The Hokage Tower remains unchanged from its previous owner's reign, but as a new age of Leaf leadership is established, many improvements to old standards have occurred. The tower itself stands tall at 50 meters with a wide, 50 meter base and a narrow 25 meter top. Comprised of hard steel and cement, it remains sturdy in the face of peril, and is designed so that any Leaf nin can circumvent danger should it arrive.

Moving across the floors is done through both stairs and a traditional, pulley based carrion system that delivers a user in between floors rather quickly. This device, coined an 'Elevator', sits within the very middle of the tower, and offers access to multiple angles of every room.

Below is a specific breakdown of each level:

• [2B] Security - The bottom-most floor, and clearly one with restricted access. It is reserved strictly for security, as all camera feeds for the tower can be viewed here.
  
  
  
• [1B] Treasury - A restricted level. The first underground level of the tower is where the village's funds are located, as well any other rare treasures either from Leaf itself or confiscated from other nations/villages. No one but the Hokage, a few select ANBU and the Shinobi Gashira of Leaf know of the 2325235 digit combination needed to unlock the door.
  
  
  
• [1F] Lobby & Rec - The first floor of the tower greets all visitors with joy, brightly light halls decorated in memorabilia from the past; Kage's and heroes of the Leaf alike were immortalized in statues, with other exotic weapons and armor clinging around and about. The Hokage's staff works hard here, setting up appointment for the Fire Shadow, as well as helping any and all visitors with any questions they posses. In the middle, the elevator leads the visitor wherever the wish to go, though keep in many many floors are restricted and thus will only open with correct access.
  
  
  
• [2F] Security - The second floor, and clearly one with restricted access. It is reserved strictly for security, as all camera feeds for the tower can be viewed here.
  
  
  
• [3F] Scroll Vault - This is a restricted floor. As its name implies, all Village Scrolls are kept here. Guarded at all times, only a select few are allowed to enter, and only a select few know the 2325235 digit combination needed to unlock the door.
  
  
  
• [4F] Security - The fourth floor, and clearly one with restricted access. It is reserved strictly for security, as all camera feeds for the tower can be viewed here.
  
  
  
• [5F] Hokage's Chamber - As it's name implies, the Hokage and their advisors reside here during most of their working time, using this sacred area in order to make vital decisions regarding the village. The doors are closed at all times and guards exist outside to allow permission-based access only.
  
  
  
• [RF] Rooftop - The rooftop, a twenty-five meter wide circular area reserved for very few, serves as both a resting and training ground for the Hokage and his champions, as well as the hub of his pigeon communication system.

A few rules for all visitors!

• All Leaf ninja may come here at any time to receive mission approval, mission credit, or to request an audience with the Hokage!
  
  
  
• Because sensitive missions will not be posted up, all general missions on the boards can be picked up here without needing to wait for approval - just make sure you meet the requirements or my assistant will spank you!
  
  
  
• Payments, however, WILL require approval - be patient, we'll get to you as soon as possible since you guys matter the most!
  
  
  
• When requesting scrolls, you must speak with me privately and seek permission.

Tensa entered the Hokage Tower. He hadn't come to the place often. Today seemed different to the young shinobi. Maybe it was the new Hokage being instated into office, granted the change didn't seem absolutely great. The tower felt new to his feet. It was as though more steps were needed to get to the exact same place he had traveled to before. He tried to shake the thought. He planned on another mission today to prepare for the swiftly oncoming Chuunin exams. He had spent so much time training that he had forgotten them. He cursed himself multiple times for forgetting, but wouldn't waste another second in doing something about it.

Eventually his travel would bring him to the main office, where he could acquire his mission for the day. The young Genin requested this mission in particular. He wanted to continue assisting the village that was still in need. More homes needed building and he would assist in doing so. After speaking to the Hokage's assistant about his mission he would accept it and swiftly depart.

Description: With the village in decay, there are quite the amounts of broken buildings and housings. Your job is to build houses in order to fix the village and improve the state of the village.

It would have only been some hours he was standing in the exact same spot he was in now. About 10 hours ago he left from the C Rank mission he had received. It wasn't much, but it was what he could offer as a shinobi, and only a mere Genin shinobi. He did feel it a waste of his training and power to be helping regular villagers with tasks that any normal mortal could preform. He knew he was no more a man than the assistant that sat before him, the kage, a villager, anyone. He was human like everyone else and thus settled his lingering thoughts on the matter. While he was a bit exhausted from the physical work, he needed more missions for the exams. His mind raced with logic as his body raced with time.

"Hyuuga, Tensa, reporting. Finishing assisting a rebuilding staff with home reconstruction, as ordered. The task was completed."

Recreation II

[Kii!]

Stretching my arms above my head, I gave a weary yawn. With one eye closed, I lazily rubbed at the lingering sleep remaining over them and looked out the window absentmindedly. What time was it? Hell if I knew. Still, I had to wake up! Now, I was in the Hokage's Tower, so I had to look proper, even if I was just taking on a mission. After all, I didn't want to be useless! Recently, I'd only been able to complete a few missions, but I'd resolved to do even more. It was good for me and everyone else.

