[2] PhysicalitySozen has three odd black freckles on his left cheek just under his eye in the shape of a triangle. Two dots below the eye and a third between the first two but located about an inch down his cheek. His sister has a matching mark but on Sacchi’s right cheek instead of her left and with the triangle inverted.

Appearance:
Sacchi is a fragile looking girl, diminutive in stature and lacking in any sort of muscular definition. As the secondary to her brother’s primary, she pairs well in physicality with her brother. Piercing golden eyes and angular facial structure gives her an air of beauty in a very tomboyish sense. Her cheekbones are high and her hair quite long and luxurious, both facts that help give her an air of femininity. Her face is almost always free of makeup, though her hair can be found clipped out of her face or tied back in order to keep it away from her face and keep from inhibiting her.
Her body is lithe, with pale, cream colored flesh apparently being pulled just over bones. Without a large definition of musculature, she appears as many children her age. She is both underdeveloped and tiny in comparison with adults. Her fingers are dainty but seem well practiced from years of playing a flute. Those very finger bear the only make up she wears normally, having their nails painted white. Overall, she is easy to mistake as just another untrained child who was raised in a small commune out in the wilderness. Nothing about her body warns of the dangers that are in her mind.
Sozen, being the primary to Sacchi’s secondary, is every bit his sister’s fraternal twin. His face is handsome, almost feminine in its structure without a well defined jawline and its high cheek bones. Unlike his sister, he keeps his hair short and usually a mess. His eyes are blue, holding a darker tone than his sister’s that make him seem more intimidating than he usually desires to be considered.
His body is more muscled than his sister’s, likely due to his position as the primary in their union, and shows some wear of the world. While still pale, his flesh is of a darker tone than his sister’s simply from more exposure to the rays of the sun as he travels. His shoulders are slightly broader than Sacchi’s but at his age it is far too young to really show any differences related to puberty. His hands show time spent working, and his nails are always painted jet black in opposition to his twin.
Apparel:
Preferring darker colors, Sozen is often seen in a black shirt and hoodie, with tactically styled gray pants often seen in Kirigakure cultures. Beyond the standard set of attire he wears, black gloves always adorn his hands though he sometimes switches to a fingerless style in the summer months that show off the nails he takes the time to paint regularly. His feet are covered by pragmatic and sturdy combat boots rather than the usual shinobi sandals. Taking great lengths to be able to fade into a crowd and not stick out as a shinobi, the only true moniker of his training are the two small packs of tools he wears. One on his left thigh, being left handed, and the other on his right hip just above his buttocks. Both black in color and firmly attached to his form at all times, even when sleeping.
Dark colors are so drab and boring to Sacchi, finding her brother’s dark clothing simply distasteful. Sacchi prefers the blues and whites of the world, and it shows in how she adorns her body with clothing. A white half top with a black undershirt keeps her torso covered while black shorts hide under a light blue sash that almost acts as a skirt with a white belt entwined in it. Knee high styled shinobi sandals and gloves that reach up to her elbows give contrast to the whites and blues by being black in color. Unlike her twin, she does not bother hiding her training as a shinobi and instead almost flaunts it by wearing metal plates on the backs of her gloves and keeping her equipment pouches in plain sight. One on the right thigh and another on the left shoulder, both holding the tools she uses on the road and in combat.

[3] CognitionAlignment: Deeming the pair “Chaotic Neutral” is probably the closest any shinobi could pinpoint towards the twins’ alignment. Neither seem broody or bent on world domination, neither steps too far out of the way to help a stranger or set right a wrong. There are rumors of course that after the slaughter of the families that they had traveled with things became much darker for the duo, enjoying the slaughter of Samurai and at times seeking out a reason to grievously harm them.
History:
Life is hard when you grow up on the run, and worse when you’re a part of a bloodline that was being hunted like dogs due to your abilities. The Soushi clan had always been secretive, isolationist, and xenophobic. After the uprising of the samurai, and a long year of the gypsy lifestyle, the twins were born. Named Sozen and Sacchi, the pair grew up on the road knowing nothing but the movements of their clan through the world in an attempt to avoid the cold iron and steel of the samurai legions who had overthrown the shinobi. With the birth of the twins, the next generation for the shinobi world, the clan immediately set to work teaching them of the ways and history of their family.
Their mother, Mochi, was a kind hearted woman who bore the Soushi name but had no taste for blood and war. She kept other members of the clan healthy and had served as a medicine woman for many years before forced to live a life on the run with others who had served their militaries faithfully before the Samurai uprising. Her husband, Seshiro, acted as one of the few protectors of the traveling band of fugitives. He lead the guards that kept their caravan safe from bandits and samurai alike, and he knew from the birth of his fraternal twin children that it would fall to him to harden them for the world they were to inherit. With a heavy heart, he set about training the pair.
From the time Sacchi and Sozen could walk, their father trained them in the most firm fashion possible in order to strengthen them. He was of the fierce opinion that only children forged in fires of duress could potentially survive what the world had become. Especially if they were of a bloodline that would be hunted to extinction by the sword wielding thugs who sought to hold on to their regime with an iron fist. It is due to this that the pair became what they would eventually become. Sacchi was placed against her brother, competing in everything to prove their strength and learn the ways of the ninja.
With their ninth birthday came a sacred time for the Soushi, the point in time in which siblings would be left on their own to further their bond and work out the secrets behind their very unique bloodline. Sozen and his sister were left behind by the caravan deep in the misty woods of Kirigakure. For six months the pair hunted, trained, and survived the wilderness before setting out to find their family and their gypsy home. What they found was nothing short of devestation.
The caravan had finally been cornered by the samurai regime, and the bloody scene that the two stumbled into camp left them both unwilling to speak about it to anyone. Instead, they set fire to the tents and wagons to hide the bodies in charcoal and ash. The pair came out of the wilderness and rejoined the world, no longer hiding, with resolve and a desire to see things change. The pair would not live and die in fear and hiding, instead they had resolved to ensure that they would rise above the circumstances that had created hardened them and make a real change in the world.
