Ryū; Japanese for the Dragon Spirit—the title itself was embodied into the construct of the young Uchiha as a child, continuing on into his young adulthood. Suke—assistance or warrior, in amalgamation with the latter of his name creates a rather promising and prospecting legacy.
Revered as the fiercest clan to ever occupy Konohagakure since it's inception, the Uchiha represent the very best of the Leaf's ninja capabilities. Wielding the fabled Sharingan as their most common tool of war, the Uchiha have earned a reputable name for themselves with their variety of ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu.
A native of Konohgakure and child of the famed Uchiha, Ryūsuke’s natural magnetism to the fame and responsibility was evident in his future. After countless battles and strides taken to pursue the longevity of his village, the young Uchiha was soon granted the prestigious title of Niidaime Hokage. His face forever carved into the grand mountain scape which shadows over the Hidden Leaf—a testament to the commitment he made to his home, and the veneration shown in return.
Apperance layout
Ryūsuke; conflicted internally, his outer exterior clouds nothing reticent of a well-fit male specimen. Now appearing to resemble himself during his credulous age associated with young adulthood, Ryūsuke stands a projected 188cm, and weighs approximately73kg. Born naturally with almond, radiant purple eyes; the abhorrence that resides within his body is shrouded by the external splendor of his gaze. Both his facial and corporal complexion near sound, the young male has been given the admired labeling of eye-catching or handsome. Ryūsuke’s silk, dark blue tinted hair is middling length, reaching just around his middle to lower back, expressing either down to the side.
To compensate for years of rigorous, strenuous training, Ryūsuke had sculpted a physique that indeed matches brilliance. His pectorals are far from harrowing, and his abdomen area, finely chiseled. His biceps and triceps are built for combat, though not exceedingly bulky. Broad shoulders and yet a judicious build. Not obese, yet not emaciated; that would describe Ryūsuke’s in general accumulative bulk. Along his right shoulder blade, and lower left thigh a rather daunting scars from his past battles , symbolizing though he has achieved great power, he has quite the way to go, some even concur that he uses those very wounds as stimulus to become stronger.
Speaking of complexion, Ryūsuke’s skin is near flawless, as he expresses no blemishes on his face or on any visible region of his body. His skin tone is of lightly tanned, not to the point of typical darkness, but also not too pale, his appeal is considered that of bordering in the middle. Not expressing the typical Shinobi Attire, Ryūsuke attempts to not stand out as much, for reasons unknown. Some argue that it’s because he doesn't want to be a sight of Uniqueness which leads to being irradiated or bothered; which is quite the contradiction as he is in essence, uniquely different from most of the Ninja.
His kosode, a combination of varying spring and summer color feets loosely, though his frame is never hampered. The Uchiha also wears white Sashinuki Hakama, (a type of traditional flowing Japanese "pants"), which is gathered at the ankles producing the "ballooning" effect. His footwear consists of flat pointed sandals, also reminiscent of Mainland influence.
Draped both elegantly and steadily around his neck, a finely woven scarf. Its appearance alone speaks towards affluence as the pliability of its fabric is that of unparalleled quality. A lighter hue in contrast to his Kosode, the scarf itself is roughly within the same coloration range to be comparable to. Another accessory always worn as habit dictates are his leather arm guards.
Perosnacognition
Ryūsuke is a deferential young man, holding on dear to the morals in which his mother, Koi had instilled into him from a young age despite his upbringing. Punctual and well-mannered, you won’t catch this Uchiha speaking ill of anyone, regardless of how he actually feels towards them. Courteous and thoughtful to others, he doesn’t stray for doing the more nominal things that mean more in the long run to others. Most call him overly nice, or too respectful, and mistake this trait for a weakness. Nonetheless, it’s quite the opposite, as it’s an unconscious façade he displays to others which forbids intrusion into his mind. A defense mechanism to keep him mentally above his opposition.
A odd trait that the Uchiha tends to follow if cognizant of it or not is that Ryūsuke never showcases his full potential, or takes credit for anything that could potentially raise his recognition. Not one for the extra attention, Ryūsuke would much rather to keep his accomplishments to himself; after all, they were only a testament to what he did; he doesn’t need the verification from others to feel accomplished. Despite this act of isolation in such an area, he’s quite the gregarious person. Not shy to say a few words, even to strangers, the Uchiha is open to conversation.
Unlike most who hail from his Clan, Ryūsuke is in no such way branded a child prodigy. His skill and current level of intelligence (Which is quite high in comparison to others) derives from his own unparalleled strength of mind and willingness to try new things. He wasn’t given anything at birth that signified immediate achievements. He worked for everything he has today, which instilled a greater since of appreciation into the Uchiha’s heart. As such, Ryūsuke takes little to nothing for granted. With an open mind to pretty much anything, it’s allows better comprehension of logical and abstract ideas and practices alike; making it much easier for him to learn things.
A rational thinker when needed, Ryūsuke is quite the tactician. Able to conceive a number of possible outcomes to any given events, he can pick through his analysis and apply the best ending for the specified situation. Nimble-minded, he’s a quick thinker, and sometimes more instructive, a peculiarity trained from his childhood to present time. This is key for him in combat when faced with task that require a more clever approach.
Nonetheless, regardless of steadily strengthened morals and values, the realization and experience of war changes even the mightiest of wills. At times, the young Uchiha can appear impassively sound, and show little regards to a topic. Mentally and physically more conscious of his surroundings, and who inhabits it, this slight diagnosis of mild paranoia is well placed.
Over the years, and as his time as a Shinobi in secrecy continue to develop, the young Uchiha has attained a more darker interior. Nice, humble, and generous—all features of both his persona and façade. Deep down, a dark, twisted realization has spiraled into fruition. His Shinobi instincts becoming more evident to his existence and as such, Ryūsuke isn’t prone to inflicting any form of reprimand that threatens his way of life. Defending others can’t be achieved unless he can defend himself; this simple phrase finding new life in the Uchiha’s existence, he will do anything to fulfill his goals and keep himself alive. Selfish and altruistic, he conflicts and contradicts himself in both moral values and rational thinking. His darker side still young, its constantly growing and his ability to stay “true good” slowly diminishing.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!
Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. The technique can only be used once per turn.

Henge no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user takes on the form of another object, whether it be an animal, plant, or inanime object. This transformation is exactly like the genuine article, so it is impossible to tell the two apart without special methods.
Note: The user can transform themself into an object of average, small, or miniature size. This means that one cannot Henge into a bijuu, summon, or other gigantic object.
Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themself. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area aroun themself with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will dispurse.
Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique)

Kinobori no Waza is an Academy Ninjtusu technique. By focusing a small amount of chakra to the bottom of their feet, the user can climb a tree (or other vertical wall) without utilizing their hands. This technique has a dual purpose, since it is the perfect way to increase skills with chakra control - if the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will loose their footing; if the stream is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the surface.

Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repllent force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possivle to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.
Note: The user must know Kinobori no Waza in order to use this technique.
ø Uchiha
Tier One - Advanced Training, the Body: Having mastered their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan member learns to better incorporate their predictions with actual movements. Synchronizing their evolved sight with more concise and specific movements, the Uchiha clan member achieves a higher state of agility (25% - roughly half that of the first gate). While this doesn't make the Uchiha impossible to hit, they are relatively more agile than your typical shinobi.
Partially Activated Sharingan: One Tomoe

Note: This variation of the Sharingan is capable of piercing c-rank Genjutsu and below, and is capable of predicting rudimentary taijutsu (c-rank and below), and comprehending movements that are x2 the speed of your average shinobi.
Partially Activated Sharingan: Two Tomoe

This is the second variation of a partially developed Sharingan eye. The clan member’s pupil will turn red and develop two of the wheel swirls. Note: This variation of the Sharingan is capable of piercing b-rank Genjutsu and below, and is capable of predicting adept taijutsu (b-rank and below), and comprehending movements that are x3 the speed of your average shinobi. For an increment of one Mid worth of chakra, the user can copy any technique of b-rank and below; this cannot be applied to Kinjutsu, Advanced Releases, or other Kekkei Genkai.

A passive ability granted to a wielder of the Sharingan, this grants the user clarity of their target(s)’s chakra nature. The Sharingan user can see the person in question’s chakra is a fiery aura around their body, which seamlessly transitions in color to represent the elements he or she may possess (even advanced releases).
Note: As stated, this is a passive technique granted by having the Second Eye and beyond active. It costs no chakra.
Fully Activated Sharingan: Three Tomoe

This is the final form of the “normal” Sharingan. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. In this form, the clan member can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it to be used then or later.
This level of the Sharingan permits a great deal of agility, allowing them to better conserve and direct their attacks based on an impressive level of perception. Three tomoe Sharingan allow seamless copying and interpretation of a wide array of jutsu. At this level, the Sharingan can perform Genjutsu and hypnosis if eye contact is made and the ninja has access to the appropriate Genjutsu training.
Additionally, keep in mind that the Sharingan’s ability to be used effectively is dependent on visibility and sight range.
Note: This variation of the Sharingan is capable of piercing all a-rank Genjutsu and below, and is capable of predicting advanced taijutsu (a-rank and below), and comprehending movements that are x4 the speed of your average shinobi. For an increment of one Mid worth of chakra, the user may copy any viable technique of a-rank and below; this cannot be applied to Kinjutsu, Advanced Releases, or other Kekkei Genkai.
Sharingan Shisu (Copying Wheel Eye Hypnosis)

This is a broadly categorized Genjutsu that utilizes the Sharingan as the source for the ability. The Genjutsu uses no handseals and can be used in one of two ways. In both instances, the jutsu requires direct eye contact.
On a most basic level, this ability allows the user to influence the actions of a Ninjutsu-using opponent, influencing their decisions and allowing the user to make it appear as though they are copying jutsu faster than the enemy can actually plan and act.
On a more advanced level, usage of this technique can create very distinct and impressive illusions. These can be visible where the Sharingan-user can modify aspects of the enemy’s perception, allowing them to perceive the Uchiha ninja dying, or create bunshin-like illusions in their stead.
Note: For the more advanced use of the Genjutsu, used for full illusions, the handseals are required in addition to eye contact. In addition, after performing the handseals, the victim will be caught in the illusion after they make eye contact (regardless of how long later it happens). This “charge” is only viable for the duration of the thread.
Magen • Kyouten Chiten (Demonic Illusion • Mirror Heaven and Earth Change)

Magen Kyouten Chiten is a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha clan member can stop sensory spell cast on their body and reverse it back on their opponent.
Note: This ability only works on single-target genjutsu. Furthermore, the Uchiha must be the intended target of the genjutsu in question. This ability does not work on Tsukuyomi.
Izanagi (Forefather God)

A Kinjutsu even among the Uchiha clan, Izanagi is considered one of the most powerful Genjutsu in existence. Oddly enough, it is cast on the user rather than an opponent. After performing the necessary handseals, the Genjutsu allows the physical world and illusion world to cross. By these means, the user is free to virtually ‘imagine’ any and all damage done to their body didn’t happen, which allows them to stand unharmed.
Note: Once cast, Izanagi will devour the ‘life’ of a single Sharingan owned by the user regardless of whether or not they deactivate the jutsu (via kai). This technique will last for two turns, not including its activation turn (so a total of 3), per eye before the Sharingan being used up will close forever. In the event that the user has more than one Sharingan, they MUST deactivate the jutsu in order to ensure they can retain at least one working eye.
Izanami (Foremother God)

Izanami is one of the ultimate Doujutsu of the Uchiha clan, which affects targets through physical sensations shared between them and the user. Like its counterpart, Izanagi, in exchange for the temporary ability that it grants the user, the Sharingan with which Izanami is cast is sealed way and loses its ‘life’ forever. According to sciprtures, this technique and Iazanagi form a pair, but unlike the latter, which is a technique capable of altering destiny, Izanami is instead one that “decides” it.
To begin the technique, after selecting any arbitrary moment, the caster uses their Sharingan to remember the physical sensations both of their body and that of their opponent’s during that instant like a photograph (represented as: A). The user must then intentionally replicate the same sensation in the same way, memorize that instant of their Sharingan (represented as: A’). Izanami overlaps and connects these two identical bodily sensations (A and A’), as well as the flow of time between them, creating an infinite loop of events that entraps the opponent’s consciousness.
Note: This will largely be treated as an Izanagi counter, however, it can be practically used outside of this role. The techniques takes three turns to prepare before it can begin to be used. After the handseals are cast, the user must then over the next three turns, record any and all movement done by both user and target. This means that any time the technique is cast it will only “record” those actions occurring within the three turn preparation window before the technique becomes active. This requires the user to have unbroken visual contact with their opponent for the duration of the three turn prep window or else they must start over.
Once the three turn preparation window has been observed and the user is ready to cast the technique, one additional handseal is required. At this juncture Izanami is cast and the target is subjected to a Genjutsu loop of events consisting of those recorded during the three turn prep period. Once in the loop, the target is locked in until the end of the thread. Once cast, Izanami will devour the ‘life’ of a single Sharingan owned by the user.
Mangekyou Sharingan (Kaleidoscope Copying Wheel Eye)

The final evolution of the Sharingan eye, this is considered to be the ‘complete’ version of the doujutu. The clan member’s pupil will turn red and develop a unique pattern, comprised of the previous three wheel swirls. Each pattern varies from user to user, though their abilities are largely the same.
This final level of the Sharingan permits profound agility, allowing the Sharingan user to even better conserve their energy and direction their attacks based on the unparalleled level of perception and clarity they receive with this eye. With this eye, there is no Genjutsu they cannot pierce, and only the fastest and most powerful of taijutsu are incapable of being predicted.
However, keep in mind that the Sharingan’s ability to be used effectively is dependent on visibility and sight range.
Note: This variation of the Sharingan is capable of piercing all s-rank Genjutsu and below (including Tsukuyomi), and is capable of predicting advanced taijutsu (a-rank and below), and comprehending movements that are x5 the speed of your average shinobi. For an increment of one Mid worth of chakra, the user may copy any viable technique of s-rank and below; this cannot be applied to Kinjutsu.
Susano’o (God of the Sea and Storms)

