But at what cost? Have they become the very thing that they despised the most...? Heroes and villains seem to change roles every day, but one thing is for certain - we yearn for our freedom, for days gone by where we flew the skies unhindered.
Upon first glance Agaru’mo seems much older than he looks because of his height. His body is not limpy nor skinny- yet instead it takes the form of a full fledged fighter; one with nothing but muscle mass upon every curvature of his skin. Agaru’mo’s eyes are dark brown but one could confuse them for black in darker shaded areas.
His body is free of any tattoos yet if one were to see him shirtless they wouldn’t miss the giant scar canvassing his chest and lower abdomen. Skin is somewhat tan due to the constant exposure of the sun within nation of fire and so his hair, shoulder length and shaggy, which also resembles the tint of his eyes, compliments his figure very well.
Agaru’mo has sideburns which run about an inch short from the top of his jaw, adding onto the look of a much more matured male. For being so young Agaru’mo’s body as a whole looks fit at every angle. One of the few things a person would be able to concur about his age would be the amount of hair that has grown around his body.
Although Agaru’mo changes every day like a normal shinobi he does have a few pieces of items he wears constantly. He has never gone a day without wearing his chuunin vest ever since progressing from the finals to make it back home. One other item he tends to carry around are prayer beads given to him from the mothers within the orphanage; he wears these around his neck to remind himself of where he came from.
His konoha headband sits neatly on his forehead because he’s always taken pride within his village. Lastly, Agaru’mo has found himself feeling somewhat naked without his nodaichi blade to such an extent that he keeps his hand upon the hilt of his blade at all times. Agaru’mo is very unsocial and so his facial expression asserts that he is always in a dull mood, however, this is not always the case.
He’s always had a hard time expressing his true emotion through facial expressions and instead uses awkward footing to assert when he feels shy and/or jaded. Beneath it all, the grime and the muck- and the warriors mean mug- his smile is something that has said to melt the heart of a woman.
Agaru’mo is at war with his own self, not sure which path to take on his journey to becoming hokage. He has seen what the men of the village are capable of, and how politics has changed the shinobi world so drastically that no one can tell right from wrong. He is naturally in a struggle between what he is fated to become; to succumb to the hierarchy of the kage or to submit to himself and his own way.. it his made him chaotic to a whole other degree.
Some call him Yoku because of his switch in personality at random occurrence- one moment he could be laughing at the worlds most horrible joke… and the next he could be holding a kunai right under the base of your neck. He is a loose cannon – especially when it comes to protecting his village; he is known to go to extreme lengths to win- no matter what. Agaru’mo is very stubborn, and is the sole reason for his optimistic nature.
He is not the type to attack a friend, in fact.. it is something he feels that is taboo to this world. Though not a firm believer in religion, nor the existence of a prodigal entity; he believes that there is a creator in this world and that’s about it. Agaru’mo is the epitome of the word shinobi- ever since his introduction into the ninja academy he has become devoted to the arts of ninjutsu and genjutsu in order to become a better warrior for his village, to be able to defend it from any harm.
His un-socialistic behavior has made him somewhat paranoid of what others say, or think, and often makes him ‘tight’ in public whenever there are too many people around. Agaru’mo is the type of person you only see get excited in a good fight- or on a strenuous mission, his true personality comes to light when he’s placed in dangerous situations; its as if he is illuminated by the very thought of combat.. willing to give his all in a moments notice.

Having mastered their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan member learns to better incorporate their predictions with actual movements. Synchronizing their evolved sight with more concise and specific movements, the Uchiha clan member achieves a higher state of agility (25% - roughly half that of the first gate). While this doesn't make the Uchiha impossible to hit, they are relatively more agile than your typical shinobi.
Partially Activated Sharingan: One Tomoe Rank: C Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low per turn active.
This is the first variation of a partially developed Sharingan eye. The clan member’s pupil will turn red and develop one of the wheel swirls. The perception of one’s surroundings is slightly enhanced, though the one tomoe Sharingan yields minimal to no real benefit.

