when one generally looks at shiro, the first thing typically noticed is her eyes. they are her most unique feature - a pale lavender color that is not matched by anyone else within the hidden mist. it tends to stick out in comparison to her pale skin, which is typical from the lack of sunlight and thick mist that hangs in the air, and her silver hair, which can be found throughout all countries. she doesn't consider herself any special kind of beautiful, but she knows that she isn't hideous. she considers herself to be a plain jane and typically most of her body is hidden anyways under a knee length purple dress, which gives off a somewhat gothic tone. she usually wears a black shawl over top of it, which covers her shoulders, the a bit of her upper back and makes up her sleeves. underneath her dress she wears a pair of black stockings and then the typical black shinobi sandals. her hatai ai is used to pull her hair up.

to perfectly describe shiro is impossible - there is no way to perfectly describe anyone for even shiro herself doesn't know how she is going to react in every single situation. there are lots of things it depends on, including her mood. however, there are certain traits which she seems to exhibit a lot often than others. one of them is her relative quietness. shiro isn't the type who will unnecessarily go up to a person and introduce herself and say hello. it is almost always a requirement for someone to come up to her if they wish to speak. she doesn't usually like people that much anyways. she prefers to spend her time alone, practicing her jutsu or burying her nose in a good novel. she believes in learning by listening and not by speaking - her silence is her greatest weapon. it helps her learn a lot more than anything else, except maybe a good book. now, while she may be observing and intellectual, shiro actually has a soft spot for two things. children and animals. she doesn't know what it is about them that she likes, but for some reason she finds herself slightly more open when she's around them. she finds some animals to be even more loyal than humans are and children tend to be more innocent and open minded than the people around her, which probably makes up a majority of reasons. overall, shiro is a very analytical, intelligent and rather quiet kunoichi who happens to have a bit of a soft spot for children and for animals.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.

Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. However, if the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.

With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.

Suika no Jutsu (Hydration Technique)

The core technique behind the bloodlimit and the door to stronger, more powerful attacks, this jutsu allows the Hozuki to totally transform their body into a condensed state of water, so dense that the user can withstand even the roughest of physical attacks, yet so malleable that on a whim, they can also decompose into mere puddles. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified, be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack from a liquefied state. Maintaining this form requires that the clan member keep themselves constantly hydrated, but in this form the can also draw upon and control nearby water by immersing and merging amongst the liquid. And best of all - by liquefying their whole body at will, it makes it impossible for the Hozuki to receive damage from physical attacks. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like, dormant state until consciousness is regained.

Note: The user may convert their entire body into water a maximum of five times per thread. However, the user may convert one appendage (and arm, leg, head, or the torso; converting two limbs at the same time will count as two separate usages) into water a total of ten times per thread. Due to being able to transform themselves into water at any point in time, all Hozuki are nearly impervious to non-elemental physical strikes, but are extremely susceptible to Raiton and Hyouton. Any and all raiton does a critical amount of damage on Hozuki, and when hit with the element they are unable to liquefy properly. Likewise, any and all hyouton reacts violently with the water-infused chakra of the Hozuki body, thoroughly freezing the area the jutsu comes in contact with. It should be noted that Hozuki are not made of water, but instead simply possess a genetic disorder which allows them to revert their entire bodies into such. When knocked unconscious or extremely exhausted and\or low on chakra, the user will revert to an immobile puddle of water.



Toro-Toro no Jutsu (Sticky Jelly Technique)

As the Hozuki further their understanding of the control over their liquid essences, their skill in altering their density composition enhances. In this case, rather than simply breaking up into a puddle of water when being struck, the Hozuki learns to absorb the blow, increasing their watter pressure so that the weapon or limb is stuck within. To the opponent, it'll feel as if they had buried their weapon/hand in sloppy mud. By reforming around the impact point, they are able to trick their opponent into coming in for an obvious attack. From this point, they can finish their opponent off, or capture them for later use.

Note: This ability can “capture” relatively strong attacks. However, movements carrying a very high amount of momentum, power and\or based around very large weaponry may be immune to this ability.

Utilizing their ability to convert their bodies to water, a Hozuki can actually achieve the elongation of their limbs. By utilizing this ability, a Hozuki can increase the range of their attacks. However, due to the properties of inertia if a hozuki were to throw a punch and extend their arm, they would not be able to change the trajectory of the punch mid-attack. As the user masters their ability to liquefy their body, their ability to stretch their limbs will also increase.

Note: For a high amount of chakra, the user can extend two limbs simultaneously. This technique was created by Taiga.



Funshutsuzerii (Spewing Jelly)

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Note: This clone has x2 High cap of chakra. These clones are limited to water-based jutsu and elementary chakra channeling. This includes simple abilities like water walking and tree climbing but not more advances channeling techniques such as Hien.

Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary handseals which causes water to form around the target, shaping into a spherical prison which only allows for severely limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still alow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Note: This jutsu will be treated as seen in the Kakashi vs. Zabuza fight. Once captured by the water prison, the character inside is almost completely immobilized, making escaping from within the water prison very difficult. Any attacks or actions that require substantial, fluid motions are greatly hindered and all but impossible (things like handseals, stabs, punches). Staying within this prison for a total of ten posts will result in the victim drowning.