Susano’o, also known as the Tempestuous God of Valor, is the third ability granted by the Mangekyou Sharingan after awakening the abilities in both eyes. It creates a gigantic, humanoid being that surrounds the user. As the strongest technique granted to those that have acquired the Mangekyou Sharingan, it is the user's guardian deity, but at the same time, it consumes the user's life
For a Sharingan user to activate the Susano’o is a rarity. Like the other techniques granted by the Mangekyou Sharingan, the user's eyes and body are strained while using Susano’o because it consumes a large amount of their chakra. Susano’o is formed through the materialization of the user's chakra and as such differs in appearance as well as color between users.
Despite Susanoo's impressive defensive capabilities, the protection it grants its user is not absolute. Even though it envelopes and anchors the user, the user can be thrown out of the upper half of Susano’o by manipulating the substance under their feet. Also, a sufficiently strong blow will still result in damage, especially during the technique's developmental stages. The only known ways to attack the user while Susano’o is active, is either to draw the wielder out of the technique and then attack, bind and restrict its movements, or to break the defense with overwhelming force (generally numerous, 5+, gates of direct power).
Note: At both the Genin and Chuunin rank, Susano'o takes three full turns to completely manifest, and each "phase" of the technique boasts its own offensive and defensive properties. At the rank of Jounin, the user has the option of summoning "phases" or the complete form of Susano'o at will.
Phase One: A partial summoning can be achieved one just the first turn. At this juncture the user can manifest either portions or the entire skeletal structure of Susano'o, but none of its weapons. This stage has significant openings in its defense, largely protecting the core, leaving gaps along the extremities.
Phase Two: By the second turn, the user is capable of bringing out the muscled form of Susano'o. During this stage the user is significantly encompassed by the armor and can manifest the summon's weapons. This stage, while entirely covered by the armor, has fewer defenses than the final form Susano'o.
Phase Three: By the third turn the Susanoo can be fully manifested in its armored form. At this stage the user is completely enshrouded by the armor and gains full benefit from its impressive defense as well as manifesting its weapons. This stage is arguably the strongest incarnation of the Susano'o forms. It at this point that the massive worth of chakra is drained, and the High cost to sustain it kicks into effect.
It goes without saying that the offensive and defensive capabilities of this technique are utterly astounding. Even the phase one of this technique was capable of dampening the damage from Kirin (one of the most destructive abilities in the Naruto universe) so that its user could survive (albeit still injured). Likewise, the sheer might of this technique can seemingly penetrate a wide variety of potent barriers as well.
Kamui (God's Majesty)

Kamui, named for God's Majesty, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. After producing the Mangekyou eye, focuses on an area of his target. The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location or dimension of the user's choosing. From small projectile to whole locations, as long as the user focuses their eye on it, they can cause its teleporation. Although causing heavy strain on the user, it is said to be unavoidable due to its delivery.
Note: This unique ability can be separated into two entirely different phases: teleportation and intangibility. Likewise, it can be performed with or without the Mangekyou Sharingan activated.
Teleportation: This phase of the Kamui ability allows the user to warp objects in and out of an entirely different dimension. Despite the power of this ability, there is a maximum size and number to the objects that a user can transport (in and out) at any single moment. The size cannot be more than x10 the size of your average human body, and no more than five objects at once. It should be noted that Kamui is capable of teleporting nearly anything caught in its path, from entirely ethereal constructs (such as Rasengan) to corporeal items (weapons, bodies, etc); however, the user must be able to see the object in question. Once inside the alternative dimension, there is no method of escaping unless the user wishes to release you. This takes one full post to complete, and if the victim moves from designated location, will need to be recast (the chakra cost will still take effect).
Intangibility: Considered to be the close quarters version of the ability, or self-inflicted, this allows the user to turn the transporting capability of Kamui on themselves. This allows the user to instantly, at their will, teleport a specific portion (up to their entire body) into the alternative dimension linked to this dojutsu. Generally being overlapped by the incoming object in question, this allows the user to appear "intangible," as if the attack is simply slipping through them. Sustaining the usage of this technique per turn requires an increment of one High worth of chakra.
Using the teleportation aspect of Kamui (external) has its drawback, though. You can only teleport objects in or out in a single post; this means you can't teleport something into the alternative dimension and out of it in the same post. Furthermore, you cannot use the teleportation and intangibility aspect of Kamui simultaneously. Beyond that, only teleporting objects into the alternative dimension causes the wear and tear associated with the Mangekyou eye (i.e uses a "charge"). Using the "intangibility" aspect does not.
Kotoamatsukami (Distinguished Heavenly Gods)

Kotoamatsukami is a genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to control the minds and opinions of others, without the victim's awareness. It is regarded as one of the most powerful Genjutsu in existence, next to the kinjutsus Izanagi and Izanami. No direct eye contact with the victim is necessary, and Kotoamatsukami can be used even if the eye is covered by cloth or any material. The victim simply needs to be in the same vicinity as the user in order for the technique to come to fruition. This mind control and opinion alternating is absolute, and the user can make the victim do anything they wish them to do. Due to being unaware of the technique's existence in the first place, breaking it is incredibly difficult to do.
Note: This jutsu requires 3 full turns during which the user is within 2 meters of the target. There is an incredibly long "cooldown" period after each use, in which the technique cannot be accessed again (one month oocly from the date of use). Each eye holds its own charge, and thusly its own cooldown. This technique does not require eye contact, or that the Sharingan even be visible; the user simply needs to be able to see their victim. The effects of the mind control only last for the duration of the thread in which it is used. However, even after the thread has been complete, the user will not have even realized anything has changed; they will continue on, not suspecting their decision(s) to have been altered in any way, shape or form. Even among the Mangekyou, this ability is incredibly rare, and as such, only three members will be able to obtain it at any given time.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.
Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.

