She was once known as the 'Witch of Hanasho', an elderly woman living in an old wooden cottage, deep into the forested outskirts of Hanasho. But that time has passed. She is now simply known as 'Grandma Mai', the matriarch of the Matsuda family, and has bult quite the friendly reputation within the community. Grandma Mai is the one who found Esau, and she is responsible for saving his life, taking him into her home, and giving him purpose thereafter.
Although members of the Matsuda family from Hanasho are still rumored to exist in other lands, Junpo is the only one who stayed beside their oldest relative- Grandma Mai. He is the old woman's nephew, a carefree and exuberant fellow who tends to the small ranch they own and does most of the heavy lifting. He is loyal to his grandma, and is often referred to as an 'oaf' by the rest of the village.
Besides Junpo, Gear is one of Esau's best and most trusted of friends. The two of them met during a lousy construction job in Hanasho, and haven't parted since. The man's eccentric, yet responsible, character meshed well with Esau's rambunctious party-loving mannerisms. He is roughly the same age as the other, perhaps a bit younger, but Gear is considered to be the wisest of the two. The duo enjoy pleasant board games in the mornings, and tend not to shy away from festivities of any kind- especially if it includes fine wine.
Chinatsu, or simply 'Natsu' or 'Nat', was born and raised in Hanasho, and works as the owner of a small flower shop at the heart of the village. Her father is the mayor of Hanasho, but she hasn't necessarily kept in contact with him since the untimely death of her mother. Through the course of the last year, she has been the object of Esau's advances, someone that he admires greatly and showers with affection. Aside from being astonishingly beautiful, she also has a heart of gold, and has surprisingly taken a liking to Esau!

Blank Sealing Scroll Rank: B Type: Universal Accessory. Special: The rank of the scroll determines the number of items, elements, or techniques that can be sealed within them. Likewise, the rank also determines how many accessory slots the scroll takes up (without an extension item purchased). It should be noted that elements being sealed inside of the scrolls are raw and uncontrollable, and not in unnecessarily large quantities. The "burst" of element extends roughly five meters fanning out from the scroll's open face, and can harm the user in certain situations. Likewise, the scroll must be open in order to summon the element in question.
B: B-rank scrolls can store a total of fifteen secondary weapon packs, or one two basic elements. This scroll takes up three accessory slots.
Description: Scrolls remain one of the most important pieces of equipment in a ninja's arsenal. Because of their size, multiple scrolls can be carried into battle in the front pouches of a flak jacket or in a satchel. This will save space and not sacrifice a much needed piece of equipment which may be required later. In the end, the scroll is useful because it allows the ninja to summon creatures, people and items to their aid. Description: Given the extreme topographical changes suffered by the world as a result of the Great War, things are no longer as they used to be. Tier 1 - Static Focus: Master of lightning based chakra, shinobi who favor the art of raiton are capable of using their body's own electrical current as a weapon. Once every two turns, masters of this level may "jolt" any number of victims they come in contact with, numbing the effected area for a post. This unique ability costs no chakra; however, using it again before the "cooldown" has reset will result in the user paralyzing their body entirely for two posts.
Tier 2 - Electrical Circuit: One of the aspects which makes raiton so powerful is its versatility, which masters of this element know quite well. The same electricity which chars flesh from bone can also be used to power a house for days, and likewise, a body. Once every other turn, the user may absorb a single raiton-based attack, assimilating the chakra into their own (which will stack ontop of their current pool state for the remaining duration of the thread, or until used; this means that if the user has one massive left and absorbs a mid worth of chakra from an attack, their pool will be at one massive, one mid). Unfortunately, this cannot be used on devastatingly powerful raiton attacks (i.e kirin).
Tier 3 - the Lighting Fang: Taking their mastery of raiton chakra even further, the user begins to understand how to effectively charge external objects. While not a perfect understanding, they are capable of charging a single object in a coat of raiton-based chakra, dramatically increasing its cutting strength (on par with chidori). These objects can leave the user's possession after they've been charged (i.e you can throw them), but lose their charge in the following post. This ability can only be used once every three posts, and requires a single Mid worth of chakra. If the user already knows chidori and all of its sub-techniques, this feat can be performed once every other post with no cost.
Sutangan no Jutsu (Limb Stunning Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!
Note: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are numbed for a whole turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked. The user must touch the victim with their hand to achieve the desired effects.
Matoudai Zeusu (Strike of Zeus) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky quite fast, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.
Jibashiri (Earth Flash) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Raiton- Jibashiri is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. After soaking the ground/opponent either with a Suiton technique or a conductive surface, the user will charge their palms with electricity and unleash the current into the ground. It will run along the earth and towards the opponent in order to shock them.
Purazuma Booru (Plasma Ball Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive Handseals: 8 Chakra Consumption: x2 Mid
A highly strategic raiton jutsu, the Plasma Ball allows the user to create a thick sphere of Raiton around their body, able to shock anyone that comes in contact with it immediately. Though no other jutsu can be cast while sustaining the shield, it makes up for it by becoming an ‘ultimate’ shield of sorts from regular, simple techniques and attacks.
Mekurumeku (Blind Flash) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption:
A basic yet effective Raiton technique, the user focuses a bit of chakra all over their body, letting the lightning gather and then quickly exploding, effectively providing a blinding light that leaves all within the range blind. Useful for disorientation and quick get-aways.
Raikyuu (Lightning Ball) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid; x2 Mid
A very simple and effective Raiton technique known throughout, the user either takes twin weaponry or their own appendages, focuses their chakra into their center, and forms a ball of pure lightning. This newly formed threat can either be smashed into an opponent’s face, or tossed from a nearby distance. Repetitive exposure to the shocking has been known to leave its victims stunned.
Danpen Inazuma (Shooting Thunder) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within a small range. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.
Hiraishin (Sparking Electric Needle) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Raiton- Hiraishin is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. After coming into physical contact with the opponent, the ninja can then raise their arm into the air and gather electricity. A bolt of electricity can then be used to travel through the user’s body and into the opponent’s body in order to paralyze them.
