Jinsoku is average, yet muscular sized man, about 5’6”, and 140 lbs. His hair is bright yellow, tied at the top of his head in a ponytail shaped like a crescent. It is held together with a band, and a stick that keeps it firmly situated. Around his next is a unique pendant, all gold, and has the face of a Kirin upon it, a legendary beast of folklore. His chest is shown as he shirt remains open, not even being closed for the small reason.
He wears an all red robe that has a high collar, and two golden rings attached to the back neck area. The inside is black, blending in smoothly with the rest of his outfit. It is tied around him by a white obi sash, which extends down to his ankles. He wears golden armor around most of his body, including his arms and legs. His hands are covered with black gloves that have golden spikes on the fingers, used to puncture people. Its fingertips, as well as knuckles, and his shoes, are red.
He carries plenty of items on his person. His satchel is attached to his back abdomen, holding the many light bombs he uses to blind people. He carries two katana, laid across each other, which are positioned for easy removal when needed. He keeps a variety of weapons all around his body. For the most part, they are kept hidden until needed when he wants to use them.

Jinsoku is one of Kumogakure’s noble shinobi. Having not been born with a Kekkei Genkai, he envies those who do. He even established a motto that only hard working individuals, without the use of special enhancements, can be considered truly powerful. Any moment he gets, if somebody has a bloodline, he will challenge them in a test of strength, to see who the better of the two is. If he loses, he is willing to admit defeat. However, he will not stop until he wins.
Jinsoku focus primarily on his speed. He likes utilizing attacks quickly, leaving his opponent with no opening, and neutralizing them the first chance he gets. Killing is not something he will do unless the situation requires it. He would rather let the person live with the humiliation of losing to him. To him, learning from your mistakes is better than running from them. Any time he finds himself slipping, he will quickly work himself back up.
Jinsoku has the most respect for the Raikage, doing anything they tell him to do. He upholds the law of his village, making sure civilians and his brethren do not break them. He is not strict, but will reprimand those who deserve it. He does not like criminals, making eliminating them his top priority. He made himself the goal of hunting each of them, and bringing them back alive for questioning. The younger folks look up to him.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Description: A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. From people to animals, to inanimate objects such as weapons and items, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.