A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. From people to animals, to inanimate objects such as weapons and items, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.
Note: All summons have their own chakra cost, which the user will need to meet in order to bring them forth. In terms of inanimate objects, the user can summon up to ten secondary weapons for a Low amount of chakra (per summoning); on the other hand, they may summon up to five primary weapons for a Mid amount of chakra (per summoning).
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)

Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has one them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.
Note: This technique is only capable of being learned by Jounin or above. Up to a maximum of five clones can be created. Please note that the user’s chakra is divided evenly among however many clones they create. Upon being destroyed, whatever remaining chakra the clone has is given back to the user. Despite having an extended range (virtually limitless), these clones must be created within five meters of the user.
Shuriken Kage Bunshin (Shuriken Shadow Clone)

A follow up technique to the regular Kage Bunshin, Bunshin Bakuha is an advanced ninjutsu technique utilized by highly skilled and ranked shinobi in order for them to detonate a regular Shadow Clone at impressive levels. Once a normal Kage Bunshin is created, the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. The entire amount of chakra left within the clone forms the energy behind the blast, and although it lacks fiery properties, the sudden blast and subsequent implosion/explosion phase is enough to blast through rock easily, leaving serious dents in steel/metal creations.
Note: The chakra within the Kage Bunshin is lost. This technique can only detonate one clone at a time (per post).
Shinranbanshou Douka no Jutsu (Assimilate All Creation Technique)

This technique also appears to give the user the ability to break their body down into smaller pieces of whatever element they touch and reform themselves at will, even after having been blown to bits.

Tier One - Ashes to Ashes: It is said that a Katon user's flame rivals that of the sun, and can burn through almost anything. And while this might be a stark dramatization, the chakra infused heat does pose a far greater threat than most typical fire. Katon users of this level are capable of using their flames to easily melt steel, and all defensive jutsu of c-rank and below.

After a little more than 3 meters, they are almost altogether benign. Any single arc of fire will cover a 3 meter length along the arc of the swing itself; dragging the arc of flames further will require a greater deal of chakra to be added.

Ryuuen Houka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After forming the necessary handseals, chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a series of three large dragon head-shaped fireballs (the size of a fully matured adult’s torso). The user then skillfully manipulates these fires, guiding them to attack their opponent(s). The temperature of the flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily shearing flesh from bone.
Note: This requires at least one mastery in the Katon.

Tier 1 - Static Focus: Master of lightning based chakra, shinobi who favor the art of raiton are capable of using their body's own electrical current as a weapon. Once every two turns, masters of this level may "jolt" any number of victims they come in contact with, numbing the effected area for a post. This unique ability costs no chakra; however, using it again before the "cooldown" has reset will result in the user paralyzing their body entirely for two posts.

The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!
Note: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are numbed for a whole turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked. The user must touch the victim with their hand to achieve the desired effects.

One of the rare techniques within the shinobi world involving both shape and nature manipulation, Chidori is a Raiton based ninjutsu developed for the purpose of ensured assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, the user's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user rushes forward in order to use the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name.
Note: Pierces through barriers 'A' rank and below, and instantly paralyzes the victim's body upon impact for the remainder of the turn it was used, presuming the strike doesn't kill the victim.
Chidori Nagashi (Thousand Birds Current)

The first variation of Chidori involves the displacement of the concentrated electrical currents all across the user's surroundings. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to a specific point on their body, the user is now able to extend it outside of their body in general and through objects which they are holding. This allows the user to create a protective zone of electricity around their perimeter, which can shock and immobilize their foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. Best of all, this attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.
Note: This technique is capable of paralyzing multiple opponents simultaneously (up to a maximum of three) for one full turn. Despite being raiton based, this technique is somewhat slower than the rest, making it relatively easy to evade it (more so due to the fact it simply covers the ground. This technique can also be applied to a weapon in order to dramatically increase its cutting strength. The user must first cast chidori in order to use this technique.

The second variation of Chidori involves a similar extension of the original charge, but this time, in a more concentrated, linear fashion. On a whim the user is able to shape their Raiton Chakra to form an extending spear of pure lightning, aiming to pierce whatever it is they are aiming at. The best part? This spear takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the lightning sword to strike its target with ease. Finally, this variation is similar to Chidori Nagashi in that it causes the target to go numb from the excessive electrical charge.

The final Chidori variation is, as its name implies, a fully projectile version of the lightning discharge. Once the user summons their Chidori, they are able to further shape the elemental nature to form ten small, sharp senbon. Sized like normal senbon, these needles take on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path, and shock everything in its wake. Finally, upon impact, each senbon lets loose the full electrical potential encased within on their target.

Utilizing the Lighting Element the user will charge an electrical current into their hand. Using this charged and condensed amount of lightning, the user will send out a wolf made of lighting to attack their target. Note: If wolf is able to bite into an opponent, the electricity can paralyze the foe either in just the limb itself or spreading through the body depending on the length of contact.

The Shishikyu technique allows the user to use their prowess in the Raiton arts in order to create several tigers consisting purely of Raiton energy. Once birthed, they can move at decent speeds, and can defend the user form attacks, as well as attack others. Creates a single large, 1 meter tiger comprised of pure Raiton essence. The maximum duration this tiger can be sustained is two posts. Dark blue and constantly shining, these tigers move fast to strike their target, and can swipe quickly as an attack. Only attacks that can disrupt their essence can hurt them, and they carry an ultimate attack which involves the user holding a particular handseal so that they can all converge on a particular enemy, hurting it greatly. An indirect strike from these tigers (a slash of its claws, a bite) renders the victim's body numb for a half a second, and receiving a full blast from a kamikaze strike leaves the victim paralyzed for a half a turn.

Though little has changed in execution, the power of Chidori is now increased even further, no longer able to be withstood by normal means. The penetrative power of the Chidori is increased tremendously, but so too is the chakra cost and the toll it takes on the body. It is a more refined and powerful version of Chidori, Raikiri is capable of piercing through nearly any substance (up to the full length of the user's arm). Presuming the strike is not fatal, this technique paralyzes the opponent for a full turn. On top of this, once learned all Chidori sub-jutsu can be performed under the power of Raikiri.
Note: Other than its penetrative strength, this technique also ha a high probable cost that paralysis will occur to those struck by the full onslaught of this technique.

One of the most basic yet deadly jutsu available to ANBU, Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual in place. After a single seal is formed, the user must make be able to see the target they wish to bind; if eye contact with one another is establish, the bind is instant. Otherwise, the ANBU will struggle to take over the opponent's chakra with their own. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.
Note: The user must maintain visual on the target for two posts after this technique has been cast in order for it to take effect. Once paralyzed, the victim will be immobile for a maximum of three posts.