Eshaku Raikou (Lightning Bow) Rank: C Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, low per arrow afterwards
After performing the needed handseals, the user will wave both arms through the air, leaving Raiton chakra behind in the shape of bow and arrow. The lightning arrow can then be shot at an opponent and stun them from afar. By taking extra time to focus their energy, the arrow can be re-shaped for distance, rather than power.
Kaminari Shibari (Thunder Binding) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 9 Chakra Consumption: High
Raiton • Kaminari Shibari is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. The use will call down three bolts of lightning that will then implant into the ground in a triangular shape around their opponent. These Raiton infused pieces will then create electrified fields between themselves to form a triangular shaped prison. The field can be penetrated by a more powerful Wind Element infused weapon or a jutsu of stronger force.
Ichiren Inazuma (Chain Lightning) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 12 Chakra Consumption: High
An advanced version of ‘Shooting Thunder,' the Chain of Lightning allows the user to pass strong currents of lightning from victim to victim, up to three, within a thirty meter radius. The user outstretches their hands, so that the energy focusing within is displaced rapidly towards their target. Once they are hit, the victims are paralyzed and helpless, and the bolt then proceeds to jump and hit anyone else within range. Excellent when outnumbered, though one must use it with care, for it takes a great toll on the user’s chakra pool.
Karasuhebi no Jutsu (Shocking Snake Technique) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 8 Chakra Consumption: High
Through their talents in the Raiton release, the user is allowed to use their chakra to manifest a snake that will do their bidding. This snake is made comprised of pure lightning, and has advanced intellect of its own. It can communicate with the user mentally and follow orders well. This snake is useful for quick gashing and shocking attacks, and if one can manage to coil around the user, the equivalent of a strong shock courses through their body whole, constricting and shocking.
Note: Upon latching onto the victim, the snake can deliver shocks rendering the captured area numb for the entire time the snake is caught on. The duration this snake is "usable" is two post.
Chidori (One Thousand Birds) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: High
One of the rare techniques within the shinobi world involving both shape and nature manipulation, Chidori is a Raiton based ninjutsu developed for the purpose of ensured assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, the user's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user rushes forward in order to use the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name.
Note: Pierces through barriers 'A' rank and below, and instantly paralyzes the victim's body upon impact for the remainder of the turn it was used, presuming the strike doesn't kill the victim.
Chidori Nagashi (Thousand Birds Current) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
The first variation of Chidori involves the displacement of the concentrated electrical currents all across the user's surroundings. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to a specific point on their body, the user is now able to extend it outside of their body in general and through objects which they are holding. This allows the user to create a protective zone of electricity around their perimeter, which can shock and immobilize their foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. Best of all, this attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.
Note: This technique is capable of paralyzing multiple opponents simultaneously (up to a maximum of three) for one full turn. Despite being raiton based, this technique is somewhat slower than the rest, making it relatively easy to evade it (more so due to the fact it simply covers the ground. This technique can also be applied to a weapon in order to dramatically increase its cutting strength. The user must first cast chidori in order to use this technique.
Chidori Eisou (Thousand Birds Sharp Spear) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
The second variation of Chidori involves a similar extension of the original charge, but this time, in a more concentrated, linear fashion. On a whim the user is able to shape their Raiton Chakra to form an extending spear of pure lightning, aiming to pierce whatever it is they are aiming at. The best part? This spear takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the lightning sword to strike its target with ease. Finally, this variation is similar to Chidori Nagashi in that it causes the target to go numb from the excessive electrical charge.
Chidori Senbon (Thousand Birds Needles) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: – Chakra Consumption: High
The final Chidori variation is, as its name implies, a fully projectile version of the lightning discharge. Once the user summons their Chidori, they are able to further shape the elemental nature to form ten small, sharp senbon. Sized like normal senbon, these needles take on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path, and shock everything in its wake. Finally, upon impact, each senbon lets loose the full electrical potential encased within on their target.
Kaminari Ookami (Thunder Wolf) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 10 Chakra Consumption: High
Utilizing the Lighting Element the user will charge an electrical current into their hand. Using this charged and condensed amount of lightning, the user will send out a wolf made of lighting to attack their target. Unfortunately the wolf pulls lightning from the user’s palm limiting the techniques range.
Note: If wolf is able to bite into an opponent, the electricity can paralyze the foe either in just the limb itself or spreading through the body depending on the length of contact.
Raigeki no Yoroi (Lightning Strike Armor) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive; Supplementary Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: High to cast, mid to sustain
A defensive technique, the Yoroi technique is as its name implies – a set of lightning based armor, which shocks anything that comes in contact with it. After a series of handseals, lightning from the sky showers upon the user, coating them in a bright blue coating. As they glow, all forms of conductors will make victim’s more susceptible to damage, and any taijutsu upon the armor will leave the user’s appendages feeling paralyzed. Excellent when outnumbered, or simply facing an opponent that favors taijutsu.
Note: Under the effects of Raiton no Yoroi the user has an increased speed as well as strength made even stronger by the piercing capabilities of the lightning itself surrounding the user.
Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique) Rank: A Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: 3x High
With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user's movement speed and strength. While easily capable of being use for offensive means, the Raiton Bunshin also makes for an equally solid defense due to its ability to harness Raiton-based techniques.
Note: As strong and durable as a normal Kage Bunshin while also able to move freely, cast Raiton jutsu as well as paralyze upon contact and/or destruction.
Rairyuu no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 12 Chakra Consumption: x2 High
Similar to the ‘Lightning Armor’ technique, this jutsu allows the user to be both defended and guarded by their own lightning. After a series of seals, lightning from the sky falls onto the user in a steady stream and the user begins to spin in place rapidly, suspended slightly in the air by their own chakra. During their spin, a vortex of lightning and raging winds comes forth, birthing from the top the head of a dragon comprised purely of lightning. The dragon can attack anything within its range, either directly with a snap of its maw, or indirectly by passing next to its target and sending smaller bolts from its side. It moves at frightening speeds just as long as the user keeps spinning.
