The snow-dotted wind drifted through the air as Shurin lazily shot practice arrows (scenery, not actual arrows or part of inventory) at a target 10 meters away from him and 40 meters away from the surrounding bluffs and cliffs which encompassed the mountains, though most had missed their mark and were now sticking out of the 6 inches of snow that froze everything in the area and covered the hard frozen ground and only one lone arrow had managed to stick though it was into the stand which held the target. His crimson eyes slowly rose to the mottled grey sky above as the flakes that hit his face slowly melted and the liquid absorbed into Shu's skin while the flakes that fell on his armor stayed frozen and fell off the metal planes like dust or powder.

With a light yawn Shu walked over to the target stand to pick up his katana and secure it onto his left hip while keeping his bow firmly in hand, he slipped his real quiver back down between his back and the armor letting the 10 feathered ends stick up over his right shoulder for quick access, however one of these arrows had a single Light Bomb attached to the end of it designed as a ball tied to the shaft of the arrow. Last of his current armories was a single hidden retractable wrist blade within his left bracer.

Though Shu's demeanor was rather calm and diminutive now without the presence of women around, his mind and senses were sharp and analytic, watching the area and keeping track of his surroundings even by the simple crunch of snow.

[Terasu]

The landscape was unorthodox compared to where I came from, but ice was nothing more than frozen water. I could feel the snowy breeze caressing my face. It felt as cold as my blood. From the distance, I could see a man shooting arrows. He had to have shot at least ten of them, each being randomly scattered across his practice zone. One of them glazed my face to where I could feel blood trickling. Bringing my hand to my face, a slid my index finger across my skin and then licked it. Its taste sent chills down my spine.

Standing ten meters away from the man, and forty meters away from the rest of the surrounding cliffs, I was more than ready to kill the man. He had incited a part of me that I hadn’t often got to release. I could almost feel myself tearing him to shreds where he stood. It was only a matter of time before I snapped. The snow wasn’t much of a burden, but something I could potentially use to my advantage. Fixing my position, five meters away from the dummy, I analyzed the man as he collected his arrows, nine normal ones, and another with something attached.

Not particularly caring about his initial appearance however his blood tasting set a dark feeling of blood-lust within. His duty however cleared his mind and as he shouted to Shu he plucked his arrow with the Light Bomb attached notching it while snapping the twine keeping it attached before pulling back and firing the arrow at the ground 5 meters in front of them both while dropping the Bomb from his palm hitting the frozen ground and rolling about 1 meter away from Shu and to the left slightly leaving 9 meters between it and the combatant.

Moving quickly Shu shifted his position turning his torso and holding his left arm out further in time to block the rays of light from his face while also notching a second arrow and charging the bow and arrow with chakra and following the target if he is to move before letting the second arrow fly at double its normal deadly speed straight at the newcomers heart.

I could tell he wanted to end it quickly from him docking his arrow upon his short bow. It was during this that I would take him out. As he lifted his arm into the air to grip his arrow, my arms were also raised with all ten of my fingers targeting his body. Not even the best armor could save him from this, and given he had none, if my attack landed, he would be killed.

Before he could fire his arrow, I was already circling him in a 90° angle, shooting penetrative bullets from the tip of my finger as he fired his arrow at a location I would no longer be standing at. Had the man been patient, instead of hastily attacking before reading my movements, the odds of him surviving would have been doubled. Nevertheless, this opportunity was forfeited when he tried to make the first move.

The newcomer moved as he did firing little white nubs from his fingertips though they reflected easily off of Shu's armor like hail on a tin roof. He seemed extremely oblivious as the light bomb detonated blinding him while also leaving the opening he needed to fire his arrow straight through his chest and heart with a single blow. However to be sure, Shu notched one last arrow charging it full of light blue electric chakra and firing it straight at his opponent's throat taking advantage of both his lack of vision and the shock from being pierced by Shu's last arrow.

I do have armor, A-ranked samurai power armor at that, you never mentioned my light bomb or my second arrow, so you were blinded which hampered your vision so I doubt you could see me fire the second arrow and I was following you with the aim. I also doubt that you could dodge an arrow moving twice as fast as normal without seeing it and only being 10 meters away.

Yoso no Kami, a specialized archery technique worthy of its name. This technique calls upon the natural energies within the archery practitioner and supplements them to their arrow before letting it fly. Upon hitting its target a blast of the element present in the arrow will surge outward from the point of impact (shards of earth, wind, flames, etc...)

Note: Must have learned "Way of The Kamikaze" to learn this technique. This technique must be learned for each release the user has to use them and learning to use this technique for an Advanced Release costs 300 exp rather than the normal 150. the blast created by the arrow is 5 meters across.

Description: A full body suit of armor created strictly for samurai based off traditional designs mixed in with modern technology. Akin to traditional ancient samurai armor, the Kanji for "Bushido" is carved in the chest plate and back, and the whole body is protected with many strong layers of plated steel. The secret use of this armor is that, although heavy, it feeds off of the Samurai's special seal, which gushes raw chakra into the armor in order to make the otherwise impossible to move heavy armor as smooth and gentle as a cloth. If all samurai were like this, destroying them would be easier than I thought. I failed to notice his light bomb, but given my position away from it (9 meters), at most, it’d only be able to partially blind me. However, the same could not be said for my enemy. Due to him releasing his explosive within his range, he’d be completely blinded by it, leaving him wide open for my next attack. His armor may have saved him this time, but there was no escaping my next course of actions.

Regardless of whether the man fired one or two shots, he would miss me, his target, while I closed the distance between us. Performing a single hand seal during my opponent’s hindrance, four clones would spawn to my sides, two to my left and two to my right. Each began to execute their own actions while I did my own. Now, five meters away, by the time the man was able to see again, he would notice that his chances of winning were cut even slim.

