With pale skin and a lanky but in-shape body, Ikeda doesn't stand out much from others until they take notice to his hair. Lavender hair has become the general means of identifying Ikeda, with many actually calling him 'Eggplant,' or 'Nasu,' for the odd coloring even though it's a much darker shade of purple. His facial features are warm and inviting, supporting his title amongst the Minakami but contradicting the lifestyle he has resolved to embrace.
In regards to clothing, Ikeda has two uniforms for formal and informal events. While the only truly consistent part of his casual attire is a tattered jacket, he'll generally wear what consists of a tanktop, pants, and sandals. The jacket, according to him, is tattered out of fashion and not age. It boasts slots inside that allow him to carry light items without sacrificing comfort while offsetting his otherwise unimposing visage. On formal occasions, Ikeda will actually wear a bit of a three-piece suit, consisting of slacks, a vest over a button-up shirt, and his tattered jacket with the addition of a fedora.

Ikeda is certainly fractured. The loss of his father was so surreal that he found himself plagued with curiosities about the life he lived and the world he lived in. The result was a preoccupation with death and finality, a muse he dares not entertain out of fear of being distracted from his duties. He has come a long way from his childhood, however. Ikeda is no longer the quiet boy he used to be, now very capable of holding a conversation. Even so, he chooses to be a succinct individual. This is more-so out of the fact that he has been called an asshole many a time due to being oblivious, blunt, and sometimes caustic in humor. Still, those that Ikeda chooses to affiliate with cannot deny the fact that he is an extremely loyal individual, and sincere to the core. Once one has gotten to know Ikeda, it isn't hard at all for them to say that he means well. It's just that he has an awkward way of presenting his good intentions.

Kusarigama Rank: C Type: Primary / Chain & Whip / Melee Special: -- Description: A kusarigama is your standard kama with the addition of a chain and weight added to its length. The kama portion of this kusarigama ranges in size but is usually lengthier than the standard, ranging from two to four-feet. The chain itself is much longer, measuring anywhere from six to twelve feet of length. The weight is simply for utility, allowing the chain to be tossed as a means of ranged entanglement and immobilization. Once an opponent or their weapon has been snared, the user is free to move in for a strike with the sickle. There are shinobi who actually just use the chain to swing the kama at their opponent. Buckler Rank: C, B, A Dimensions: 30 inch diameter / Circular Description: The buckler is a small, round shield gripped in the fist. Generally used as a companion weapon in hand-to-hand combat, this Protectorate is useful due to its maneuverability, as well as its overall control. Although its small size makes it poor protection against projectile weaponry, it makes up by being light and easy to handle, useful in deflecting from an opponent's and attacking in the same stroke. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, no more than a few inches long, and are extremely useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, or, if accurate enough, to kill. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. Breath Mask Rank: D, C, B, A, S Type: Universal Accessory / Self Special: Rank of mask determines the amount of time a user can spend underwater before needing to resurface and recharge the device. It takes a whole turn/post of being outside of the water in order for the apparatus to recharge. Additionally, mask is designed to keep out aerial objects that may harm the user, such as generic poisons and micro-fragments, equal to one rank lower than the rank of the mask. High-Frequency Ear Plugs Rank: C, B, A, S Type: Universal Accessory / Self Special: When worn, the plugs negate Ototon (Sound) based chakra one rank lower than the rank of the plugs. However, in order to receive full protection, one must accept the fact they will be fully deaf while wearing them. This technique releases many floating fireballs around the user, which take the shape of ghosts at the final stage of the technique. After performing the required hand seal, they attack the opponent in swarms. Each fireball creates a huge flame at the moment of impact. The total amount of fireball demon heads that can be created at once is ten. Note: Being hit by a flame individually will only cause regular burn damage like any other fire. However if all lantern heads are used to converge at the opponent at once, the flame and explosion is comparable to an exploding note at double the power.