Note: User is defended by the effects of Raigeki no Yoroi, and can even absorb enemy Raiton attacks to power the dragon and restore their chakra. User must be spinning to keep dragon active. Bolts in general do not distinguish between friend or foe, and the dragon can only attack one general target at a time. Chakra restoration is equivalent to below one tier absorbed. ( Low = None, Mid = Low, etc).
Myaku (Static Pulse) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 13 Chakra Consumption: x2 High to cast, High to maintain
As its name implies, the ‘Static Pulse’ allows the user to deliver several quick pulses of shocking Raiton chakra, intended to latch onto any living chakra networks, invade them, and shock away until nothing is left. This is allowed because the caster coats the region of the technique, thirty meters, in a thin layer of his refined Raiton chakra. It spreads perfectly along the ground at fast speeds unless one has special eyes to pierce through such movement. Although brief, several can be shot at once, repeatedly, keeping the enemy at bay in a last minute ditch effort. Excellent when outnumbered.
Shishikyu Funzen (Shocking Tiger’s Wrath) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 10 Chakra Consumption: x2 High
The Shishikyu technique allows the user to use their prowess in the Raiton arts in order to create several tigers consisting purely of Raiton energy. Once birthed, they can move at decent speeds, and can defend the user form attacks, as well as attack others. Creates a single large, 1 meter tiger comprised of pure Raiton essence. The maximum duration this tiger can be sustained is two posts. Dark blue and constantly shining, these tigers move fast to strike their target, and can swipe quickly as an attack. Only attacks that can disrupt their essence can hurt them, and they carry an ultimate attack which involves the user holding a particular handseal so that they can all converge on a particular enemy, hurting it greatly. An indirect strike from these tigers (a slash of its claws, a bite) renders the victim's body numb for a half a second, and receiving a full blast from a kamikaze strike leaves the victim paralyzed for a half a turn.
Raimuraito (Limelight) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 20 Chakra Consumption: Massive
Raiton • Limelight is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. Regarded as one of the ultimate Raiton jutsu, Limelight is created through the simultaneous Raiton manipulation of several shinobi at once. To begin, each ninja will take their place in one of the four cardinal directions. The ninja will then activate the jutsu, sending Raiton from their location over the center of the target. When all four lightning arcs converge, they combine to rain down massive destruction on the area directly underneath. The jutsu is rumored to be powerful enough to totally turn a village below into ash, though some of that is peer-to-peer exaggeration. The jutsu requires all four ninja to activate; if one of the users is taken out, the technique will fail.
Raikiri (Lightning Edge) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: 3x High
Though little has changed in execution, the power of Chidori is now increased even further, no longer able to be withstood by normal means. The penetrative power of the Chidori is increased tremendously, but so too is the chakra cost and the toll it takes on the body. It is a more refined and powerful version of Chidori, Raikiri is capable of piercing through nearly any substance (up to the full length of the user's arm). Presuming the strike is not fatal, this technique paralyzes the opponent for a full turn. On top of this, once learned all Chidori sub-jutsu can be performed under the power of Raikiri.

This technique brings both onto the battlefield an awesomely large serpent like entity comprised of pure lightning. This colossal creature moves fast and can climb onto all forms of surfaces. The trick is that it is comprised of Raiton energy, so it doesn’t actually slither – it hovers ever so softly over anything it chooses to cross, temporarily changing the surface’s charge in order for it to be compatible with the beast. However, as large as it is, size of a large summon, it’s rather dumb, and follows only the most basic of the user’s mental commands. Serpent lasts until destroyed, and can withstand up to one 'S' ranked strike. When destroyed, serpent explodes in a brilliant blinding flash and many small yet strong thunder bolts that shooting randomly, affecting ALL except the user with a range equivalent to the serpent's total size.
Kazekaeshi (Wind Return) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive Handseals: 0 Chakra Consumption: High
Kazekaeshi is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. The user will release a concentrated burst of wind at an incoming attack, which is knocked back at the opponent with all its destructive potential left in tact.
Note: The incoming attack must be something that can be reflected, such as a fireball or a projectile weapon. However, if the attack is more powerful than the blast of wind (a higher rank), this technique will fail.
Kazekiri (Wind Cutter) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: High x2, Massive
Kazekiri is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After a string of handseals, the user sticks their palm into the sky and focuses their chakra. An extremely sharp disc of wind - whose size varies based on the rank - is created, and can be hurled for a great distance at high speeds. It is capable of cutting down anything in its path.
Note: The High x2 version of this technique is used mostly against humans and is one meter in diameter. The Massive version is geared more toward injuring large summons and is two meters in diameter.
Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu (Chakra Absoption Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low to cast and sustain
The root of all Akadou jutsu, Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu is a special ninjutsu techinque used to quickly extract a victim's chakra for the purpose of using it for oneself . After activitating the technique, the user's hands will glow a neon-blue color, the sign of reverse-flow chakra. As they place their palm on their opponent's body, or any chakra surface for that matter, they can proceed to withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing the opponent’s chakra, it greatly increases their overall advantage in battle.
Note: This ability can only be channeled through the hand(s). The chakra absorbed by this technique, per post, is equivalent to x2 Mid. Furthermore, despite being channeled through the hand(s), the user is only capable of draining one person at a time.

Once the Akadou learns to control the altering chakra flow of their victims, they understand the nature of reversing that flow so that it fulls their targets rather than empty them. After activating the technique, the user's hand will glow with a special chakra hue which, when their palm touches the target's body, can pass their own chakra onto whomever they wish.
Note: This ability can only be channeled through the hand(s). The amount of chakra the user may give another is entirely up to them, but may never exceed once massive per thread.
Chakura Kanaami (Chakra Effect Transfer Skill) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast and sustain
Master manipulators of chakra, Akadou are able to transfer their chakra in or out of anything they touch. With that in mind, experienced members will be able to transfer their effects onto their objects they hold, mainly weapons and items. Whether it’s a sword or a simple rod, with this technique, the clan member can make whatever they are holding as lethal as their secret technique, adding to their overall versatility in combat.
