One who believes in practicality over idealism, the young heir is far from a dreamer; yet more of a realist. Raised on the conception that he alone will one day rule and govern many, his state of mind was molded around such an instilment, and as such his disposition reflects his teachings. Haitsuchi himself is frequently quoted reciting a rather powerful, though succinct statement—“There’s always more than one way to accomplish something” indicating he’s an advocate for multiplicity and opportunity. While on the surface, this may conflict with his moral standing for looking to the direct, he seeks the more abstract avenue and realizes the beauty in observing in more than one manner.

A product of an aristocratic family, the young Uchiha developed an early and almost unhealthy level of self-assurance. Due to the natural talents bestowed at birth and from the blood which courses through his veins, Haitsuchi feels he is above most and considers very few an equal. Abnormally calm and seldom roused in anger, he clearly holds a more psychological advantage against most given his almost unfeasible level of internal and bodily composure. Even when facing adversity or utter destruction, his facial expression would show nothing more than the sheer inexpressiveness he generally gives to most. Young and ignorant to the world, time can only dictate if his mannerisms will change.

Haitsuchi has a strong sense of justice which was most likely governed into implication due to belonging to such a politically strong clan. Friend or foe, those who speak out or act in a conduct that stresses the boundary of the Soul Society’s law or completely shatters it will face the Shinobi’s wrath. Though not intentionally crude or unemotional, this was the lifestyle he was introduce to, and only exposed to. His time as a ninja only promoted his frame of mind when placed in strict Accelerated classes and only to return home to further instruction by his peers and elders. In hindsight, if he himself were to ever commit a crime of any sort, a rather strong and shatterproof purpose would have to be the driving force, and upon conclusion, self-punishment would be instated.

[/b] Having mastered their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan member learns to better incorporate their predictions with actual movements. Synchronizing their evolved sight with more concise and specific movements, the Uchiha clan member achieves a higher state of agility (25% - roughly half that of the first gate). While this doesn't make the Uchiha impossible to hit, they are relatively more agile than your typical shinobi.

Tier Two - Advanced Training, the Spirit: Along with excelling in taijutsu, Uchiha clan members specialize in ninjutsu and genjutsu based combat. Through vigorous training, the user has elevated themselves to an unparalleled level of harmonizing their dojutsu with a variety of genjutsu in their arsenal. Because of this, they are capable of locking their opponents in any genjutsu they currently know via eyesight alone (i.e their opponent looking them in the eyes).[/s]

Tier Three - Perfect Mimicry: One of the Uchiha's clans most feared powers is the ability to copy nearly any technique they see their opponent perform. However, without proper training, the user quickly forgets the technique shortly after being used. To eliminate this weakness, there are those of the clan who strive to strengthen their memorizing abilities above all else. For a cost (barring themselves from the previous two tiers of perks), the user can permanently memorize any viable technique (non-kekkei touta; non-kekkei genkai) they copy using the clan's Higi technique.

It should be noted that the this mastery allows the user to copy a technique, even if they do not currently have the elemental release. However, simply copying the technique does not open the path to the rest of the tree (essentially, the user can only use the elemental technique they copied).[/ul]

Keep in mind that regardless of foresight and prediction, in order to avoid incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed, agility and RP ability will ultimately control whether they can move to avoid it.
Description: The very first form of the Sharingan, once its true powers are unlocked. With only one tomoe, the eye itself is still very immature and lacking in any of its real powers, but it can nonetheless excell much more than any normal human eye can in battle. At this stage, the Uchiha begins to see the truth behind illusions, as well as gain a brief understanding of whatever movements are coming at them.

Likewise, at this stage, the Sharingan can easily keep track of movements x4 the speed of your average shinobi. Keep in mind that regardless of foresight and prediction, in order to avoid incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed, agility and RP ability will ultimately control whether they can move to avoid it.
Description: The next stage of evolution for the Sharingan involves two tomoe, improving upon the Uchiha's current skills and adding new ones. Amongst others, it allows the Uchiha to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor reading of an opponents attack, as well as pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra, as well as lingering traces of foreign chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

  Description: As the Sharingan eye matures, the user is able to specifically read into the chakra nature before them. Rather than simply seeing flowing energy all at once, the Uchiha now learns to distinguish each release by a unique color coding only they can see. Best of all, as an opponent prepares a jutsu from a particular elemental nature already known to the Uchiha, the chakra traces burst forth, affording the user a small window of anticipation.