Ryū; Japanese for the Dragon Spirit—the title itself was embodied into the construct of the young Uchiha as a child, continuing on into his young adulthood. Suke—assistance or warrior, in amalgamation with the latter of his name creates a rather promising and prospecting legacy.
Revered as the fiercest clan to ever occupy Konohagakure since it's inception, the Uchiha represent the very best of the Leaf's ninja capabilities. Wielding the fabled Sharingan as their most common tool of war, the Uchiha have earned a reputable name for themselves with their variety of ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu.
A native of Konohgakure and child of the famed Uchiha, Ryūsuke’s natural magnetism to the fame and responsibility was evident in his future. After countless battles and strides taken to pursue the longevity of his village, the young Uchiha was soon granted the prestigious title of Niidaime Hokage. His face forever carved into the grand mountain scape which shadows over the Hidden Leaf—a testament to the commitment he made to his home, and the veneration shown in return.
Apperance layout
Ryūsuke; conflicted internally, his outer exterior clouds nothing reticent of a well-fit male specimen. Now appearing to resemble himself during his credulous age associated with young adulthood, Ryūsuke stands a projected 188cm, and weighs approximately73kg. Born naturally with almond, radiant purple eyes; the abhorrence that resides within his body is shrouded by the external splendor of his gaze. Both his facial and corporal complexion near sound, the young male has been given the admired labeling of eye-catching or handsome. Ryūsuke’s silk, dark blue tinted hair is middling length, reaching just around his middle to lower back, expressing either down to the side.
To compensate for years of rigorous, strenuous training, Ryūsuke had sculpted a physique that indeed matches brilliance. His pectorals are far from harrowing, and his abdomen area, finely chiseled. His biceps and triceps are built for combat, though not exceedingly bulky. Broad shoulders and yet a judicious build. Not obese, yet not emaciated; that would describe Ryūsuke’s in general accumulative bulk. Along his right shoulder blade, and lower left thigh a rather daunting scars from his past battles , symbolizing though he has achieved great power, he has quite the way to go, some even concur that he uses those very wounds as stimulus to become stronger.
Speaking of complexion, Ryūsuke’s skin is near flawless, as he expresses no blemishes on his face or on any visible region of his body. His skin tone is of lightly tanned, not to the point of typical darkness, but also not too pale, his appeal is considered that of bordering in the middle. Not expressing the typical Shinobi Attire, Ryūsuke attempts to not stand out as much, for reasons unknown. Some argue that it’s because he doesn't want to be a sight of Uniqueness which leads to being irradiated or bothered; which is quite the contradiction as he is in essence, uniquely different from most of the Ninja.
His kosode, a combination of varying spring and summer color feets loosely, though his frame is never hampered. The Uchiha also wears white Sashinuki Hakama, (a type of traditional flowing Japanese "pants"), which is gathered at the ankles producing the "ballooning" effect. His footwear consists of flat pointed sandals, also reminiscent of Mainland influence.
Draped both elegantly and steadily around his neck, a finely woven scarf. Its appearance alone speaks towards affluence as the pliability of its fabric is that of unparalleled quality. A lighter hue in contrast to his Kosode, the scarf itself is roughly within the same coloration range to be comparable to. Another accessory always worn as habit dictates are his leather arm guards.
Perosnacognition
Ryūsuke is a deferential young man, holding on dear to the morals in which his mother, Koi had instilled into him from a young age despite his upbringing. Punctual and well-mannered, you won’t catch this Uchiha speaking ill of anyone, regardless of how he actually feels towards them. Courteous and thoughtful to others, he doesn’t stray for doing the more nominal things that mean more in the long run to others. Most call him overly nice, or too respectful, and mistake this trait for a weakness. Nonetheless, it’s quite the opposite, as it’s an unconscious façade he displays to others which forbids intrusion into his mind. A defense mechanism to keep him mentally above his opposition.
A odd trait that the Uchiha tends to follow if cognizant of it or not is that Ryūsuke never showcases his full potential, or takes credit for anything that could potentially raise his recognition. Not one for the extra attention, Ryūsuke would much rather to keep his accomplishments to himself; after all, they were only a testament to what he did; he doesn’t need the verification from others to feel accomplished. Despite this act of isolation in such an area, he’s quite the gregarious person. Not shy to say a few words, even to strangers, the Uchiha is open to conversation.
Unlike most who hail from his Clan, Ryūsuke is in no such way branded a child prodigy. His skill and current level of intelligence (Which is quite high in comparison to others) derives from his own unparalleled strength of mind and willingness to try new things. He wasn’t given anything at birth that signified immediate achievements. He worked for everything he has today, which instilled a greater since of appreciation into the Uchiha’s heart. As such, Ryūsuke takes little to nothing for granted. With an open mind to pretty much anything, it’s allows better comprehension of logical and abstract ideas and practices alike; making it much easier for him to learn things.
A rational thinker when needed, Ryūsuke is quite the tactician. Able to conceive a number of possible outcomes to any given events, he can pick through his analysis and apply the best ending for the specified situation. Nimble-minded, he’s a quick thinker, and sometimes more instructive, a peculiarity trained from his childhood to present time. This is key for him in combat when faced with task that require a more clever approach.
Nonetheless, regardless of steadily strengthened morals and values, the realization and experience of war changes even the mightiest of wills. At times, the young Uchiha can appear impassively sound, and show little regards to a topic. Mentally and physically more conscious of his surroundings, and who inhabits it, this slight diagnosis of mild paranoia is well placed.
Over the years, and as his time as a Shinobi in secrecy continue to develop, the young Uchiha has attained a more darker interior. Nice, humble, and generous—all features of both his persona and façade. Deep down, a dark, twisted realization has spiraled into fruition. His Shinobi instincts becoming more evident to his existence and as such, Ryūsuke isn’t prone to inflicting any form of reprimand that threatens his way of life. Defending others can’t be achieved unless he can defend himself; this simple phrase finding new life in the Uchiha’s existence, he will do anything to fulfill his goals and keep himself alive. Selfish and altruistic, he conflicts and contradicts himself in both moral values and rational thinking. His darker side still young, its constantly growing and his ability to stay “true good” slowly diminishing.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!
Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. The technique can only be used once per turn.

Note: The user can transform themself into an object of average, small, or miniature size. This means that one cannot Henge into a bijuu, summon, or other gigantic object.

Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themself. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area aroun themself with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will dispurse.
Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.

Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repllent force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possivle to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.
Note: The user must know Kinobori no Waza in order to use this technique.
ø Uchiha
Tier One - Advanced Training, the Body: Having mastered their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan member learns to better incorporate their predictions with actual movements. Synchronizing their evolved sight with more concise and specific movements, the Uchiha clan member achieves a higher state of agility (25% - roughly half that of the first gate). While this doesn't make the Uchiha impossible to hit, they are relatively more agile than your typical shinobi.

This is the final form of the “normal” Sharingan. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. In this form, the clan member can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it to be used then or later.
This level of the Sharingan permits a great deal of agility, allowing them to better conserve and direct their attacks based on an impressive level of perception. Three tomoe Sharingan allow seamless copying and interpretation of a wide array of jutsu. At this level, the Sharingan can perform Genjutsu and hypnosis if eye contact is made and the ninja has access to the appropriate Genjutsu training.
Additionally, keep in mind that the Sharingan’s ability to be used effectively is dependent on visibility and sight range.

This is a broadly categorized Genjutsu that utilizes the Sharingan as the source for the ability. The Genjutsu uses no handseals and can be used in one of two ways. In both instances, the jutsu requires direct eye contact.
On a most basic level, this ability allows the user to influence the actions of a Ninjutsu-using opponent, influencing their decisions and allowing the user to make it appear as though they are copying jutsu faster than the enemy can actually plan and act.
On a more advanced level, usage of this technique can create very distinct and impressive illusions. These can be visible where the Sharingan-user can modify aspects of the enemy’s perception, allowing them to perceive the Uchiha ninja dying, or create bunshin-like illusions in their stead.
Note: For the more advanced use of the Genjutsu, used for full illusions, the handseals are required in addition to eye contact. In addition, after performing the handseals, the victim will be caught in the illusion after they make eye contact (regardless of how long later it happens). This “charge” is only viable for the duration of the thread.