Note: With this ability, which can be activated at any time, the user can channel their "chakra leeching" ability into any object their choose. Whether its a shield, sword, kunai or hammer, the user can extend their devouring chakra into the item, increasing their versatility and lethality in combat. The chakra drained from these weapons coming in contact with enemies is identical to Chakra Absorption technique.
Chakra Ichida no Jutsu (Chakra Paralysis Technique) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High
With this variation of 'Chakra Kyuuin', the Akadou finally learns to enhance the potency of their special chakra, to the point it renders their victim's useless midst leeching. Rather than just provide discomfort through absorption, the victim will now be forcefully paralyzed while being touched unless they can provide a chakra surge larger than the one overtaking them.
Note: This ability can only be channeled through the hand(s). This technique is nothing more than an addition to the user’s Chakra Kyuuin, which they can activate at any time (for a High cost) during leeching. The paralysis lasts as long as the user is touching the victim.
Chakra Shouhen no Jutsu (Chakra Poisoning Technique) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: 2x High
Building on the principle of Chakra Kyuuin, the clan member learns to transfer their special chakra into the networks of their opponent's in order to infect them with a virus that causes an imbalance in their victim's chakra control. The virus will remain in the system for as long as the victim has chakra, or until they can produce a sudden, massive unexpected surge of chakra that is large enough to disrupt the poison.
Note: This ability can only be channeled through one's hand(s). The poison remains in system until it is defeated or until the victim is without chakra. The poison can be disrupted only by a Soldier Pill, a sudden disruption from an outside chakra source such as: a Bijuu, Hachimontonkou, the Cursed Seal, the Black Heaven and Hell seal, relics like Samehada. This poison takes a total of four posts to completely deplete a victim’s chakra pool, removing 25% per post. Chakra lost prior to the poison being disrupted does not return to the victim, and is considered spent for the remainder of the thread.
Chakra Shinkuu no Jutsu (Chakra Vacuum Technique) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplemnentary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast and sustain
Once the Akadou is comfortable with their chakra suctioning abilities, they will then learn to focus the power of Chakra Kyuin all around their body, creating a fiery glow that wraps all around their form. Whenever the user is touched on any part of their body, the chakra of their assailants will begin to be drained. This is particularly effective when outnumbered, or under the assault of Taijutsu.
Note: Unlike Chakra Kyuuin, this involves draining chakra along their entire body. As such, the amount of chakra they can acquire, per post, is one High. Furthermore, being as how their entire body has now become the conduit of their ability, they can effectively drain any and all who come into contact with them (opposed to one person at a time). It should be noted that Chakra Paralysis can work with this technique, as well.
Bakuryuugeki (Exploding Dragon Strike) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Bringing out a scroll and revealing the inscription written on its center, the user then summons a large flaming dragon that will explode whenever it comes into physical contact with an object. Note: The dragon in question is roughly three meters long and one meter wide, and its explosive power is equivalent to a pair of explosive notes.
Beast Sealing Technique Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid per chain
After performing the necessary handseals, the user will crouch and place a hand upon the ground. The seal will form around them, illuminate, and send chains of chakra racing toward the target in an attempt ensnare them. Being comprised of chakra, these chains are incredibly difficult to break free from. The only true downside is their length.
Note: The user’s hand must remain touching the ground for the chains to remain in play.
Keiyaku Fuuin (Contract Seal) Rank: C Range: Close (0m~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 7 Chakra Consumption: High
After performing the necessary handseals, the user must focus chakra into their dominant hand and place their palm upon the target. A quick connection is made between the two chakra systems and the seal is activated, removing the target's control over their summoned creature(s) for a short time. The creature, no longer held to the thread by its user, disappears.
Note: The seal only lasts for the remaining duration of the thread in which it was placed. Furthermore, being as how it is very rare for a user to control their summon (outside of Sharingan users), this seal effectively unsummons a traditionally summoned creature. In the case where it is a Sharingan user controlling a beast, this seal works as intended and simply severs the connection between the Sharingan user and the creature in question.
Rigouaku Fuuin (Strength Thef Seal) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: High
After performing the necessary handseals, the user then places their hand upon their target. A black ‘+’ shape will appear on the opponent’s body where contact was made. Immediately after, short black lines will spread out from the initial mark, covering the victim’s limbs. The opponents body will be frozen in mid-motion as them muscles are forcibly locked into position by the seal’s chakra, leaving them totally paralyzed until the seal wears off.
Note: This seal paralyzes a single target for one post.
Fuuka Houin (Elemental Sealing Method) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: Same as sealed technique (to place), Low (to activate)
The user unravels a scroll and writes the needed sealing incantation upon it, leaving a space in the center blank. After performing the needed handseals, vapor appears from the scroll and envelops the element that the user is trying to seal, sucking it inside. The kanji for seal (封) appears in the center, certifying the technique's completion. To activate the scroll at a later time, the user imbibes the scroll with a Low amount of chakra and breaks the seal. The sealed element is then released, perfect for circumventing damage from a dangerous enemy.
Note: It should be noted that the “sealing” portion of this technique takes a considerable amount of time, and thusly is entirely impractical for use in battle. The unsealing, however, is instant and thusly much more commonly seen being used.
Gokumen Fuuin (Frozen Slave Seal) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: High; 2x High (optional)
Gokumen Fuuin is an enslavement type Fuuinjutsu, and is usually given to members of certain secretive shinobi organizations in order to secure confidential information. After being placed, if the wearer of this seal speaks about anything incriminating related to whatever parameters the sealist establishes prior to placing it on the victim, their entire body will be completely paralyzed. It takes the shape of three solid lines with two broken lines beneath, and can be implied anywhere on the body, even during combat, though is most commonly applied to the tongue. Only the person who placed the seal, or a sufficient burst of chakra (such as the gates, a bijuu, or the activation of Susano’o), can end the paralysis once activated.