Housenka Tsumabeni no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. Unlike Housenka no Jutsu, which simply hides the shuriken within flames, these shuriken are imbued with the fire and wil continue to burn until the Katon chakra is used up (two turns). Their nature also ensure that any living thing which comes into contact with the fire will be burned. Note: If the user chooses instead to give up Mid x2 worth of chakra, they can create two bombs - one in each hand. The explosion is the most powerful at the site of detonation. Juha: Shou is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes the Wind Element. The user performs the necessary handseals, focusing chakra into their arm or weapon. By slashing it, a single blade of cutting wind is formed, its length equal to the arc of the actual slash. Like other wind techniques, this blade is capable of cutting through wood, stone, and other such objects; what makes it unique is that the user is capable of controlling its path. Note: The blade of wind can be destroyed if a stronger Ninjutsu technique is used upon it. Furthermore, the user can only control it so long as they have the chakra to expend upon it. Kakeami is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes the Wind Element. The user performs a set of handseals, focusing chakra into their arm or a weapon. These winds are razor sharp and are capable of slicing anything that gets trapped in the net, inflicting severe injuries in a criss-cross pattern. Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a single handseal, the user conceals themself beneath the ground. Here they can lie in wait, capable of feeling the vibrations of those who walk above them. When the user chooses, they can emerge suddenly from the ground, grabbing the opponent and pulling them down into the pit where they once were buried. The opponent is buried up to their neck, robbing them of the ability to move. Note: Concealment is near-instantaneous. User cannot move while underground, except to perform the second part of this technique. To remain underground without suffocating, the user will need to continually expend chakra.

Dochuu Eigyo is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user conceals themself beneath the earth, much like in Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu. However, now they are capable of moving through the earth like a fish moves through water, allowing them to stage surprise attacks or escape from a potentially deadly onslaught. Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates a perfect clone of themself made of stone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Iwa Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Iwa Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural rock state. Note: This clone has High x2 cap of chakra. These clones are limited to Earth-based jutsu and elementary chakra channeling. The user creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defence. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Note: This wall is fifteen meters tall, ten meters wide, and nearly five meters thick.

Domu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a single handseal, the user flows chakra through all parts of their body. Their skin becomes noticeably darker as earth is infused with it, granting them a higher defensive power. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. Not many techniques can breech the areas hardened by Domu, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning Element ninjutsu. Note: Domu cannot be penetrated by techniques that are of equal or lower rank, but will be penetrated by techniques that are of higher ranks. All physical attacks (punches, kicks) will have an increased damage potential because of the hardness of the user's skin.

Ganchuusou is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user slams their hands against the ground and releases their chakra. Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction. Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Fuubaku Houjin (Exploding Seal Method Formation) Rank: D Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 1 Chakra Consumption: Low
Fuubaku Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique used by shinobi in conjunction with common explosive devices such as exploding notes. With this, the user can choose when their explosives detonate, opposed to being at the mercy of a countdown. Note: This ability allows the user detonate his or her explosive notes, opposed to allowing them to be "timed" explosives. Without this technique, the user cannot automatically detonate their tags.

Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Soushuriken no Jutsu (Manipulated Shuriken Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low
With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite. Note: By combining this technique with a Chidori enhancement, the user may cause the wire to break the Shuriken apart into multiple sharp slabs that can be directed by the user.
Meisai Gakure no Jutsu (Camouflage Concealment Technique) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 7 Chakra Consumption: High to cast, Mid to sustain
Meisai Gakure no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique created for stealth purposes. After forming the needed handseals, the shinobi will summon a large amount of visually altering chakra, strong enough to coat their bodies and take effect within moments of being summoned. With this, the user can grant themselves near invisibility, which can be sustained even when motion or minimal contact occurs. Only chakra sensing methods have been shown to pierce the veil of chakra and see the hidden ninja.
Rasengan (Spiral Sphere) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
Rasengan is highly advanced specialized Ninjutsu technique developed over the span of many years by a legendary Hokage. The technique is unlike any other Ninjutsu in that it does not require any handseals, as it relies purely on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of elemental chakra in the palm of their hand which, when summoned in full form, can cause much destructive impact. This ability can destroy all barriers of c-rank and below, and knocks back enemies a maximum distant of three meters.
Note: This ability takes a full post to charge, during which time the user must stay still. The sphere will stay active in the user’s palm for five posts, or until they connect with an object.
Tenshin (Turning) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low
A simple technique used moreso for positioning, the user simply hooks their leg around an opponents and then proceeds to roll over their back and shoulders to the other side. If done quickly and effectively, the user can position their opponent for a timely follow-up assault. Unfortunately, the user cannot attack while using this technique.
Rekkaken (Blazing Fist) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
The signature ability of the Hitenryuu, this ability involves delivering three very quick, powerful strikes to the opponent’s torso region. Each strike carries more force than the next, with the third knocking the opponent clean off their feet up to a maximum of two meters. Note: Like most techniques involving multiple strikes, should the first hit, the subsequent two will as well.
This technique concentrates a kenjutsu practitioners focus. It allows them to steel their nerves by transferring a little bit of chakra all around there bodies. This chakra relaxes the user allowing for sudden or intricate movements to be done with little margin for error.
Dorokendageki (Draw and Strike) Rank:D Range:Close (0m ~ 5m) Type:Offensive Handseals: -- Chakra Consumption: Low
The battojutsu practitioner subjugates their dominant hand with chakra. This allows the practitioner to commence their attack from any position, this particular technique allows the practitioner to first draw with increased speed, then thrust or slashe with the blade so fast that the effects of the hit are after the user sheathes.
Iaijutsu (Art of Mental Presence) Rank:D Range:Close (0m ~ 5m) Type:Supplementary Handseals: -- Chakra Consumption: Low to cast and sustain
A defensive nature of fighting, all Iaijutsu practitioners will tend to stand in closed positions, sending chakra throughout their bodies to quicken response times. this leaves little openings and makes sure to make the least amount of wasted movement possible so as to remain solid like a rock. Once the swordsman has understood the basics of fortification, they move on to more complex defensive patterns.
Kawasu (To Parry) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive Handseals: -- Chakra Consumption: Low
Commencing from any position, the practitioner draws their sword and moves to deflect or simply block the strike, then resheathes. As the user becomes more proficient in Iaijutsu, more strikes can be defending against in a fluid movement, before they are overwhelmed by the attacks. One of Kenjutsu's ultimate defensive maneuvers, this technique relies on brute strength and rapid movement to evade an attack, instead of using their sword. Commencing from any position, the practitioner uses his advanced training and experience with defending, dodging, and countering to seemingly avoid a strike at an incredibly fast speed, allowing them to slip up close to the opponent. The speed at which the user moves is staggering and, when coupled against an opponents strike, allows them to get up close, their sword unsheathed and ready to deliver their own blow.

Commencing from any position, the practitioner holds the blade within the sheath. Once the user has foreseen an incoming assault, they focus their chakra within their arms in order to utilize a great deal of physical strength. When the attack is within the range of their technique, the user will rapidly withdraw the weapon from the sheathe, cutting at the air in the direction of the incoming attack. The sheer force of the attack will send a cutting shockwave the thickness of the sword and attempt to slice apart the attack. Once cut in half, the attack will veer off course and leave the user, who was in the center location of the cut, unscathed. Useful against Ninjutsu, this allows the Iaijutsu practitioner to defend against attacks they usually would not be able to, as the cutting swath the technique extends allows it to slice through fireballs and other such constructs, though clever usage is recommended to avoid being overwhelmed. This technique allows a kendo master to purge all of their experience into a surreal body movement. This movement allows them to analyze their opponents completely within the users range by studying others and the user tensing their bodies for sudden movements. Notes: This is fully dependent on role-play movement but just gives the ability to perceive attacks, but not predict. Simply put, this is nothing more than a greater clarity during battle than most shinobi; it will simply offer the user a marginal edge, dependent on the execution of the role-play in question.
