[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,420,true] ¤ THE HUMAN SANDSTORM OF SUNAGAKURE! ¤ The Kazekage was lenient enough to warrant questions before orchestrating the details of what appeared to be an extremely important mission, which was evident enough by the private audience. If the Wind Shadow's mind contemplated that the lack of curiosity on my behalf was due to a stubborn impatience to proceed with the mission briefing, then he would be right on the money. Honestly, I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed when it came to special events, certainly the kind that required the sandman's unique talents, and it was purely another chance to showcase the impeccable genius behind this earthen madman. Listening attentively to what questions the kunoichi had, assuming they would be something pertaining to preparations for the mission, sudden inquisitiveness overcame me as she mentioned some form of "trial" for a certain title, a "craftsman", something that I had definitely considered in the past, but had never been able to administer enough attention toward due to more important objectives. However, reminiscing about the millions of ideas I had conjured and the impressing creations that would surely aid me in my personal pursuits, this opportunity seemed to come a-knocking at the perfect time, and if I were to ever truly find the time to apply for the profession, it would be now or never. Before the words could even escape from my mouth, an abrupt entrance from two unfamiliar shinobi broke the exclusive vibe, releasing an unconscious teenager onto the floor of the Kazekage's office as if this were the appropriate place for such containment. The matter at hand unfortunately was none of my concern, and the jovial leader attended to their qualms first, dismissing them with ease before returning his gaze back upon his two Chunin. "I am more than happy to hear that you would like to participate in the craftsman trial, Adrianna-chan. I will make the proper arrangements for you to take part of it, though with the mission briefing I am handing over to you two now, it may have to wait till after. But, we will see, I am as flexible as the sand, after all." Heh, it was quite convenient that he would speak of such a comparison, claiming to be "as flexible as the sand", a trait we both came to be rather fond of, regardless if their meanings were entirely different. The approval of the woman's quest to attain the craftsman title built the courage within myself, hoping that despite the paperwork not being filed yet, the Kazekage would appreciate two craftsmen-in-training, opposed to one. With a mischievous grin, anxious to birth misery in the kunoichi's mind with the fact that the sandman sought be compete against her for the respected title, I quickly motioned to interrupt the Kazekage before he could initiate the declaration of information."Oi, a sanctioned craftsman of the village, eh?! That sounds like riches to me... say there, couldya' approve me for that as well, Lord Kazekage? I couldn't let Anna steal all the spotlight without me!" ¤ smexy template made by renni of nrp ¤ | [atrb=valign, top] |