Note: The 2x High version of this ability allows this paralysis seal to be employed during battle. Meaning, that the victim need not speak or break the parameters; the user can simply activate the seal whenever they wish. This paralysis lasts for a total of one post.
It should be noted that the placing of this seal is permanent, lasting until either forcibly broken or the user’s death.
Kaija Houin (Evil Releasing Method) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: High
The direct counterpart to the Evil Sealing Method, this technique is used to release the technique-induced marks on a person rather than sealing it. Compared to its brethren, this technique requires far less preparation, requires far less chakra, and can be used on the spot. When combining with certain materials, the user may even perform greater feats.
Note: In terms of battle, this seal can be used to incapacitate an opponent. By releasing a seal or mark that requires the victim to be of a certain level of strength, the user can overwhelm their body with the full potential of the mark and render them unconscious.
Chakra Draining Seal Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 9 Chakra Consumption: 2x High to cast, Low to sustain
This Fuuinjutsu is used to keep a target comatose, all the while siphoning large segments of chakra from their body. After performing the necessary handseal, the user will place their hands upon the ground to create the seal. They will then place an unconscious person at the center, which will keep the person in an unshakable slumber all the while draining them of their chakra. This technique can be used to harness specific strains of chakra, or simply keep the user in a weak and docile state (should they ever wake up).
Note: A practical use would be removing implanted chakra from another person’s body, similar to how Kabuto did Orochimaru’s chakra from Anko Mitarashi’s cursed seal. Otherwise, this seal will simply keep a victim at 1 Low worth of chakra so long as the user maintain the seal.
The user must be within five meters of the seal at all times, or it will break and 25% of the victim’s chakra will be immediately returned to them (the victim).
Fuuja Houin (Evil Sealing Method) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 19 Chakra Consumption: 2x High; Massive (optional)
This sealing technique is used to suppress technique-induced marks on a person. Marks of weaker power can be completely suppressed (and often times erased) by this technique alone, but for marks of higher power (such as the Cursed Seal), it will cause the seal’s power to become dependent on the recipient’s own willpower to some extent, especially if the sealer is not experienced enough to strengthen the seal with their own power.
This seal is also capable of holding back certain kekkei genkai, such as that of the Kurama clan as seen when Kurenai tried to do this.
This seal requires a high number of handseals to be performed and consumed a very large amount of chakra from the user. Preparation for this technique requires two concentric circles with kunai placed in intervals along the circumference, in addition to a number of characters written in blood that radiate out from the center of the mark.
This technique is quick, but incredibly painful. The seal can be removed at any time by the caster or whoever the seal is on; since the seal’s strength is sometimes based off the will of the recipient, they can will it away without needing an unsealing technique.
Note: Despite the large number of handseals, this ability can be used during battle. For a massive cost, the user can forgo the ritualistic preparations and simply charge more chakra into the technique. With this, they simply need perform the handseals and touch the victim where their mark is currently at.
Gogyou Kaiin (Five Elements Unseal) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: 2x High
After performing the necessary handseals, the user focuses chakra into their hand. The tips of their fingers are encased in ethereal flames the color of their dominant chakra type. When these fingers are pressed against a seal on the target's body, the chakra melds with the old seal and breaks it, effectively removing it and stopping its effects. While this counter-seal can be used to help someone, it can also be used against seals that may have aided an opponent.
Note: This is the only method of which one can remove Gogyou Fuuin.
Tensha Fuuin (Transciption Seal) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: -
Tensha Fuuin is a Boosting & Restoration type Fuuinjutsu utilized by those on the verge of death wishing to pass on a part of themselves onto another. Once physical contact with the receiver has been made, the user transfers their complete knowledge of a single technique into the recipient, which can be set to activate by 'triggering' with almost any condition the user imagines. Once met, the nigh undetectable seal within the recipient reacts with the chakra encoded ability, freeing the technique from its dormant state and giving them permanent access to whichever jutsu was transferred.
Note: This seal can transfer any one technique the user wishes, presuming the recipient is a viable candidate for it. This means that a user could not transfer Amaterasu to a non-Uchiha player.
Ura Shishou (Reverse Four Symbols Seal) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 18 Chakra Consumption: Massive to place
Ura Shishou is a seal that the user places across their chest, set to activate upon their death. The seal's appearance represents lesser yin, great yin, lesser yang, and great yang. When activated, these seals are released and form a large, black sphere around the user's body. Anything caught inside the sphere's area is then drawn in and sealed within the user's corpse, forever lost.
Note: The expansion of this sphere is not instant, and neither is its collapse (in which everything is sucked in). Players with enough forewarning will easily escape.
Shiki Fuujin (Dead Demon Consuming Seal) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 10 Chakra Consumption: Massive
The Shiki Fuujin is a seal which invokes the power of a spectral entity known as the Shinigami (Death God) that can only be seen when it grasps one’s soul. When summoned, the Shinigami hovers behind the user to wrap prayer beads over the summoner’s arm as a seal appears on the stomach. The soul of the summoner is then partially separated from the body and restrinaed by the Shinigami’s hair as it thrusts its arm into the user’s chest to grab the soul of its target. At the user’s command, the Shinigami then performs the sealing by dragging the target’s soul into the user whose stomach is branded with the seal’s mark. However, the sealing is a double-edged as the user’s soul is devoured by the Shinigami along with the target’s, both souls trapped for all eternity within the fiend’s stomach.
It is also possible for the user to seal multiple targets through the use of shadow clones. The methods of sealing vary, with the user either grabbing the target or extending the Shinigami’s hand (it truly depends on how much chakra they have left).
Note: The more traditional method of sealing a target with this technique is to grab hold of them, and have the Shinigami’s arm reach through the user’s stomach, into the victim’s, and rip out their soul. However, for an additional massive, the user can allow for the Shinigami’s arm to extend up to a maximum of fifty meters; this spectral arm can pass through any obstacle it may face as it chases down the target.
