To say the past couple of weeks hadn't driven the young Botanist/Herbalist Daichi into a small case of nigh insanity would be lying. He had been one of the few, if not the only, shinobi[esque] who had been in Kusagakure the entire time, while the others had died or had just up and left. Nonetheless, now he had the task of not only attempting to teach the dimwits that had already been in the village, but now he had to deal with all of the returning shinobi who wished to learn his trade. Trying to hum a tune to remove the blood boiling irritation from his body he'd move through the Botany Garden with the grace of a flower himself. Checking the health and growth of all he'd not miss a single thing as he rote down notes.
If a single leaf had fallen from the plant, he knew about it, if it grew even in the slightest amount, he knew about it. And despite having been the only one in the garden currently he kept his hood low as always, his face considered by himself to be as beautiful as some of the most exotic flowers out there. So who was he to share it with the commoners that came and went? Rolling his shoulders a bit he continued on taking the notes about the entire plant life in the rather large garden. Though once finished he'd slip his notes into his robes before taking a seat on an old wooden bench at the center of the garden. "Ahhh, it's such a nice thing to be surrounded by you beauts without dealing with those idiots at the same time, mmm."
Yet, when a sliding door hissed open a vein would bulge at the left side of his forehead before his teeth began to grind against each other. And a perfect day was ruined. Yet, when he rose to view the one who would rain on his parade, he'd take a slight appearance of shock, though hidden, for it was the Kusakage. Sliding out from behind a large risen set of plants Daichi would speak. "Kusakage..."