This is the second variation of a partially developed Sharingan eye. The clan member’s pupil will turn red and develop two of the wheel swirls. With two tomoe, the user can perform minor jutsu copying, perceive movements with even greater clarity, pierce even stronger Genjutsu, and view formations of chakra.
Note: This variation of the Sharingan is capable of piercing b-rank Genjutsu and below, and is capable of predicting adept taijutsu (b-rank and below), and comprehending movements that are x3 the speed of your average shinobi. For an increment of one Mid worth of chakra, the user can copy any technique of b-rank and below; this cannot be applied to Kinjutsu, Advanced Releases, or other Kekkei Genkai.
Fully Activated Sharingan: Three Tomoe Rank: A Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: 2x Low per turn active.
This is the final form of the “normal” Sharingan. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. In this form, the clan member can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it to be used then or later.
This level of the Sharingan permits a great deal of agility, allowing them to better conserve and direct their attacks based on an impressive level of perception. Three tomoe Sharingan allow seamless copying and interpretation of a wide array of jutsu. At this level, the Sharingan can perform Genjutsu and hypnosis if eye contact is made and the ninja has access to the appropriate Genjutsu training.
Additionally, keep in mind that the Sharingan’s ability to be used effectively is dependent on visibility and sight range.
Note: This variation of the Sharingan is capable of piercing all a-rank Genjutsu and below, and is capable of predicting advanced taijutsu (a-rank and below), and comprehending movements that are x4 the speed of your average shinobi. Sharingan Shisu (Copying Wheel Eye Hypnosis) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: None (for basic) / 3 (for advanced) Chakra Consumption: Mid (for basic) / High (for advanced)
This is a broadly categorized Genjutsu that utilizes the Sharingan as the source for the ability. The Genjutsu uses no handseals and can be used in one of two ways. In both instances, the jutsu requires direct eye contact.
On a most basic level, this ability allows the user to influence the actions of a Ninjutsu-using opponent, influencing their decisions and allowing the user to make it appear as though they are copying jutsu faster than the enemy can actually plan and act.
On a more advanced level, usage of this technique can create very distinct and impressive illusions. These can be visible where the Sharingan-user can modify aspects of the enemy’s perception, allowing them to perceive the Uchiha ninja dying, or create bunshin-like illusions in their stead.
Note: For the more advanced use of the Genjutsu, used for full illusions, the handseals are required in addition to eye contact. In addition, after performing the handseals, the victim will be caught in the illusion after they make eye contact (regardless of how long later it happens). This “charge” is only viable for the duration of the thread.
Magen • Kyouten Chiten (Demonic Illusion • Mirror Heaven and Earth Change) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
Magen Kyouten Chiten is a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha clan member can stop sensory spell cast on their body and reverse it back on their opponent.
Note: This ability only works on single-target genjutsu. Furthermore, the Uchiha must be the intended target of the genjutsu in question. This ability does not work on Tsukuyomi.
Mangekyou Sharingan (Kaleidoscope Copying Wheel Eye) Rank: SS Range: - Type: Supplementary Chakra Consumption: 2x low per turn active
The final evolution of the Sharingan eye, this is considered to be the ‘complete’ version of the doujutu. The clan member’s pupil will turn red and develop a unique pattern, comprised of the previous three wheel swirls. Each pattern varies from user to user, though their abilities are largely the same.
This final level of the Sharingan permits profound agility, allowing the Sharingan user to even better conserve their energy and direction their attacks based on the unparalleled level of perception and clarity they receive with this eye. With this eye, there is no Genjutsu they cannot pierce, and only the fastest and most powerful of taijutsu are incapable of being predicted.
However, keep in mind that the Sharingan’s ability to be used effectively is dependent on visibility and sight range.
Note: This variation of the Sharingan is capable of piercing all s-rank Genjutsu and below (including Tsukuyomi), and is capable of predicting advanced taijutsu (a-rank and below), and comprehending movements that are x5 the speed of your average shinobi. Hakkei (Release Internal Power) Rank: S [free 1/3] Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 8 Chakra Consumption: 2x High
Hakkei, similarly to Izanagi, involves casting a Genjutsu on the user while simultaneously diverting the fabled and largely unpredictable and enigmatic chakra filling the Uchiha's doujutsu.
Hakkei begins by effectively removing the common mental boundaries limiting the user's performance to their typical mortal perceptions. The jutsu then focuses the chakra typically associated with dojutsu function to the various muscles and nerve synapses to increase overall physical performance. In this state, the user can sustain performance on par with the 3rd Celestial Gate for five turns.
Note: After activating Hakkei (and its duration), the user's eyes revert to their normal state, sacrificing the strengths and increased perception associated with both the Sharingan and Mangekyou for the remainder of the fight.
Kamui (God's Majesty) Rank: S [free 2/3] Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary. Chakra Consumption: x2 High.
Kamui, named for God's Majesty, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. After producing the Mangekyou eye, focuses on an area of his target. The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location or dimension of the user's choosing. From small projectile to whole locations, as long as the user focuses their eye on it, they can cause its teleporation. Although causing heavy strain on the user, it is said to be unavoidable due to its delivery.
Note: This unique ability can be separated into two entirely different phases: teleportation and intangibility. Likewise, it can be performed with or without the Mangekyou Sharingan activated.
Teleportation: This phase of the Kamui ability allows the user to warp objects in and out of an entirely different dimension. Despite the power of this ability, there is a maximum size and number to the objects that a user can transport (in and out) at any single moment. The size cannot be more than x10 the size of your average human body, and no more than five objects at once. It should be noted that Kamui is capable of teleporting nearly anything caught in its path, from entirely ethereal constructs (such as Rasengan) to corporeal items (weapons, bodies, etc); however, the user must be able to see the object in question. Once inside the alternative dimension, there is no method of escaping unless the user wishes to release you. This takes one full post to complete, and if the victim moves from designated location, will need to be recast (the chakra cost will still take effect).
Intangibility: Considered to be the close quarters version of the ability, or self-inflicted, this allows the user to turn the transporting capability of Kamui on themselves. This allows the user to instantly, at their will, teleport a specific portion (up to their entire body) into the alternative dimension linked to this dojutsu. Generally being overlapped by the incoming object in question, this allows the user to appear "intangible," as if the attack is simply slipping through them. Sustaining the usage of this technique per turn requires an increment of one High worth of chakra.
Using the teleportation aspect of Kamui (external) has its drawback, though. You can only teleport objects in or out in a single post; this means you can't teleport something into the alternative dimension and out of it in the same post. Furthermore, you cannot use the teleportation and intangibility aspect of Kamui simultaneously. Beyond that, only teleporting objects into the alternative dimension causes the wear and tear associated with the Mangekyou eye (i.e uses a "charge"). Using the "intangibility" aspect does not.
Kotoamatsukami (Distinguished Heavenly Gods) Rank: S. [free 3/3] Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: x3 High
Kotoamatsukami is a genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to control the minds and opinions of others, without the victim's awareness. It is regarded as one of the most powerful Genjutsu in existence, next to the kinjutsus Izanagi and Izanami. No direct eye contact with the victim is necessary, and Kotoamatsukami can be used even if the eye is covered by cloth or any material. The victim simply needs to be in the same vicinity as the user in order for the technique to come to fruition. This mind control and opinion alternating is absolute, and the user can make the victim do anything they wish them to do. Due to being unaware of the technique's existence in the first place, breaking it is incredibly difficult to do.
Note: This jutsu requires 3 full turns during which the user is within 2 meters of the target. There is an incredibly long "cooldown" period after each use, in which the technique cannot be accessed again (one month oocly from the date of use). Each eye holds its own charge, and thusly its own cooldown. This technique does not require eye contact, or that the Sharingan even be visible; the user simply needs to be able to see their victim. The effects of the mind control only last for the duration of the thread in which it is used. However, even after the thread has been complete, the user will not have even realized anything has changed; they will continue on, not suspecting their decision(s) to have been altered in any way, shape or form. Even among the Mangekyou, this ability is incredibly rare, and as such, only three members will be able to obtain it at any given time.

