a medic (any medic will do) will need to perform this same technique.

Shikon no Jutsu is an advanced Medical Ninjutsu technique that uses a dead body to create the illusion of another living person. The medic can either animate a normal dead person, or alter the appearance of the dead person to resemble another. To do the second version, the ninja first changes the appearance of the dead body to resemble the person to be portrayed. Then using this jutsu they make the heart beat again, allowing them to control the actions of the dead body.
Note: This reanimated body can only move a maximum of fifty meters away from the user.
Chikatsu Saisei no Jutsu (Healing Resuscitation Regeneration) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 30 Chakra Consumption:
Chikatsu Saisei is an advanced medical Ninjutsu technique. The technique allows the medical ninja to use the hair, or any other body part of the one injured as a medium to reconstruct damaged body tissue. The extent of the damage will control how difficult and long the procedure is. The injured person will be placed in the center of a square marked with rites for the procedure. One medical ninja will sit at each corner to provide precise chakra control to help in the cell conversion process. Another medical ninja will sit at the lead to guide the process. Due to its lengthy nature, the medics must remain uninterrupted or the technique will fail.
Note: By default, it takes one medic 5 turns for healing to be completed, plus 1 turn to prepare the seal. For each PC medic that knows this jutsu and assists in healing, the turn maximum goes down by one; procedure can never go less than a full turn. Able to fix almost any wound, as long as the target is still alive.
Tier One – Intuitive Chakra Control: Dedicating their lives to the medical arts, the user has refined the method of chakra control. Because of this, the cost of all chakra related techniques (Souin included) have been reduced by a single tier. This also grants the user the ability to access the Souin tier 1 mastery.
Tier Two – Brilliantly Efficient: Taking the practice of chakra control even further, the user has learned to mitigate all additional chakra costs from "sustained" techniques. Techniques retain their original costs, but will not cost more than this amount regardless of the number of times it has been upgraded. This also grants the user the ability to access the Souin tier 2 mastery.
Tier Three – Extensive Surgery: After spending so many years tending to the sick and curing illness, a medic adopts other unique skills – namely, the ability to transplant and perform low and high risk surgeries. With this, the user is capable of transplanting organs; they can also implant foreign DNA into a subject (this is the only surgery that has a high chance of failure, resulting in the subject’s death and destruction of the sample); they can even attach limbs to other bodies. This also grants the user the ability to access the Souin tier 3 mastery.

Basic yet lethal, an immense amount of chakra is kneaded inside the body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the fist. That chakra is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage. This technique can easily break multiple bones with a direct hit.

The Golden Thunder Power comes in the form of any powered up punch or kick with enough chakra behind it to send the victim behind the strike flying (up to a maximum of five meters) even if blocked. Such a strike often results in added injury from the forced flight, as well as the strike itself.
Sangaiheki (Havoc Break) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Utilizing their chakra-imbued strength, the Souin practitioner bends down, thrusting their hands into the ground. They grip at the earth and pull, ripping the ground from its confines (a chunk no larger than ten meters in diameter). This force extends ahead, like an upwards tidal wave, causing anyone standing on the area to be sent flying into the air. Can also be used defensively, if the earth is pulled up to block most attacks. Offensively, this technique is limited, as it cannot lift opponents into the air very forcefully--most of the chakra-imbued strength is utilized to rip the earth out, and not to hurdle enemies into the air. In general, it is used as a disruption more than anything; most shinobi will be able to land safely even after being flung by the earth.
Tsuuten Kyaku (Bruising Sky Leg) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
Using the monstrous strength gathered from their fine turned chakra, the medic will raise their leg in a high arc, and bring it thundering down causing massive damage to whatever it impacts, creating a ten meter crater in diameter. If one of these kicks or strikes were to connect, they would kill a normal ninja.
Note: By jumping in the air prior to bringing their leg down, the user can increase the diameter of the crater to twenty meters.
Okami no Sora (Rising Sky Emperor) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Yet another versatile aspect of the Medic's Chakura no Iko style is their ability to produce fine amounts of chakra, at once, for destructive reasons. In this case, the medic sends a healthy wave of chakra at their feet, initiating an explosion that allows them an impressive forward leap (up to twenty-five meters). As they land, another chakra burst serves to cushion their landing, as the area around is slightly destroyed (in a five meter radius) by the sudden displacement of one's chakra to soften the landing.