Likewise, at this stage, the Sharingan can easily keep track of movements x5 the speed of your average shinobi. Keep in mind that regardless of foresight and prediction, in order to avoid incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed, agility and RP ability will ultimately control whether they can move to avoid it.
Description: The final normal evolution to Sharingan, the third tomoe fits symmetrically with the rest by creating a perfect triangular existence around the pupil. An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body, in the form of a quickly processed mental premonition. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there. Best of all, three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to cast unique genjutsu and incur deep hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing, or simply to force them to endure endless torture.

Description: Upon unlocking the last of the normal secrets behind the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha begins to take full control of their blood powers. They are now able to essentially hypnotize anything or anyone that comes in eye contact with the Sharingan, inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". Finally, this level of hypnosis is capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, and even replaying certain, specific memories to someone.

Description: The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!

Description: One of the rare techniques within the shinobi world involving both shape and nature manipulation, Chidori is a Raiton based ninjutsu developed for the purpose of ensured assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, the user's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user rushes forward in order to use the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name.

This technique is capable of paralyzing multiple opponents simultaneously (up to a maximum of three) for one full turn. Despite being raiton based, this technique is somewhat slower than the rest, making it relatively easy to evade it (more so due to the fact it simply covers the ground. This technique can also be applied to a weapon in order to dramatically increase its cutting strength. The user must first cast chidori in order to use this technique.
Description: The first variation of Chidori involves the displacement of the concentrated electrical currents all across the user's surroundings. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to a specific point on their body, the user is now able to extend it outside of their body in general and through objects which they are holding. This allows the user to create a protective zone of electricity around their perimeter, which can shock and immobilize their foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. Best of all, this attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.

On top of this, it, retains all Chidori cutting properties, and paralysis the victim as long as they are being stabbed by the chidori spear. The user must first cast chidori in order to use this technique.
Description: The second variation of Chidori involves a similar extension of the original charge, but this time, in a more concentrated, linear fashion. On a whim the user is able to shape their Raiton Chakra to form an extending spear of pure lightning, aiming to pierce whatever it is they are aiming at. The best part? This spear takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the lightning sword to strike its target with ease. Finally, this variation is similar to Chidori Nagashi in that it causes the target to go numb from the excessive electrical charge.

Description: The final Chidori variation is, as its name implies, a fully projectile version of the lightning discharge. Once the user summons their Chidori, they are able to further shape the elemental nature to form small, sharp senbon. Sized like normal senbon, these needles take on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path, and shock everything in its wake. Finally, upon impact, each senbon lets loose the full electrical potential encased within on their target.

Description: Though little has changed in execution, the power of Chidori is now increased even further, no longer able to be withstood by normal means. The penetrative power of the Chidori is increased tremendously, but so too is the chakra cost and the toll it takes on the body.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

Description: A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. From people to animals, to inanimate objects such as weapons and items, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.

Special: When first learned, a single Shadow Clone can be produced. Each time re-learned, one additional clone can be made, for a maximum of 5. However, when a clone is defeated or chooses to disappear, whatever remaining chakra within their bodies, as well as their knowledge, returns to the user. The only exception is 'Bunshin Bakuha', which sacrifices the chakra return for a grand explosion. This technique can only be learned by Jounin ranked shinobi; no exceptions!
Description: Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has one them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

The momentum, speed, weight and sharpness is all exactly the same as a regular shuriken.

Description: A follow up technique to the regular Kage Bunshin, Bunshin Bakuha is an advanced ninjutsu technique utilized by highly skilled and ranked shinobi in order for them to detonate a regular Shadow Clone at impressive levels. Once a normal Kage Bunshin is created, the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. The entire amount of chakra left within the clone forms the energy behind the blast, and although it lacks fiery properties, the sudden blast and subsequent implosion/explosion phase is enough to blast through rock easily, leaving serious dents in steel/metal creations