Gogyou Fuuin (Five Elements Seal) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 2 Chakra Consumption: 2x high
After performing a set of handseals, the user grasps their wrist and focuses chakra into the hand attached to it. The tips of their fingers are encased in ethereal flames the color of their dominant chakra type. If these fingers are pressed against an opponent, even through clothing, the seal will be placed. Gogyou Fuuin causes the target to lose control of any unnatural chakra within their body, becoming unable to tap into it and use it until the seal is removed. Gogyou Fuuin appears on the target's body as five finger-sized swirls that form a circle, because of the positioning of the user's hand.
Note: This technique heavily disrupts a target’s chakra flow, severely limiting their ability to mold chakra and perform jutsu. Those who have become a victim of this technique will be limited solely to c-rank techniques and below, and only able to sustain feats such as walking on water and up unnatural surfaces for a total of five posts before them must “refresh” it (i.e stop, and then start again).
Furthermore, those who possess a bijuu and are affected by this technique will be unable to harness their bijuu’s chakra in any shape or form. This means that the bonus chakra granted by being the bijuu’s host is temporarily gone, reducing the user’s chakra pool to its baseline reserve.
Gofuu Kekkai (Five Seal Barrier) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (0m ~ 5m), Far (10m+) Type: Defensive Handseals: 7 Chakra Consumption: 2x Massive
This technique creates a barrier around a large area (each tag can be up to a kilometer apart) by placing for ‘forbidden’ tags in different locations around the desired vicinity, with the fifth tag being on the protected location, itself. The tags are placed on flat surfaces, and are connected with the user’s chakra. This technique turns the entire range surrounded by the tags into a barrier space, and inside the space, the material’s destruction is “forbidden.” Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is utterly pointless, as it will only lead to the attack (or force of the attack) being immediately turned against the aggressor(s). To cancel this, it is necessary to search for the four tags and tear them off simultaneously.
However, even if the tags are removed, there is a final obstacle: the trap of the tags activate and creates a perfect copy of those who have removed the seal (only the person who removes the seal), preventing them from returning to their other units.
Note: This barrier will remain in play indefinitely, until the tags are removed simultaneously. If a single tag is removed and the others are not, it will simply burn and another will form in its place. This does not create a window, however, as the barrier remains perfectly intact.
Hiraishin Shiki-Jutsu (Flying Thunder God Technique Formula) Rank: SS Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: High
Hiraishin, the seal which allows its owner the unique ability to literally cross space and time and teleport to it. Able to be placed on anything, from parchment, paper and weapons, to actual people, this legendary teleportation skill is surpassed by none. It''s easy - by creating a destination marker, or 'technique formula', the owner of the shiki can detect its signal from anywhere in the world, so that they may have the option of warping to it.
Note: The Hiraishin seal cannot be removed by 'Gogyou Kaiin' (Five Elements Unseal), or any other 'unsealing' method; the only legitimate way to 'deal' with it is by destroying the very surface it is placed on, or by killing the owner. User can 'feel' the surface which has seal placed on it, including if/when it is moved, and whether any form of contact has been established with it. The time in which the user is notified of any changes is instant. Once placed, the seal will remain visible for all to see. Users can visit a shiki multiple times, until it is either removed by the user or destroyed.
Hiraishin (Flying Thunder God) Rank: S Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: x2 High.
A space-time jutsu like Kuchiyose, the user first needs to mark their final destination with a shiki (rite). Once marked, the user can then activate the jutsu, allowing them instant teleportation to the chosen mark. No matter where the opponent goes, the Flying Thuder God can simply travel to the mark and end them. And if they need to transport something, all they need to do is touch that item and spread their Hiraishin chakra across it.
Note: The 'warp' used to teleport the user is instantaneous. There is no distance that the user cannot cross. So long as there is a seal, the user can simply travel to it. It should be noted that anyone that the user is touching, during the time of the warp, is teleported as well.
Hiraishin Sori (Flying Thunder God Warp) Rank: S Type: Supplementary Range: - Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: x2 High.
An advanced form of Hiraishin only capable to be used by those who have mastered the art. Much like it's normal form, the user first needs to mark their destination with a shiki (rite). Once marked, anything that comes in contact with it instantly is warped to any other rite the user has active. By doing that, the user can send the attack to anywhere they wish, assuming that place is marked, essentially avoiding an attack in a whole.
Note: Allows the user to add the unique effect of being able to automatically teleport anything that comes in contact with the Hiraishin seal. Designed primarily as a defensive method, the shiki can now active and spread its effect when it senses chakra. Activation is on contact, and warp is near-instant.

Description: Small and lovable, Doju is a small dragon whelp that loves nothing more than good company. The weakest dragon that you could ever possibly summon, Doju is roughly one foot long and half as wide; this cute pup can't even produce so much as an ember of flame. On the contrary, if he tries hard enough, he can make a small ring of smoke that harmlessly fizzles out after several seconds!
This small baby dragon has no equipment.
Memory Bank Type: Supplementary. Cost: - Description: Despite being a nothing more than a dragon whelp, Doju already possesses their legendary memory. He is capable of permanently remembering any information that he is told or reads, and relaying it to the user at a later date.
Name: Fusa. Classification: Senior. Rank: A. Chakra Consumption: High Statistics: Offense (1). Defense (1). Speed (5); Massive x2. Description: Fusa is, without a doubt, the fastest dragon in existence as she can push speeds up to 100 MPH. Twenty feet long and ten feet wide (not including her wings, which are roughly eight feet long each), she can cater a handful of shinobi without hindering her powerful flight capabilities. With her bones and body structure meant solely for speed, she is rather susceptible to injury from any real sense of an attack. Even if it's something as simple as running into an object while she's flying, that would be more than enough to cause her severe injury and shatter more than a handful of her fragile bones. Fusa is meant to serve solely as a method of quick and effective transportation.
Passenger Harness Rank: C. Type: Supplement. Limit: - Description: A simple harness fastened to Fusa's back, this is used to ensure that her rider's are safely secured to her back during high-speed flights and ace-maneuvers. This harness possesses multiple tethers, allowing a total of six people to fully secure themselves to her back. Additional passengers will need to use a different method (chakra to the feet) to ensure their own safety.