Enshou O Okoshite Buki (Inflamed Weaponry) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 2 Chakra Consumption: Mid, low to sustain
After performing the necessary handseals, the user will channel their Katon chakra into their weapon (primary or secondary), allowing them to significantly increase the temperature of any weapon in their grasp. The user must maintain contact with the item in question.
Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu (Mist Waltz Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at their target(s). When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire.
Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique) Rank: C Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding an opponent, the ninja uses the wire to guide and unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.
Note: The target does not need to be bound in order to use this technique. However, it is highly inaccurate without a guide wire and thusly easy to avoid otherwise.
Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and then immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames, the user can bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
Endan (Fireball) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: Low
Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will then emit a steady gout of flames from their mouth (which can be sustained for two posts). This gout fans out at its peak, easily capable of consuming several nearby targets all at once..
Katon: Onidourou (Fire Release: Demon Lantern) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 to cast; 1 to cause fireballs to converge Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast; low to sustain
This technique releases many floating fireballs around the user, which take the shape of ghosts at the final stage of the technique. After performing the required hand seal, they attack the opponent in swarms. Each fireball creates a huge flame at the moment of impact. The total amount of fireball demon heads that can be created at once is ten.
Note: Being hit by a flame individually will only cause regular burn damage like any other fire. However if all lantern heads are used to converge at the opponent at once, the flame and explosion is comparable to an exploding note at double the power.
Haisekishou (Burning Ash Accumulation) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 7 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Haisekishou is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Fire Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will expel an ash cloud from their mouth. This large cloud begins to envelope their foe(s), and when the user clicks their teeth, the cloud will ignite in an explosion.
Kumoryuu Kaengiri (Cloud Style Flame Slash) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3, one handed, to ignite one’s sword Chakra Consumption: Mid per 3 meter increment arc
The user first imbues their blade with fire, before slashing in the direction of the desired enemy, resulting in the creation of large arcs of intense flame that follow the trajectory of the previous swing. A skilled user of this technique is capable of surrounding their immediate area with circular walls of flames, incinerating multiple targets even if they approach from numerous angles simultaneously.
Note: These flames must follow the immediate arc of the swing, and thusly can and will effect allies if in range. The flames disperse and weaken the further from the sword they travel. After a little more than 3 meters, they are almost altogether benign. Any single arc of fire will cover a 3 meter length along the arc of the swing itself; dragging the arc of flames further will require a greater deal of chakra to be added.
Gouryuuka no Jutsu (Great Dragon Fire Technique) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 10 Chakra Consumption: High
Gouryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will expel two dragon fireballs at their opponent. These powerful fireballs can punch through concreate.
Tenrou Kaken (Heavenly Prison Fire Sword) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: High for a one meter sword, 2x mid per additional six inches
Tenrou Kaken is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user brings up a large flame in their hand, which soon after takes the form of a sword. If someone is hit by the sword, the area struck will be severely burned. The sword can also easily pierce flesh in stabbing and slashing motions.
Note: This technique is only learnable by Jounin-level ninja.

