Hours passed and the moon climbed up high into the sky, blanketing the country in total darkness. Sheets of rain plummeted from the coalesced clouds as the darkened sky momentarily lit up. Plasmid bolts streaked across the atmosphere in a flash, lifting the darkness of the surrounding area at quick-second intervals. Sitting atop a thick bough of a seemingly mile high tree, Masuyo looked up into rain and lightning, questioning himself, doubting himself. The uproar within Kami no shima had to have ended by then, at least, that is what Masuyo believed. Realistically, he was a fool to really think that something as heinous as relinquishing the lives of innocent people was an 'impossible' task. It was not an impossible task, nay, but an unforgivable task.Wrong, had I really been doing the wrong thing this entire time? Impossible. Why won't Shiju understand, that damn capital was the home of Daimyo, I'm sure it would have stricken fear into his heart, but sacrifices needed to made right?
Deeply, his head buried into the palm of his right hand. In an act of anger his teeth grit and bit down on his lip, enough so that trickles of blood ran down the corners of his mouth. Salted tears streamed from both eyes with fingers that dug deep into his orange hair. His respective hand, fist bawled, slammed against the side of the tree in a lateral fashion and shook its very foundation. Since the appearance of Yuu his soul only seemed to swell with darkness which ultimately clouded his judgement. And with that, even after so many years he once again found himself feeling along and scared even more so than he did before meeting Uchiha, Faust.
What made things worse was that no matter how hard he tried, denying the truth of Shiju-sensei's words were just impossible. It was truly amazing how the human mind does not really consider the weight of ones actions until the action itself is fulfilled. Initially, exacting his revenge on the capital of a major nation seemed ideal, but now, he knew it was only something his Manipulative brother would do. That alone fed Masuyo's desire to see his sister once more. Since birth, she was his light and salvation, that impenetrable wall kindness and warmth that made them feel like the most protected person alive.
That feeling was simply gone.I don't even know what to do. Everything hasn't been the same sine that day. Damnit! What have I been really doing these past years. I've truly become dark without even realizing it, and took the lives of hundreds to make me realize this! I feel so lost Onee-chan, I've no way of know if you're even alive Onee-chan, and even if you are I can't think of what I would say if I saw you.