Adept Swimmer Type: Supplementary. Cost: - Description: Though she possesses no real defensive qualities or offensive capabilities, Fusa is arguably the greatest form of transportation a mortal can ever find. While being able to fly at neck-break speeds, she can also submerge herself up to fifty feet beneath large bodies of water, swimming with speeds equally as impressive as she flies.
Name: Fusaju. Classification: Senior. Rank: A. Chakra Consumption: High Statistics: Offense (3). Defensive (2). Speed (3); Massive x2. Description: Fusa's older brother, Fusaju is another dragon geared more so toward transportation. Slightly larger than his sister, coming in at twenty-five feet long and twelve feet wide (not including his wings, which are ten feet long each), Fusaju's body is perfect for the demands of deep-sea travel though he can fly, as well (though not nearly as fast as he can swim). While not able to move nearly as fast as his sister, his ability to withstand the crushing depths of an ocean are unparalleled. Fusaju also possesses the very unique ability to protect his riders in a small bubble of chakra during these moments.

Limit: - Description: A simple harness fastened to Fusaju's back, this is used to ensure that his rider's are safely secured to his back during deep sea traveling. Deep Sea Diver Type: Supplementary. Cost: - Description: This represent's Fusaju's ability to dive a seemingly limitless depth into large bodies of water. With his body geared for this type of traveling, he can move at a moderately fast pace while submerged (even at his deepest, which is rumored to be the bottom of the ocean floor).
Deep Sea Diving Passengers Type: Supplementary. Cost: Low to cast and sustain. Description: Fusaju can innately produce a small egg of chakra to protect his passengers from the crushing depths of the oceans. This "egg" is roughly three meters in diameter, giving those inside some room to comfortably move around while traveling.
Water Spew Offensive: Offensive. Cost: High to cast, mid to sustain. Description: Fusaju can emit a constant stream of highly pressurized water from his mouth, capable of piercing through steel up to two feet thick. This stream is roughly one meter wide and can accurately extend up to twenty meters away before harmlessly fanning out into a spray (light downpour) of liquid, up to an additional ten meters away. This stream can be directed in a slashing manner, as well, and can "cut" its target rather than stab.
Water Canon Offensive: Offensive. Cost: High. Description: Fujasu can collect a large orb, roughly two meters in diameter, of raw chakra and water at his mouth. He can then accurately fire this orb up to twenty-five meters away, where it will explode into a torrent of force and concussive waves (which expands in all directions up to five meters from the point of impact). The force from this explosion can easily break a person's bones, though a direct hit is quite capable of killing a fully matured human.
Name: Oodama. Classification: Senior. Chakra Consumption: x2 High. Rank: A. Statistics: Offense (4). Defense (4). Speed (2); Massive x2. Description: The first of several dragons used primarily as a method to destroy one's enemies, Oodame is a monstrous gold and beige dragon. Coming in in nearly thirty-five feet tall, twenty feet long, and fifteen feet wide, this harbinger of destruction is not one to be trifled with. Unlike his other friends and kin, Oodama's elemental affinity is actually attuned to the lightning element. However, his large size greatly limits his speed, making him one of the slower creatures of this magnificent order.

Heroic Strike Type: Offensive. Cost: x2 Mid. Description: By channeling all of his might into either of his arms, Oodama can deliver a mighty strike to a single target. Due to his sheer size, this blow allows him to utterly decimate most modernized defenses. The addition of chakra into the equation simply doubles the effectiveness of the attack, making even some of the most powerful ninjutsu barriers quiver beneath it.
Lightning Array Type: Offensive. Cost: High. Description: One of Oodama's more powerful assaults, he can emit a rather large beam of raiton directly from his mouth. This beam is roughly five meters in diameter and can be accurately fired up to twenty-five meters away. Despite being raiton based, this beam possesses enough heat to set most materials and substances on fire (wood, flesh) and melt concrete. This ability takes a full post to charge, in which Oodama must remain still as he charges the raiton blast.
White Wash Type: Supplementary. Cost: High. Description: While not nearly as deadly as his Lightning Array, Oodama's White Wash technique allows him to essentially release a massive EMP up to half a kilometer in diameter. This completely fries any and all electronic devices (including the user's) for a total of ten posts.
Raiton Synthesis Type: Defensive. Cost: High. Description: Due to his incredibly strong bond with the raiton element, Oodama can instantly neutralize any and all raiton based ninjutsu he comes in contact with for a small increment of his chakra. This includes entirely unique forms of the element being manipulated, such as chidori and chakra no yoroi.
Name: Tate. Classification: Senior. Rank: S. Chakra Consumption: x2 Massive. Statistics: Offense (2). Defense (5). Speed (2); x2 Massive. Description: Completely opposite of his distance cousin, Oodama, Tate is a massive dragon focused solely around defense. Standing nearly ninety feet high, thirty feet long and twenty-five feet wide, Tate is known for two massive arms (which make the majority of his height) which serve as his primary means of defense. The hard scales that line these two devastatingly durable wings are legednary, even through his realm, and are said to be completely impregnable. When using his arms to defend himself, his wings collapse into a small hollowed slides at the back (hidden) side of his forearms. Due to his size, Tate's flight speed is arguably one of the slowest in this family (even slower than Oodama's).

The Ultimate Barrier Type: Defensive. Cost: - Description: The forearm portion of Tate's wings are considered legendary due to their highly defensive nature. Known by his kin as the ultimate barrier, Tate's forearms are seemingly capable of protecting him (and his rider) from all forms of damage. This includes some of the most powerful ninjutsu in existence. It should be noted, however, that this only applies to the large bone-like portions of his forearms. The rest of his body, while resilient, does not retain this same exemplary defensive quality.