Finally opening my eyes properly, I noticed another Genin there as well. Most likely, he was a few years younger than myself, though I wasn't sure that I recognized him. Blinking a bit, I ruffled a hand through my short, cropped white hair and strode up to the desk near him.

"Yo! D'ya need a partner?" I said, grinning like a maniac and probably greeting him a bit louder than I really should have. Then, I turned my attention to the receptionist. "Oh! Senzoki Kii, here to take on another mission. I think this one will do." With a single finger, I pointed to the mission board, particularly at a mission about a race! Frankly, I didn't read anything on it except race. If there was a race, how bad could it be?

Description: A race held yearly in the Fire Country.Two contestants enter a race lasting a couple of hours, they journey to find a hidden sword with the winner receiving a grand sum of money. Many political figures bet on the contestants which generally results in them using dirty tactics to stop the opposing contestant from winning. You were hired by Kasuraku, Takeo to stop some of the hired assassins sent to kill him during the race. Do whatever it takes to protect him. Although, your lives aren't expected to be put in danger, Kasuraku's is.

White eyes gazed upon another figure within the room. If the other shinobi had been there when he entered, or if he followed directly behind was a mystery for the Hyuuga. Regardless he enjoyed seeing a face that wasn't one similar to his own. The chemistry built between him and those outside of his clan were far greater than it would be with anyone he was linked to by blood. A serious, calm, empty face eventually broke like glass into a small smile. Another mission was exactly what he was hoping for, and doing them alone began to get tedious, though he would never admit so.

Before he could even let a set of words escape his mouth in response to the other shinobi's offer, he announced his name to the assistant to take on a mission. Even better for Tensa was that he already had one in mind, and a relatively easy looking one. Racing wasn't something he did outside of training, but a mission was equally important. Tensa's eyes gazed upon the mission board to read the details of the mission, hoping to find answers as to why shinobi were needed for racing.

Upon reading the details he realized that it wouldn't actually be him himself racing, but rather, assisting another racer, protecting him from assassination. A slight sigh burst from the Hyuuga's lips.

"Finally, a chance to test my skill. The mission will do finely," he said, as his white eyed gaze traveled upon Senzoki. "Hyuuga, Tensa. A pleasure to work with you," his gaze once again met with the assistant at the desk. "Less their is a problem?"

Though he was odd, the assistant was not blind - with the Hyuuga's skill and the other youth's determination, they'd make a great team! After doing a weird dance that involved removing the Hyuuga's payment for 'Rebuilding' from beneath the folds of his robe, he would bow and approve the partnership as well!

With a light laugh, I tiled my head. This receptionist seemed fun! Still grinning, I nodded and thanked the receptionist before spinning and making my way out of the tower. Before I exited, I turned to face my new partner, Tensa, and continued to walk backwards.

"I'm Kii! Nice to meet you."

A raised eyebrow appeared in light of the assistance's weird dance. Regardless of how it was going to happen, it was going to happen. The payment was placed in his hand and he turned to Kii.

"Shall we be going?"

Itsuki buckled as he entered through the doors. Straightening himself up, Itsuki looked around to see whether anyone noticed. To his demise, a pretty girl was looking at him, Itsuki simply winked and walked on to avoid an embarrassing conversation. Walking up the steps, Itsuki was nearly at the main office, in which he would ask for permission to go on a mission. Taking the last step up, he entered into what seemed a large room, with windows scattered around and more than enough light flooding in through them.
"Hey! I would like to take this mission if that's alright!"
Wit his finger, he pointed to one of the paper slips that were hanging up on the wall.

Mapping the Village!

Description: After the war, many parts of what used to be traditional Konohagakure has been wiped out. However, in its place, new lands have been plotted deep within the mystic forests of Hi no Kuni, allowing for hope of a new life to remain within the survivors. Now, it is time to claim these lands correctly!
Objectives: Aid the village plotters in establishing the basic cardinal points of the village, and some general geography regarding the region.

I entered the Hokage Tower just as I had left it--with a big grin on my face and full of excitement! Though, perhaps due to the fighting I'd had to do, I wasn't quite as full of energy. Still, I was more than able to take on even another mission!

"Senzoku Kii, reporting a mission complete with Hyuuga Tensa!" I said, handing the mission details to the receptionist.

Ohhhh here come those cute boys again! Or so the attendant thought, the round, plump man with the large robe smiling as the shinobi neared. Expecting their success due to their recent notoriety, the attendant would drop their payment on the desk the minute they came in - and underneath appeared a note. Was that...an address!?

The receptionist would then proceed to unleash a toothy grin.

Tensa would come in, following Kii, whom was more excited to earn his pay than he himself was. He had gotten so lost in thought he didn't realize that he had fallen so many paces behind. Finally catching up and entering the assistance office he would stand next to Kii, whom had already been paid.

"I apologize for my lateness." He bowed as he spoke. "The race was a success for both our parties."