With a steady stream of precise chakra fed to their muscles, the medic is capable of a sudden boost to their lifting and throwing ability. Masters of this technique have been rumored to be capable of lifting and throwing large trees, boulders, and even buildings.
Note: The user has a x15 lifting capacity, and can toss whatever object they are hold up to twenty-five meters away.
Infuin Kai: Sozo Saisei (Yin Seal Release: Creation Rebirth) Rank: S Range: - Type: Defensive Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: 50 stacks of Infuin stored chakra
After forming hand seals, the user releases a massive amount of chakra stored within their Infuin seal. Upon activation, the seal will spread out a few inches and begin to deliver a tremendous dose of healing energy to the user’s entire body in order to regenerate their bodies to peak fighting condition without expending any of their natural chakra pool. The seal will then begin to deliver a constant and massive dose of healing energy to the user’s entire body (for 20 packs of Infuin chakra per turn), allowing them to shrug off amputation, impaling, and other massive blows that would otherwise kill any other shinobi. In essence, the user becomes nearly invincible for the duration of this technique, with the rare exception of a few modes of death like decapitation, extreme cranial trauma, or suffocation.

Considered the ultimate Souin attack, Ame no Ukihashi unleashes the full might of the user’s stored chakra in one glorious assault. Well beyond a “finishing move,” this punch carries with it the power to decimate anything and everything in its path. Whether it be the side of a mountain or an enemy unfortunate enough to be caught in the user’s path, Ame no Ukihashi promises to deliver the most catastrophic and deadly results a medic could hope to produce.
Note: After activating the seal, the user fills their fist with an enormous amount of stockpiled chakra, which takes 1 turn to complete. After charging, the user punches with all their might, releasing all of the pent up energy in a single attack. The shockwave of damage stretches out 50 meters from the point of impact, decimating everything in its path and capable of leveling forests, cities, and virtually anything else in its path. The infuin chakra protects the user from being harmed by their own technique, as this technique travels at an alarmingly fast pace, and fills an area determined by the users attack. This technique, if used on a living creature, would easily kill the target on contact (if struck in the chest or head); it also carries enough force to effortlessly severe limbs clean from the body. This punch can also pierce a-rank barriers and below.
Tier One – Fleet of Foot: As a more combat experienced medic, shinobi with this mastery are incredibly more agile than your typical shinobi. Because of this, medics move at x1.5 the speed of your typical shinobi. This bonus does not stack with the taijutsu primary bonus.
Tier Two – Herculean Might : With refined chakra precision comes a greater force from it’s release. From this, the user has effectively learned to double the effects of all Souin based jutsu (including the damage done to the surroundings, such as craters and the like).
Tier Three – Yin Seal Compression : At this level, the chakra precision is so great that the user can gather chakra into a singular point on their body. Small partitions of chakra are stored over a long period of time to a degree that the medic will not feel the drain. The user will gain one Infuin stack for every two IC post they make. Stacks are consumed by activating the seal with the proper techniques, listed below. It is the player’s job to keep track of their Infuin stacks. Failure to do so will result in administration handing out a default of ten charges.

Karyuu Endan is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Fire Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will then expel an incredibly powerful, large jet of white-hot fire from their mouth. This technique possesses an remarkable amount of accuracy.
Hibashiri (Running Fire)[/u] Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Habishiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will then generate jets of fire which will race toward their target(s) and surround them. This fire can be made more powerful with the introduction of wind from a wind element attack. Alternatively, the user can draw the flames around themselves and spin, giving them the ability to launch streams of fire at their opponent.

