◀ Target Hunting
Though the activity of this specific group of shinobi comes and goes, directly in correlation with how many missing ninja your village has, the perks are unquestionable. For each mark that a Hunter kills, they will receive an EXP and Ryou reward. While these rewards are generally static, they do scale for particularly powerful marks. It should be noted that Ryou gained in the two methods mentioned below stack with the target's bounty:▶ Nuke-Nin Recovery: As a ninja, abandoning your village is considered the ultimate act of betrayal. Because of this, it goes without saying that hunters make you their primary target. Therefore, regular shinobi (those possessing no kekkei genkai) who are disposed of will merit a reward.
▶ Kekkei Genkai/Genetic Recovery: Rather than the ninja, it is the secrets their bodies often hold that village leaders are truly interested in keeping safe. Because of this, bringing a nuke-nin's method of kekkei genkai back to the village (whether it be their eyes or their body) will merit a higher reward. It should be noted that bringing these back to your village stores them in your village's vault.
▶ Relics/Items of Power: While these are not human marks in a traditional sense, recovering unique artifacts and items that carry power can also net you rewards in the name of your village.
Functionally, to claim the EXP awarded by the two "Recovery" options, you must RP the delivery of the body or item to your Kage. Only a Lead Moderator / Admin can approve the EXP gain. Each reward amount will be different, determined by the victim's build, potential, or the rarity of the item recovered. As such, each recovery will potentially differ in reward, which makes them a case by case decision. Once the body or item is recovered, your Kage will make a recommendation, and a staff member will then approve it.
Happy hunting!