Note: This ability only works on single-target genjutsu. Furthermore, the Uchiha must be the intended target of the genjutsu in question. This ability does not work on Tsukuyomi.
Izanagi (Forefather God)

A Kinjutsu even among the Uchiha clan, Izanagi is considered one of the most powerful Genjutsu in existence. Oddly enough, it is cast on the user rather than an opponent. After performing the necessary handseals, the Genjutsu allows the physical world and illusion world to cross. By these means, the user is free to virtually ‘imagine’ any and all damage done to their body didn’t happen, which allows them to stand unharmed.
Note: Once cast, Izanagi will devour the ‘life’ of a single Sharingan owned by the user regardless of whether or not they deactivate the jutsu (via kai). This technique will last for two turns, not including its activation turn (so a total of 3), per eye before the Sharingan being used up will close forever. In the event that the user has more than one Sharingan, they MUST deactivate the jutsu in order to ensure they can retain at least one working eye.
Izanami (Foremother God)

Izanami is one of the ultimate Doujutsu of the Uchiha clan, which affects targets through physical sensations shared between them and the user. Like its counterpart, Izanagi, in exchange for the temporary ability that it grants the user, the Sharingan with which Izanami is cast is sealed way and loses its ‘life’ forever. According to sciprtures, this technique and Iazanagi form a pair, but unlike the latter, which is a technique capable of altering destiny, Izanami is instead one that “decides” it.
To begin the technique, after selecting any arbitrary moment, the caster uses their Sharingan to remember the physical sensations both of their body and that of their opponent’s during that instant like a photograph (represented as: A). The user must then intentionally replicate the same sensation in the same way, memorize that instant of their Sharingan (represented as: A’). Izanami overlaps and connects these two identical bodily sensations (A and A’), as well as the flow of time between them, creating an infinite loop of events that entraps the opponent’s consciousness.
Note: This will largely be treated as an Izanagi counter, however, it can be practically used outside of this role. The techniques takes three turns to prepare before it can begin to be used. After the handseals are cast, the user must then over the next three turns, record any and all movement done by both user and target. This means that any time the technique is cast it will only “record” those actions occurring within the three turn preparation window before the technique becomes active. This requires the user to have unbroken visual contact with their opponent for the duration of the three turn prep window or else they must start over.
Once the three turn preparation window has been observed and the user is ready to cast the technique, one additional handseal is required. At this juncture Izanami is cast and the target is subjected to a Genjutsu loop of events consisting of those recorded during the three turn prep period. Once in the loop, the target is locked in until the end of the thread. Once cast, Izanami will devour the ‘life’ of a single Sharingan owned by the user.
Mangekyou Sharingan (Kaleidoscope Copying Wheel Eye)

The final evolution of the Sharingan eye, this is considered to be the ‘complete’ version of the doujutu. The clan member’s pupil will turn red and develop a unique pattern, comprised of the previous three wheel swirls. Each pattern varies from user to user, though their abilities are largely the same.
This final level of the Sharingan permits profound agility, allowing the Sharingan user to even better conserve their energy and direction their attacks based on the unparalleled level of perception and clarity they receive with this eye. With this eye, there is no Genjutsu they cannot pierce, and only the fastest and most powerful of taijutsu are incapable of being predicted.
However, keep in mind that the Sharingan’s ability to be used effectively is dependent on visibility and sight range.

Susano’o (God of the Sea and Storms)

Susano’o, also known as the Tempestuous God of Valor, is the third ability granted by the Mangekyou Sharingan after awakening the abilities in both eyes. It creates a gigantic, humanoid being that surrounds the user. As the strongest technique granted to those that have acquired the Mangekyou Sharingan, it is the user's guardian deity, but at the same time, it consumes the user's life
For a Sharingan user to activate the Susano’o is a rarity. Like the other techniques granted by the Mangekyou Sharingan, the user's eyes and body are strained while using Susano’o because it consumes a large amount of their chakra. Susano’o is formed through the materialization of the user's chakra and as such differs in appearance as well as color between users.
Despite Susanoo's impressive defensive capabilities, the protection it grants its user is not absolute. Even though it envelopes and anchors the user, the user can be thrown out of the upper half of Susano’o by manipulating the substance under their feet. Also, a sufficiently strong blow will still result in damage, especially during the technique's developmental stages. The only known ways to attack the user while Susano’o is active, is either to draw the wielder out of the technique and then attack, bind and restrict its movements, or to break the defense with overwhelming force (generally numerous, 5+, gates of direct power).
Note: At both the Genin and Chuunin rank, Susano'o takes three full turns to completely manifest, and each "phase" of the technique boasts its own offensive and defensive properties. At the rank of Jounin, the user has the option of summoning "phases" or the complete form of Susano'o at will.
Phase One: A partial summoning can be achieved one just the first turn. At this juncture the user can manifest either portions or the entire skeletal structure of Susano'o, but none of its weapons. This stage has significant openings in its defense, largely protecting the core, leaving gaps along the extremities.
Phase Two: By the second turn, the user is capable of bringing out the muscled form of Susano'o. During this stage the user is significantly encompassed by the armor and can manifest the summon's weapons. This stage, while entirely covered by the armor, has fewer defenses than the final form Susano'o.
Phase Three: By the third turn the Susanoo can be fully manifested in its armored form. At this stage the user is completely enshrouded by the armor and gains full benefit from its impressive defense as well as manifesting its weapons. This stage is arguably the strongest incarnation of the Susano'o forms. It at this point that the massive worth of chakra is drained, and the High cost to sustain it kicks into effect.
It goes without saying that the offensive and defensive capabilities of this technique are utterly astounding. Even the phase one of this technique was capable of dampening the damage from Kirin (one of the most destructive abilities in the Naruto universe) so that its user could survive (albeit still injured). Likewise, the sheer might of this technique can seemingly penetrate a wide variety of potent barriers as well.
Kamui (God's Majesty)