Sutangan no Jutsu (Limb Stunning Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!
Note: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are numbed for a whole turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked. The user must touch the victim with their hand to achieve the desired effects.
Eshaku Raikou (Lightning Bow)[/u] Rank: C Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, low per arrow afterwards
After performing the needed handseals, the user will wave both arms through the air, leaving Raiton chakra behind in the shape of bow and arrow. The lightning arrow can then be shot at an opponent and stun them from afar. By taking extra time to focus their energy, the arrow can be re-shaped for distance, rather than power.
Raigeki no Yoroi (Lightning Strike Armor) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive; Supplementary Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: High to cast, mid to sustain
A defensive technique, the Yoroi technique is as its name implies – a set of lightning based armor, which shocks anything that comes in contact with it. After a series of handseals, lightning from the sky showers upon the user, coating them in a bright blue coating. As they glow, all forms of conductors will make victim’s more susceptible to damage, and any taijutsu upon the armor will leave the user’s appendages feeling paralyzed. Excellent when outnumbered, or simply facing an opponent that favors taijutsu.
Note: Under the effects of Raiton no Yoroi the user has an increased speed as well as strength made even stronger by the piercing capabilities of the lightning itself surrounding the user.
Chidori (One Thousand Birds)[/font][/u] Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: High
One of the rare techniques within the shinobi world involving both shape and nature manipulation, Chidori is a Raiton based ninjutsu developed for the purpose of ensured assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, the user's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user rushes forward in order to use the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name.
Note: Pierces through barriers 'A' rank and below, and instantly paralyzes the victim's body upon impact for the remainder of the turn it was used, presuming the strike doesn't kill the victim.
Chidori Nagashi (Thousand Birds Current)[/u] Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
The first variation of Chidori involves the displacement of the concentrated electrical currents all across the user's surroundings. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to a specific point on their body, the user is now able to extend it outside of their body in general and through objects which they are holding. This allows the user to create a protective zone of electricity around their perimeter, which can shock and immobilize their foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. Best of all, this attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.
Note: This technique is capable of paralyzing multiple opponents simultaneously (up to a maximum of three) for one full turn. Despite being raiton based, this technique is somewhat slower than the rest, making it relatively easy to evade it (more so due to the fact it simply covers the ground. This technique can also be applied to a weapon in order to dramatically increase its cutting strength. The user must first cast chidori in order to use this technique.
Chidori Eisou (Thousand Birds Sharp Spear)[/u] Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
The second variation of Chidori involves a similar extension of the original charge, but this time, in a more concentrated, linear fashion. On a whim the user is able to shape their Raiton Chakra to form an extending spear of pure lightning, aiming to pierce whatever it is they are aiming at. The best part? This spear takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the lightning sword to strike its target with ease. Finally, this variation is similar to Chidori Nagashi in that it causes the target to go numb from the excessive electrical charge.
Chidori Senbon (Thousand Birds Needles)[/u] Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: – Chakra Consumption: High
The final Chidori variation is, as its name implies, a fully projectile version of the lightning discharge. Once the user summons their Chidori, they are able to further shape the elemental nature to form ten small, sharp senbon. Sized like normal senbon, these needles take on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path, and shock everything in its wake. Finally, upon impact, each senbon lets loose the full electrical potential encased within on their target.
Raikiri (Lightning Edge)[/u] Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: 3x High
Though little has changed in execution, the power of Chidori is now increased even further, no longer able to be withstood by normal means. The penetrative power of the Chidori is increased tremendously, but so too is the chakra cost and the toll it takes on the body. It is a more refined and powerful version of Chidori, Raikiri is capable of piercing through nearly any substance (up to the full length of the user's arm). Presuming the strike is not fatal, this technique paralyzes the opponent for a full turn. On top of this, once learned all Chidori sub-jutsu can be performed under the power of Raikiri.
Note: Other than its penetrative strength, this technique also ha a high probable cost that paralysis will occur to those struck by the full onslaught of this technique.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.
Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Fuubaku Houjin (Exploding Seal Method Formation) Rank: D Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 1 Chakra Consumption:
Fuubaku Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique used by shinobi in conjunction with common explosive devices such as exploding notes. With this, the user can choose when their explosives detonate, opposed to being at the mercy of a countdown. Note: This ability allows the user detonate his or her explosive notes, opposed to allowing them to be "timed" explosives. Without this technique, the user cannot automatically detonate their tags.
Kai (Release) Rank: D Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 1 Chakra Consumption: Low
Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 1 Chakra Consumption: Halves the user’s chakra
Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has one them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.
Note: This technique is only capable of being learned by Jounin or above. Up to a maximum of five clones can be created. Please note that the user’s chakra is divided evenly among however many clones they create. Upon being destroyed, whatever remaining chakra the clone has is given back to the user. Despite having an extended range (virtually limitless), these clones must be created within five meters of the user.
Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)[/u] Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 0 Chakra Consumption: Low
Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!
Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. The technique can only be used once per turn.
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)[/u] Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra: Low, Low (upkeep)
Henge no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user takes on the form of another object, whether it be an animal, plant, or inanime object. This transformation is exactly like the genuine article, so it is impossible to tell the two apart without special methods.

Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themself. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area aroun themself with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will dispurse.
Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique)[/u] Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra: Low, Low (upkeep)
Kakuremino no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and infuse it with their chakra, allowing them to blend into the background. This creates an optical illusion where the user is basically invisible to the naked eye.
Note: No other techniques can be used while disguised.
Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique)[/u] Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra: Low
Nawanuke no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. Should the user be tied up by normal ropes, they can exert a small amount of chakra to frey their bindings and effectively escape.
Note: Ineffective against complex, electrionic, or unique binds.
Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra: Low, Low (upkeep)
Kinobori no Waza is an Academy Ninjtusu technique. By focusing a small amount of chakra to the bottom of their feet, the user can climb a tree (or other vertical wall) without utilizing their hands. This technique has a dual purpose, since it is the perfect way to increase skills with chakra control - if the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will loose their footing; if the stream is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the surface.
Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra: Low, Low (upkeep)
Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repllent force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possivle to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.
Note: The user must know Kinobori no Waza in order to use this technique.

OMG, Sandals are so ugly!