Gouka Mekkyaku is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the necessary handseals, chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive wall of intense flames which covers an expansive range, making it extremely difficult to avoid.
Note: The wall of fire can be forced out for one entire turn, and spans nearly 10 meters wide and 10 meters high. This inferno of intense flames is more than capable of burning nearly anything or anyone before it.
This requires at least one mastery in the Katon.

After forming the necessary handseals, chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames that can set a vast area ablaze, engulfing the target(s) in the veritable sea of flames. If used upon dense, combustible terrain such as a forest, the confined area can greatly increase the possibility of the target(s)’s incineration.
Note: The stream of fire can be forced out for one entire turn, and at its maximum, spans nearly 10 meters wide and 10 meters high. This inferno of intense flames is more than capable of burning nearly anything or anyone before it.

Ryuuen Houka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the necessary handseals, chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a series of three large dragon head-shaped fireballs (the size of a fully matured adult’s torso). The user then skillfully manipulates these fires, guiding them to attack their opponent(s). The temperature of the flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily shearing flesh from bone.
Note: This requires at least one mastery in the Katon.

Okay so I had 16, 650 at the start (click headband for original bio). Spent 10,000 on my awesome MS which will never be taken from me by genbro, damnit, which leaves me with 6,650. I spent 2, 750.