Kamui, named for God's Majesty, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. After producing the Mangekyou eye, focuses on an area of his target. The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location or dimension of the user's choosing. From small projectile to whole locations, as long as the user focuses their eye on it, they can cause its teleporation. Although causing heavy strain on the user, it is said to be unavoidable due to its delivery.
Note: This unique ability can be separated into two entirely different phases: teleportation and intangibility. Likewise, it can be performed with or without the Mangekyou Sharingan activated.
Teleportation: This phase of the Kamui ability allows the user to warp objects in and out of an entirely different dimension. Despite the power of this ability, there is a maximum size and number to the objects that a user can transport (in and out) at any single moment. The size cannot be more than x10 the size of your average human body, and no more than five objects at once. It should be noted that Kamui is capable of teleporting nearly anything caught in its path, from entirely ethereal constructs (such as Rasengan) to corporeal items (weapons, bodies, etc); however, the user must be able to see the object in question. Once inside the alternative dimension, there is no method of escaping unless the user wishes to release you. This takes one full post to complete, and if the victim moves from designated location, will need to be recast (the chakra cost will still take effect).
Intangibility: Considered to be the close quarters version of the ability, or self-inflicted, this allows the user to turn the transporting capability of Kamui on themselves. This allows the user to instantly, at their will, teleport a specific portion (up to their entire body) into the alternative dimension linked to this dojutsu. Generally being overlapped by the incoming object in question, this allows the user to appear "intangible," as if the attack is simply slipping through them. Sustaining the usage of this technique per turn requires an increment of one High worth of chakra.
Using the teleportation aspect of Kamui (external) has its drawback, though. You can only teleport objects in or out in a single post; this means you can't teleport something into the alternative dimension and out of it in the same post. Furthermore, you cannot use the teleportation and intangibility aspect of Kamui simultaneously. Beyond that, only teleporting objects into the alternative dimension causes the wear and tear associated with the Mangekyou eye (i.e uses a "charge"). Using the "intangibility" aspect does not.
Kotoamatsukami (Distinguished Heavenly Gods)

Kotoamatsukami is a genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to control the minds and opinions of others, without the victim's awareness. It is regarded as one of the most powerful Genjutsu in existence, next to the kinjutsus Izanagi and Izanami. No direct eye contact with the victim is necessary, and Kotoamatsukami can be used even if the eye is covered by cloth or any material. The victim simply needs to be in the same vicinity as the user in order for the technique to come to fruition. This mind control and opinion alternating is absolute, and the user can make the victim do anything they wish them to do. Due to being unaware of the technique's existence in the first place, breaking it is incredibly difficult to do.
Note: This jutsu requires 3 full turns during which the user is within 2 meters of the target. There is an incredibly long "cooldown" period after each use, in which the technique cannot be accessed again (one month oocly from the date of use). Each eye holds its own charge, and thusly its own cooldown. This technique does not require eye contact, or that the Sharingan even be visible; the user simply needs to be able to see their victim. The effects of the mind control only last for the duration of the thread in which it is used. However, even after the thread has been complete, the user will not have even realized anything has changed; they will continue on, not suspecting their decision(s) to have been altered in any way, shape or form. Even among the Mangekyou, this ability is incredibly rare, and as such, only three members will be able to obtain it at any given time.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.
Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Fuubaku Houjin (Exploding Seal Method Formation)

Note: This ability allows the user detonate his or her explosive notes, opposed to allowing them to be "timed" explosives. Without this technique, the user cannot automatically detonate their tags.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)

A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. From people to animals, to inanimate objects such as weapons and items, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.
Note: All summons have their own chakra cost, which the user will need to meet in order to bring them forth. In terms of inanimate objects, the user can summon up to ten secondary weapons for a Low amount of chakra (per summoning); on the other hand, they may summon up to five primary weapons for a Mid amount of chakra (per summoning).
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)

Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has one them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.
Note: This technique is only capable of being learned by Jounin or above. Up to a maximum of five clones can be created. Please note that the user’s chakra is divided evenly among however many clones they create. Upon being destroyed, whatever remaining chakra the clone has is given back to the user. Despite having an extended range (virtually limitless), these clones must be created within five meters of the user.
Shuriken Kage Bunshin (Shuriken Shadow Clone)

Through the use of their innate ability with advanced cloning, the user will be able to create multiple clones of thrown shuriken. When used in combination with other jutsu, the technique allows the user to quickly overwhelm an enemy since, after performing the seals, multiple copies of the thrown tool seemingly pop out of thin air. The momentum, speed, weight and sharpness is all exactly the same as a regular shuriken.
Note: The user must know Kage Bunshin. Up to a maximum of thirty additional shuriken can be created with this technique.
Kage Bunshin Bakuha (Shadow Clone Explosion)

A follow up technique to the regular Kage Bunshin, Bunshin Bakuha is an advanced ninjutsu technique utilized by highly skilled and ranked shinobi in order for them to detonate a regular Shadow Clone at impressive levels. Once a normal Kage Bunshin is created, the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. The entire amount of chakra left within the clone forms the energy behind the blast, and although it lacks fiery properties, the sudden blast and subsequent implosion/explosion phase is enough to blast through rock easily, leaving serious dents in steel/metal creations.
Note: The chakra within the Kage Bunshin is lost. This technique can only detonate one clone at a time (per post).
Shinranbanshou Douka no Jutsu (Assimilate All Creation Technique)

Shinranbanshou Douka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows the ninja to use their surroundings as a tool for battles. With this technique, the user will form the needed handseals and then touch a nearby tangible object to take on its properties. For example, if they touched nearby stone, their body will become hard as a rock in whatever desired location. This technique also appears to give the user the ability to break their body down into smaller pieces of whatever element they touch and reform themselves at will, even after having been blown to bits.
Note: The maximum duration this ability can be sustained for is ten posts. Only one affinity may be assimilated per usage.

Note: The user’s hand must remain touching the ground for the chains to remain in play.
Keiyaku Fuuin (Contract Seal)

After performing the necessary handseals, the user must focus chakra into their dominant hand and place their palm upon the target. A quick connection is made between the two chakra systems and the seal is activated, removing the target's control over their summoned creature(s) for a short time. The creature, no longer held to the thread by its user, disappears.
Note: The seal only lasts for the remaining duration of the thread in which it was placed. Furthermore, being as how it is very rare for a user to control their summon (outside of Sharingan users), this seal effectively unsummons a traditionally summoned creature. In the case where it is a Sharingan user controlling a beast, this seal works as intended and simply severs the connection between the Sharingan user and the creature in question.
Rigouaku Fuuin (Strength Thef Seal)

After performing the necessary handseals, the user then places their hand upon their target. A black ‘+’ shape will appear on the opponent’s body where contact was made. Immediately after, short black lines will spread out from the initial mark, covering the victim’s limbs. The opponents body will be frozen in mid-motion as them muscles are forcibly locked into position by the seal’s chakra, leaving them totally paralyzed until the seal wears off.
Note: This seal paralyzes a single target for one post.
Fuuka Houin (Elemental Sealing Method)

The user unravels a scroll and writes the needed sealing incantation upon it, leaving a space in the center blank. After performing the needed handseals, vapor appears from the scroll and envelops the element that the user is trying to seal, sucking it inside. The kanji for seal (封) appears in the center, certifying the technique's completion. To activate the scroll at a later time, the user imbibes the scroll with a Low amount of chakra and breaks the seal. The sealed element is then released, perfect for circumventing damage from a dangerous enemy.
Note: It should be noted that the “sealing” portion of this technique takes a considerable amount of time, and thusly is entirely impractical for use in battle. The unsealing, however, is instant and thusly much more commonly seen being used.
Gokumen Fuuin (Frozen Slave Seal)

