Special: Highest rank known determines how much of their body can be used to produce paper for clan jutsu, how far the user's paper creations can travel away from them, how big they can be, and finally, the base strength of all paper creations. Although user is able to produce paper from their bodies, they are not yet able to transform into it and move freely in paper form. Paper under user's command moves at a default speed of 1 meter per second.

To what extend can the paper be used? For example, is it possible to wrap several sheets of paper around a grenade, and control it in that manner? Would it be possible to do this with heavier objects, such as kunai?

As this is still considered a technique, can Crafting Paper Explosive Addition be used with the sheets created?

I have seen the above technique used to form paper into a sword and control it through paper crafting skill. Can we still do that, with the slight changes to Shikigami, or would that require a technique due to the complexity?

With the x % paper body, does that mean we can create x amount of paper from our body, or literally turn ourselves into paper?

My other question regards these two techniques below.

Hatoronshi Bakuha (Crafting Paper Explosive Addition)

Description: As its name implies, the clan member is able to imbue their paper creations in the same elemental properties that other shinobi use to create offensive technique. When combined with other clan jutsu, the Shikigami's paper creation retain a unique resistance to each respectively trained element, until they are impervious even to the most extreme of conditions.
Domain: Shikigami. Hatoronshi no Kami.

Are these two techs used simultaneously with another technique? For example, someone creates paper clone: Is the paper clone created with the explosive addition/elemental resistance, should we chose to use them? Or do we form the handseals for explosive addition/elemental resistance, and then the hand seals for the paper clone?

It also mentions that it can be used on one technique at a time. With paper shuriken, if multiple are created can each one of them be made explosive with one use of the technique?

As it has the same properties as an exploding note, does it require a seal to activate the explosion or is it done at will?

And should we chose to add the explosive property, can we describe it without copying the technique name under the condition that we PM a battle moderator? Then it would be impossible to metagame which paper creation has been made explosive.

This is how I interpreted the techniques, since I didn't spear head or was involved with the changes, if Genbu feels I'm wrong with any of these answers he can feel free to correct me.

I don't understand what you're asking about the first technique. Honestly, I think you're reading too deeply into the technique and creating problems for yourself. This just like the base technique for every other jutsu (suiton, katon, etc) in the sense that it allows you to create paper and serves as the foundation for higher ranking techniques.

No, you can't just make paper wrap around an object and control other objects. That isnt' how this works. Just because someone has s-ranked fire dominion doesn't mean that they can spit a glob of fire and make it do whatever they want, does it?

In terms of how much of the body is used to create the jutsu, that is irrelevant. That'll fall down to common sense, because it's obvious you aren't going to make a tower of paper from your finger. Small techniques naturally require less, while larger techniques require more.

In terms of the other techniques, only the paper resistance is always active. In order to make any of the techniques explosive, you'll need to perform the jutsu after its been cast. Considering the paper is your essence, it's simple enough for you to alter the technique after it's been cast. You're simply augmenting it.

Yes, it says only one technique can be augmented at a time and that's what it means. If your paper shuriken lets you cast five at a time, then all five are explosive.
