Akutou favors darker clothing, rarely donning anything excessively light in dye. Commonly, one of his more favorite articles of clothing, is a black, sleeveless vest lacking buttons or any other notable decoration. Due to the constant wearing of the vest, it has become quite worn over the years, with stains and tears tainting the fabric. Beneath the vest he wears a dark brown tunic, sleeveless like the vest. The shirt too shows signs of excessive use with the stains and tears. Deep blue trousers reach down to the ankles, the fabric clinging tightly to the skin.
At five feet and ten inches, Akutou stands at no more than average height. He lacks excessive mass, as he weights only one hundred and sixty pounds, but he is build well nonetheless. Toned arms, chest, and abdominal muscles reveal that Akutou has not abandoned physical exertion. Akutou ’s hands and fingertips are calloused, hinting towards a rather active lifestyle. With quite lengthy fingers, the hands can appear somewhat odd at first glance.
Finely combed, short, dark brown hairs barely reach past his ears. The front tips reach to the eyes, with the hairline quite a bit messier than in the back. Two dark brown eyes sit in his face with heavy bags of exhaustion resting beneath. Worsening the features are the protruding cheekbones, giving the face a rather gaunt, fatigued appearance. Yet, he shows no such signs, hence it appears to be more of a taint on the face rather than an underlying ailment. A narrow, long bridged nose sits beneath the eyes. Under the nose is a thin mouth with lips often dry.
Strict adherence to a rather bizarre, personal philosophy plays an important part in his persona. That is one of amorality. Rarely does he consider the moral worth of his actions, but rather simply does what he believes would be best. While on a grander, more objective scale, certain actions could be considered quite crude, such views are of no concern to him as Akutou believes that they are simply a detriment to an accomplished life. Due to a careful weighting of consequences, he is quite deliberate in making decisions.
A further trait of his persona is a believe in fate, but it does not extend to attributing everything to fate, but rather things that he cannot influence. Akutou prefers to change outcomes, yet at times that is simply not possible, and in such situations he uses fate as a simple excuse. This, subconsciously, serves as a simple excuse for failure or passivity, a stance that he refuses to accept, yet he has no justification for such a belief.
While the believe in fate and a moral ambiguity are imprinted into his mind, he seeks absolution from a life where he is certain of so little – hence he is almost permanently trapped in an crisis of belief. Amorality and destiny, while they are easy stances to take, are utterly fulfilling, and occasionally Akutou even considers them juvenile. The desire to constantly reinterpret is own persona constantly plagues his mind.

Chakra mastery allows the user excellent control over the chakra they use, how it's molded, and ultimately, how much is used, so much so that they can lower the chakra consumption of all mastery jutsu. When first learned, the user can cast jutsu of the Mastery class for one chakra consumption tier less than normal. Each time re-acquired, cost continues to drop by one less tier each time.
Hatoronshi no Kami (Crafting Paper Skill) [175 EXP] Rank: D, C, B, A, S Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique Range: See special! Chakra: Mid Special: Highest rank known determines how much of their body can be used to produce paper for clan jutsu, how far the user's paper creations can travel away from them, how big they can be, and finally, the base strength of all paper creations. Although user is able to produce paper from their bodies, they are not yet able to transform into it and move freely in paper form. Paper under user's command moves at a default speed of 1 meter per second.