Name: Kuragari. Classification: Senior. Rank: S. Chakra Consumption: Massive. Statistics: Offense (5). Defense (4). Speed (2); x2 Massive. Description: Known as the Darkener for the charred ruination he leaves in his wake, Kuragari is arguably the most vicious and violent of all the summonable dragons. Long ago, he waged war with Oyabun, the current "dragon king" recognized by all those of their realm, but was soundly defeated. Kuragari is roughly eighty feet long, standing at just over a hundred feet tall, and is nearly forty feet wide. With his massive ebony body as his primary weapon, he does not hesitate to wreck absolutely destruction on anything and everything that dare stands in his path. He also possesses a series of catastrophically powerful breath weapons.

Ignition Type: Offensive. Cost: High. Description: Kuragari is capable of emitting a large cloud of what appears to be black dust to cover a 15x15x15 meter area before him. This ashen cloud takes one full post to properly settle, coating everything and anything caught in its way. After it has fully claimed a location, lingering like a fog, he can can ignite the cloud with a spark of flame from his mouth and cause the entire area to erupt in a vicious, powerful explosion.
River of Flame Type: Offensive. Cost: x2 High to cast, High to sustain. Description: Kuragari is known for his taste for flames. As his favorite method of destruction, he is capable of emitting a massive gout of flame from his breath. This stream of fire is nearly three meters in diameter and can be fired up to a maximum of thirty meters away. The sheer heat from this lashing gout is enough to scorch (mummify) anyone within one meter of its being.
River of Lava Type: Offensive. Cost: High. Description: While not being able to generate the lava element himself, Kuragari has learned to make due with what he has to form his own. By assimilating earthen materials, up to five meters in any direction, through his hands and feet, he mixes the rubble (raw dirt, boulders, et cetera) with the incredibly hot flames bubbling in his gut. After this process (which takes a full post to complete; he can't move during this period) he then regurgitates the substance out in a fanning wave of lava.
This wave is roughly twenty meters wide and ten meters thick, and can reach up to a total of fifteen meters away from Kuragari's person.
Meteor Type: Offensive. Cost: x2 High. Description: Kuragari is able to gather a sphere, roughly two meters in diameter, of pure katon chakra at his mouth. This sphere can be then be accurately shot up to thirty meters away, and explodes into a swath of burning flames upon contact. This explosion is roughly five meters in all directions, burning anything that they touch.
Within the Volcano's Heart Type: Passive. Cost: - Description: Kuragari's body temperature is so high that bodies of water, large or small, find themselves dwindling in his presence. Because of this unreal temperature, casting any and all suiton-based jutsu is incredibly difficult. Suiton-based jutsu used within fifty meters of his body requires double the cost, and will automatically require a source. Masters of the suiton element who no longer require a source find the cost of their jutsu tripled.
Name: Oyabun. Classification: Sage. Rank: S. Chakra Consumption: Massive. Statistics: Offense (4). Defense (3). Speed (3); x3 Massive. Description: Known by his kin as the Dragon King, Oyabun is leader of the Shizenkaijumon Council and considered to be the strongest dragon in all existence. Though dramatically smaller than his long time rival, Kuragari, his physique is nonetheless impressive. Oyabun's standard height is no more than twelve feet, being nearly four times the girth of a standard human man. His wings, while powerful, are not suited for sustained flight; instead, they are used to facilitate incredibly steep leaps into the air and or dramatically slow falls (no matter the height) via controlled gliding. Many find it odd that a creature as small as Oyabun leads a race of such potent creatures, yet his power is nonetheless respected and revered throughout the lands.
Beyond a standard martial arts gi and meditation beads, this mighty wyrm has no equipment.
Transformation, the Great Spear Type: Supplementary. Cost: x2 High. Description: Like the fabled monkey king, Enma, Oyabun is capable of transforming himself into a massive great spear that is capable of alternating its length at his, or his wielder's, will. It is said that this "spear," like Enma in his staff mode, is made completely from the rarest of diamonds and thus possesses a cutting and piercing strength rivaling that of the legendary Kusanagi. Oyabun can retain absolute control of his body while in this form, allowing him to fly and float as he pleases; he can also extend a single appendage from any point of the spear at any given time.
Dragon's Roar, the Wyrm's Bane Type: Passive. Cost: - Description: Considered to be a rare trait even among dragons, and credited to Oyabun's successful control over their realm, he possesses a rare ability to command and control all other dragon summons. With the ability to strip them of their will to battle, this unique trait only arises every other millennium in notably powerful dragons. Likewise, while transformed into the Great Spear, this allows him to deal triple damage to all other kinds of dragons.
Dragon's Roar, the Wyrm's Feast Type: Supplementary. Cost: x2 High to cast, Mid to sustain. Description: The second half of the trait known among the dragon kind as the Dragon's Roar, Oyabun also possesses the ability to significantly increase combat effectiveness of his followers. While this ability is activated, all dragon based summons will boast increased statistics (1 additional point to all categories) so long as they're within 100 meters of his being. Likewise, this ability also effects the summoner, doubling their physical attributes (to the equivalent level of a taijutsu primary). This does not stack with other increasing effects, and will automatically overpower and nullify any others that are currently active.
Dragon Hide, Weapon Break Type: Supplementary Cost: Mid. Description: Possessing hands, unlike many of his kin, Oyabun is quite an avid practitioner of a variety of fighting styles. Over the many years he's been alive, he has learned to channel chakra into his hands in order to effortlessly snap any standardized weapon they come in contact with. Originally, this ability can only be used with one hand. However, for an additional increment of one Mid worth of chakra (per cast), he can produce this effect with both hands simultaneously.
Ragnarok. the Reckoning Type: Offensive. Cost: x2 High. Description: By concentrating a rather large amount of katon-based chakra into his hand, Oyabun can then pierce through nearly any defense known to man. Though a one-shot maneuver (as in it can only be used once and then deactivates), his hand can cut through steel like a hot knife to butter. Even the most potent of ninjutsu based defenses seem incapable of keeping his fiery makeshift blade "out," and is widely considered one of the most effectively destructive techniques known in existence. This ability takes two full posts to charge, though Oyabun can move while he is doing so.
