Aneun knew full well the caliber of individual he faced; he was the Hokage after all however, he refused to be bossed around by him of all people. Perhaps one of the few people in Konoha whom he disliked on a very personal level. Though his Genjutsu did not send his foe into a state of panic, it served its purpose well enough. A mere precursor to the next chain of events and, although brief, disrupted the flow of the Hokage by forcing the usage of the universal Kai.
With utmost haste as he noticed his foe approach did Aneun halt his charge and begin taking several hops backwards to create some distance and draw out time for the first illusion to be dispelled as is the course all foes take when against a Genjutsu user. Simultaneously as the first illusion dissipated did Aneun spin his own body akin to what the Hokage had done. His form however, would not transform as the Kage did and instead dispersed into a multitude of rainbow colored butterfly's. Even this elaborate show however, was all but an illusion.
Even before he spun his body, Aneun's visage was concealed by fantasy with his real body displaced eight meters behind the Hokage; uncanny speed not uncommon among Shinobi making this possible. The moment he'd arrived at his destination did his digits flow into a string of seals while his target was distracted by illusion. Not failing to notice twice his adversary utilized some strange form of Paper-esque techniques, he answered in kind with what should have been a natural enemy to such abilities.
"Not a chance." He thought to himself as he took a deep breath, expelling a large jet of white-hot flames at the Hokage. The flames would travel forth in a cone-like fashion at a startling degree of speed and be upon the Hokage within a moment.{No mas}Dream Within a Dream - Mid