Pepa Bunshin no Jutsu (Paper Clone Technique) [100 EXP] Rank: B Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique / Ninjutsu Range: See special! Chakra: High Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. When struck physically, clone may disperse and reform easily in paper, making them defeatable only by wide, area-of-effect attacks. When defeated, it explodes in a burst of paper, spreading its essence everywhere. Explosion range covers 5 meters all around the clone. Clone can perform all known clan jutsu, and can move up to one country away from the user before dissipating. Description: With a sufficient amount of paper, the user forms a single seal and calls them together in order to form a perfect clone of themselves. Unlike regular bunshin, the paper clone has substance, can move at improved speeds, and best of all, scatters when struck for re-use. Although the clone is not spawned with the user's inventory, they will attain whatever main weaponry the user has at the time, if any. When struck by concentrated blows from bladed/blunt weaponry or even a bare fist, the clone disperses into a tuff of paper that can either reform or be used for other clan jutsu. Kami Gisou (Paper Camouflage) [25 EXP] Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu, Supplementary Range: --- Chakra: Very Low Special: Allows the user to cause his or her paper to change in a variety of ways, including different pigments and folds, in order to create optical illusions. This ability requires a series of handseals -or- the paper must be changed to a certain color/appearance while the user is creating it. Description: One of the Shikigami's most dangerous talents is their ability to create a battlefield in advance that directly resembles the outside world. This ability, not a Genjutsu due to the fact that the user actually changes his or her paper's shapes and colors, allows the user to facilitate the appearance of just about anything, leaving the ability to cleverly trick and attack the opponent. Giji Nakama no Jutsu (False Friend Technique) [50 EXP] Rank: C Rank Type: Ninjutsu Range: See Special Chakra Same as Pepa Bunshin. Special: Creates a special Paper Clone of a person other than the user in order to trick and potentially attack the opponent. Clones can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Clones move at speeds equal to the user's Pepa Speedo (Paper Speed), and can perform any Shikigami jutsu the user knows. Clones disperse and reform before being defeated. The number of these clones capable of being created is equal to the number of Paper Clones the user can create. Paper clones, like Kage Bunshin, share the user's chakra reserves. Description: An offset of the Pepa Bunshin no Jutsu, this ability allows the user to create the appearance of someone other than him or herself. The created clone is usually an ally of an opponent that the user has already captured or disposed of. The point of the technique is to catch the opponent off guard, leaving them open to attack from the person they had assumed was their friend. Domain: Shikigami, Pepa Bunshin no Jutsu
Pepa Shuryūdan (Paper Grenade) [100 EXP] Rank: C, C, C, C, C Type: Ninjutsu Range: See Special Chakra: Mid Special: Derived from one's knowledge of Hatoronshi Bakuha (Crafting Paper Explosive Addition), a shikigami conjures a ball of paper no larger than a fist and uses it as the catalyst of an explosion. The explosion caused by this technique is equal to the respective explosive radius of the user's Hatoronshi Bakuha (Crafting Paper Explosive Addition). The grenade itself unless triggered through will by the Shikigami is useless, and will not explode if destroyed. It is as durable as ones Hatoronshi no Kami (Crafting Paper Skill), and is as resistant as ones Hatoronshi Genso (Crafting Paper Elemental Resistance). Every retraining of this technique allows you to use one more grenade per post, for a total of five. Description: The Onmyoji, the original Paper Shikigami, were said to toss nothing but crumpled documents onto the floor and have them erupt into fiery explosive blazes at will. When combined with other clan jutsu, the Shikigami's paper creation retain a unique resistance to each respectively trained element, until they are impervious even to the most extreme of conditions. Pepa Tenshin no Kami (Paper Angel Wings) [100 EXP][Learned Four Times] Rank: D Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique / Ninjutsu Range: See special! Chakra: Low Special: Grants the clan member wings that allow them to take flight. Size, strength of paper wings, as well as distance the user can over above and away from the ground, depends on user's highest 'Hatoronshi no Kami' rank. Cannot perform any other chakra related jutsu outside of clan techniques while wings are active. Wings are meant initially for hovering and not sustained flight, so they may be held for up to only one turn; however, one more turn of flight is gained each time retrained. Description: After a few simple seals, the clan member can utilize their paper in order to create a flurry of wings meant for stable flight. The wings created by the user can be be any color, size, and type they wish, and will carry them across even the greatest of distances and chasms - as long as the user has enough chakra to continuously power it. Ashigatsuru no Jutsu (Jelly Dead Leg) [100 EXP][Learned Twice] Rank: C Type: Supplementary / Touch Genjutsu Range: 0 - 10 meters Special: Affects targets within 10 meters of the user, plus 10 more each time retrained. Description: With this simple illusion, the target will begin to feel their logs loose and wobbly, almost as if they had become glue or jelly. This forces the victim to not feel pain, but instead lose balance and feel wobbly. Domain: Genjutsu - Illusion of Touch
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) [Learned Twice] Rank: D Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu / High-Speed Movement Range: 0 - 10 meters Chakra: Low Special: Shunshin no Jutsu is a high-speed movement in which the user moves in a linear fashion from one point to another. Usually facilitated with some sort of distraction (smoke bomb, explosion, or something of that nature to obscure one's vision), the user of the Shunshin no Jutsu can, in some cases, appear to have simply teleported from one location to another. Shunshin no Jutsu can be used once per thread, plus once more each time it is retrained. Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it simple combines high mobility with a distraction to give off the appearance of vanishing - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported.
