You could say Tobi appearance is rather strange when it comes to the piercings that run through his face and organge hair that covers the top of his head. He wears his hair spiky up, but if it were to get wet, it would come down to chin's length. Tobi has a light tan to his color, someone would say he is pale, but there is a glow to his skin. He has medal rods through his face, three along his nose, two devil bites [ metal ] on each side of his lower lip. Six piercing on each ear [ metal studs ] He wears his mist ninja headband, along his forehead. Not only does it symbolize his loyality to the kirigakure, but it also serves as a protector. He wears dog tags around his neck. Those are just some the unique features of Tobi.- - - - - - - - - Tobi attire consists of pretty simple clothing, his features are more of a standout than his clothing. The most noticable clothing is his long black, hoody cloak. Besides the soft padding inside, the outside is hard and silk. The cloak holds an amazing design pattern, red clouds, a red interior, and a chin-high collar, connected to his hoody. Having the option on the cloak to snap or un-snap, button and un-button, Tobi perfers it snapped up. Underneath his cloak, he wears a black long sleeve, rarely would you be ever to see his under-shirt. The cloak comes down to the lower part of his shin, the cloak is loose, having allot of room to move freely. Though his cloak has sleeves, his hands are never in them, keeping them always down to his side, the cloak also hinders people vision on what's going on underneath.
- Wearing normal shinobi pants, the one's with the loose fit around the ankles. The color is same as his cloak, black, without any red clouds. Wearing black shinobi shoe's, same as all other, he wears light gray leg warmers along his ankles, going up underneath his pants. Tobi carries a sheathe along the inside of his jacket, located on right hip, since he is left handed. The sheathe is red. It carries his black hitled, long bladed katana. Tobi wears black finger-nail on both hands, all his fingers, same goes for his toe-nails, both feet and all toe-nails. Holding his ninja tools in a pouch, located on his left hip. Easily accessible through the cloak. There is much more to Tobe's clothing, overall pretty simple.
- Tobi's body is well built for a teenager his age, not over-run with muscules, but he has zero body fat on his body, which makes him look pretty ripped. His height; at five feet, nine inches and his weight; at one hundred and thirty five pounds, creates a perfect body mass. Having long arms and big hands give him a slight advantage in the aspect of taijutsu. His feet are petty huge and legs are long, giving him longer strides when running and better balance. Besides the piercing and metal rods through his body, he does not have a single scratch or scar. He keeps his body in shape, trying to work out three days out of seven. This keeps his stamina good and also better prepares him for battle, whenever it decides to present itself.

- Tobi is a guy that cares abour few things. Money, Woman, Sex, Alcohol. His Village and his strength, well he does not actaully care about women, just the things they have and give. Since growing up, Tobi has always been sort of an outcaster because of his appearance. Often being made fun of and picked on, at an early at it caused for him to cut of his emotions. Not really caring for others or their feelings. Though that the way he is, he always ends up doing the thing that seems right to him, not because you begged or ask, but he does have posses a conscious as well, which he so badly wishes he did not. Many of the time he is the guy that would do the right thing, but sometimes he gets selfish, only caring for himself and his safety, maybe if your life is on the line, he would do something he does not want too, but that's a "MAYBE" a fifty, fifty chance. Being the way he is, he not the guy who speaks often, though he may voice his opinion every now and then. But do not let his quietness fool you, say something out of term or smart, he becomes blunt and often speaking his mind.
- Honest, it's also a term that goes along with speaking his mind. He does not believe in lying if he can help it, but he knows lying is something a shinobi must master incase encounters with the enemy shinobi. But when it comes to comrades, he believes in telling the truth, no need to cause more problems and lies, by lying. Strong willed, he does not believe in giving up. With him, either he's not going to do, or he's going to do it with one hundred and ten percent effort. Must of the time he isn't going to do it. A strong will also shows in his training and battles, you'd have to see him in action to truely understand. Tobi only hate a few people out there in the world, the first of them being complainers. If you are going to complain every step of the way, then being a shinoni is not the job you want to have, often you get put in unpredictable situations. He does not matter if you are complaing about, a mission, a injury, personal problems, everyone goes through the same things, normal he goes on with his life by ignoring them.
- The second of those people are cocky, assholes, if that's what you want to call them. He hates shinobi, or people i n general who just think they are better than everyone. It is like they are looking down on you, something he has grown up to his hold life. Even though those people make him want to do but, it is just a horrible feeling when someone thinks of you as shit. Though that was when he was younger, now, he does not give a fuck about what others think or say. Assholes, he hates people who act out or disrespects others for no reasons, just mean. It often causes him to show his tough, heroic side, which he hates bringing out. But when it does, it often leads to him defending and protecting others, which is good to do sometimes. Those are the few things he hates. While he has confidence in himself, he knows there is a fine line between confident and cocky. He makes sure he never crosses that border over to confident. Wit thatbeing said, he hates people with low self-esteeem, if you are not going to believe in yourself, who will? Simple as that. Overall, Tobi's demeanor is calm and mellow, but he also carries a tough, blunt side to him as well.

- Baring a tendency that often shows, is his ability to fall asleep in seconds. He could be talking and listening to you, in a mact of seconds you can find him laying his head on near by, comfortable stop. Though it isn't a good thing, great shinobi's need their rest. This often leads to someone screaming in his ears or waking him up, which he hates, causing him to be in a grumpy mood.
- Tobi has a tendency that is your normal expection, but most people find it annoying. He chews gum all the time, popping his bubble gum and often taking it out of his mouth playing with it, a bit childish yes, but we are all inmature in some ways. He rather have this then others.
- Tobi has a tendency to listen to females over males, it is an effect you can say they have on him, but surely he knows when he is being played. Just when it comes to the minor things, he will take a females word over a male anyday. You could also say this as well for conversation, training and helping.
purpose
- Well like most other shinobi's, their personis to protect their village and gain strength and recognition while doing it. This does not mean he doesn't have purpose of his own. He hopes to have his name be known all across the great shinobi lands. And one day, become the leader of his well respected village. The Kirigakure. Lets just hopes he lives long enough for his purpose to come true.