Gokumen Fuuin is an enslavement type Fuuinjutsu, and is usually given to members of certain secretive shinobi organizations in order to secure confidential information. After being placed, if the wearer of this seal speaks about anything incriminating related to whatever parameters the sealist establishes prior to placing it on the victim, their entire body will be completely paralyzed. It takes the shape of three solid lines with two broken lines beneath, and can be implied anywhere on the body, even during combat, though is most commonly applied to the tongue. Only the person who placed the seal, or a sufficient burst of chakra (such as the gates, a bijuu, or the activation of Susano’o), can end the paralysis once activated.
Note: The 2x High version of this ability allows this paralysis seal to be employed during battle. Meaning, that the victim need not speak or break the parameters; the user can simply activate the seal whenever they wish. This paralysis lasts for a total of one post.
It should be noted that the placing of this seal is permanent, lasting until either forcibly broken or the user’s death.
Kaija Houin (Evil Releasing Method)

The direct counterpart to the Evil Sealing Method, this technique is used to release the technique-induced marks on a person rather than sealing it. Compared to its brethren, this technique requires far less preparation, requires far less chakra, and can be used on the spot. When combining with certain materials, the user may even perform greater feats.
Note: In terms of battle, this seal can be used to incapacitate an opponent. By releasing a seal or mark that requires the victim to be of a certain level of strength, the user can overwhelm their body with the full potential of the mark and render them unconscious.

This seal is also capable of holding back certain kekkei genkai, such as that of the Kurama clan as seen when Kurenai tried to do this.
This seal requires a high number of handseals to be performed and consumed a very large amount of chakra from the user. The soul of the summoner is then partially separated from the body and restrinaed by the Shinigami’s hair as it thrusts its arm into the user’s chest to grab the soul of its target. At the user’s command, the Shinigami then performs the sealing by dragging the target’s soul into the user whose stomach is branded with the seal’s mark. However, the sealing is a double-edged as the user’s soul is devoured by the Shinigami along with the target’s, both souls trapped for all eternity within the fiend’s stomach.
It is also possible for the user to seal multiple targets through the use of shadow clones. The methods of sealing vary, with the user either grabbing the target or extending the Shinigami’s hand (it truly depends on how much chakra they have left).
Note: The more traditional method of sealing a target with this technique is to grab hold of them, and have the Shinigami’s arm reach through the user’s stomach, into the victim’s, and rip out their soul. Tier One - Ashes to Ashes: It is said that a Katon user's flame rivals that of the sun, and can burn through almost anything. And while this might be a stark dramatization, the chakra infused heat does pose a far greater threat than most typical fire. Katon users of this level are capable of using their flames to easily melt steel, and all defensive jutsu of c-rank and below.
Bakuhatso no Shotto (Exploding Shot)

One of the rare techniques within the shinobi world involving both shape and nature manipulation, Chidori is a Raiton based ninjutsu developed for the purpose of ensured assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, the user's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user rushes forward in order to use the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name.
Note: Pierces through barriers 'A' rank and below, and instantly paralyzes the victim's body upon impact for the remainder of the turn it was used, presuming the strike doesn't kill the victim.
Chidori Nagashi (Thousand Birds Current)

The first variation of Chidori involves the displacement of the concentrated electrical currents all across the user's surroundings. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to a specific point on their body, the user is now able to extend it outside of their body in general and through objects which they are holding. This allows the user to create a protective zone of electricity around their perimeter, which can shock and immobilize their foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. Best of all, this attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.
Note: This technique is capable of paralyzing multiple opponents simultaneously (up to a maximum of three) for one full turn. Despite being raiton based, this technique is somewhat slower than the rest, making it relatively easy to evade it (more so due to the fact it simply covers the ground. This technique can also be applied to a weapon in order to dramatically increase its cutting strength. The user must first cast chidori in order to use this technique.

The second variation of Chidori involves a similar extension of the original charge, but this time, in a more concentrated, linear fashion. On a whim the user is able to shape their Raiton Chakra to form an extending spear of pure lightning, aiming to pierce whatever it is they are aiming at. The best part? This spear takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the lightning sword to strike its target with ease. Finally, this variation is similar to Chidori Nagashi in that it causes the target to go numb from the excessive electrical charge.

The final Chidori variation is, as its name implies, a fully projectile version of the lightning discharge. Once the user summons their Chidori, they are able to further shape the elemental nature to form ten small, sharp senbon. Sized like normal senbon, these needles take on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path, and shock everything in its wake. Finally, upon impact, each senbon lets loose the full electrical potential encased within on their target.
Kaminari Ookami (Thunder Wolf)

Utilizing the Lighting Element the user will charge an electrical current into their hand. Using this charged and condensed amount of lightning, the user will send out a wolf made of lighting to attack their target. Unfortunately the wolf pulls lightning from the user’s palm limiting the techniques range.
Note: If wolf is able to bite into an opponent, the electricity can paralyze the foe either in just the limb itself or spreading through the body depending on the length of contact.
Shishikyu Funzen (Shocking Tiger’s Wrath)

The Shishikyu technique allows the user to use their prowess in the Raiton arts in order to create several tigers consisting purely of Raiton energy. Once birthed, they can move at decent speeds, and can defend the user form attacks, as well as attack others. Creates a single large, 1 meter tiger comprised of pure Raiton essence. The maximum duration this tiger can be sustained is two posts. Dark blue and constantly shining, these tigers move fast to strike their target, and can swipe quickly as an attack. Only attacks that can disrupt their essence can hurt them, and they carry an ultimate attack which involves the user holding a particular handseal so that they can all converge on a particular enemy, hurting it greatly. An indirect strike from these tigers (a slash of its claws, a bite) renders the victim's body numb for a half a second, and receiving a full blast from a kamikaze strike leaves the victim paralyzed for a half a turn.

Though little has changed in execution, the power of Chidori is now increased even further, no longer able to be withstood by normal means. The penetrative power of the Chidori is increased tremendously, but so too is the chakra cost and the toll it takes on the body. It is a more refined and powerful version of Chidori, Raikiri is capable of piercing through nearly any substance (up to the full length of the user's arm). Presuming the strike is not fatal, this technique paralyzes the opponent for a full turn. On top of this, once learned all Chidori sub-jutsu can be performed under the power of Raikiri.
Note: Other than its penetrative strength, this technique also ha a high probable cost that paralysis will occur to those struck by the full onslaught of this technique.

Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Body Paralysis Technique)

One of the most basic yet deadly jutsu available to ANBU, Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual in place. After a single seal is formed, the user must make be able to see the target they wish to bind; if eye contact with one another is establish, the bind is instant. Otherwise, the ANBU will struggle to take over the opponent's chakra with their own. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.
Note: The user must maintain visual on the target for two posts after this technique has been cast in order for it to take effect. Once paralyzed, the victim will be immobile for a maximum of three posts.