Wolfy, Wolfy, Wolfy. Where do I start? First, you ignored the fact my bullets were fired off before you fired your arrow (given my technique being C-Rank and yours being B-Rank). By the time I made my 90° turn, you would have been firing your first arrow off (which had the Light Bomb attached). Since you had your Light Bomb roll 1 meter forward to your left away from you, once it detonated, you would be 9 meters within it's range (putting me 9 meters away from it). I'd be hit by the light, but due to my distance away from it, I doubt it'd be enough to completely blind me. That being said, I'd be partially blind while you'd be succumbing to the full effects of your Light Bomb while trying to fire not only your first arrow, but your second one. And for future references, you can't gear your attack to hit a location I haven't reached yet. You're trying to auto, which is considered to be a form of godmodding (if I'm not mistaken).

The blast from the light had been more than Shu had expected as he felt around for an arrow before notching it and drawing the bow and steadily fueling it with chakra. His eyes stung even behind the dark visor though he tried to get his bearings as he closed his eyes unable to use them to aim and listened around to the crunching of the snow if his enemy moved.

As the effect of the light bomb wore down, my clones, which were formed after the explosion, would be fully aware of my opponent’s current position. With him standing idle, it was as if was waiting for me and my twins to strike. If that were his intention, it would be his downfall. My first clone (to my left) would be the first to act. Black mist began to radiate from its skin, rising into the air above our opponent in the form of a cloud. It would release flammable oil down upon him should he remain in his current location.

My second and third clone (to my left and right respectively) actions would happen immediately after that. Bubbles would be spat out of the mouth of my second clone, which would explode once they made contact with the man. Their special nature would leave him blind once more if he were hit. A sword of water would be wielded by my third clone, which was now attacking from the right of the man. My fourth, and final clone (to my right), would perform its technique during the double strike (from the bubbles and sword), erecting a prison of water from its body once within the range of our victim.

I, myself (given my approach), was also within range. Removing my spinal column, it would become the weapon I would use to deliver the final blow. From the left, I would reach the man by the time the rest of my clones did, allowing me to slay him with one of my clan’s deadliest techniques. Even the Sharingan had trouble keeping up with the movements of this dance. With my opponent having to deal with attacks from all angles, he’d need more than one arrow if he wanted to survive.

Note: This jutsu will be treated as seen in the Kakashi vs. Zabuza fight. Once
captured by the water prison, the character inside is almost completely
immobilized, making escaping from within the water prison very
difficult. Any attacks or actions that require substantial, fluid

The first things to come to his attention was the sound of light tinkling on his armor, the sound confused Shurin because he knew the climate wouldn't allow rain in this season. However he slowly started to blink while using his hearing as a crutch, he could make out dark and light shapes and now there was five silhouettes ahead and around him the shapes were slightly blurred and relying on his hearing foremost. The crunch of snow alerted him before the blurred runner came at him, moving fast he released a single arrow aiming low on the first runner as the others moved, the low trajectory was meant present a difficult shot to deflect and either injure their body or dispel a clone.

Dropping his bow after the shot Shu dropped into a defensive stance grasping the handle of his katana as his chakra followed through out his body heightening his response time greatly. His vision and hearing caught the approach of three of them while one held a dark spike extending from its arm, a second replicated that same image however the extension was glowing faintly. The dual images lead Shu to believe it was meant to be a dual attack with some kind of blade or pike while the third would try to initiate some kind of hand-to-hand, however the glowing (water) blade would come first at his front right.

Moving fast Shu would draw his blade moving up against his first attacker slashing at the blade from right to left hitting the glowing spike (water blade) to knock it to the side and hopefully run through the second one to approach with their momentum as the sound of bubbles popping caught his attention but he didn't let it distract him. The next to approach was the one meant to initiate him seemingly without a weapon (water prison initiator), striking again just as quick as the first while covering the short distance between them, Shu sliced fast across the limb that extended towards him. Last was the combatant striking with the dark spike (bone blade), moving with the same deft swiftness Shurin lashed forward striking downward to make the attacker stumble and use their own momentum to drive their spike into the ground.

While continuing his movement with the swift clink of his re-sheathed blade he then shifted his stance slightly and drew it again twisting his body while dropping lower to the ground slashing outward to strike all 3 close range combatants in a wicked death coil. This swift spiral would be aimed at the area of their body ranging from their lower torso/stomach down to their thighs. Even if serious damage wasn't dealt he hoped to dispel the clones created to counter him with the precise level of accuracy given to those of the Kenjutsu style.

A defensive nature of fighting, all Iaijutsu practitioners will tend to stand in closed positions, sending chakra throughout their bodies to quicken response times. this leaves little openings and makes sure to make the least amount of wasted movement possible so as to remain solid like a rock. Once the swordsman has understood the basics of fortification, they move on to more complex defensive patterns.

Commencing from any position, the practitioner draws their sword and moves to deflect or simply block the strike, then resheathes. As the user becomes more proficient in Iaijutsu, more strikes can be defending against in a fluid movement, before they are overwhelmed by the attacks.

Note: This technique serves as a counter against multi-strike based techniques. A maximum of three techniques can be parried per use at an incredibly fast, almost "simultaneous" rate. It should be noted that these parries must be plausible, and simply because a user can defend relatively quick does not mean the are immune to being struck. As state, this will be widely considered as a multi-strike counter.

Commencing from a kneeling position, the practitioner draws, rises and spins in one fluid motion, forestalling opponents all around and then quickly sheathes. Rotating a full three hundred and sixty degrees, this cutting strike is useful for assaulting targets all around the user at once. Upon finishing the twisting cut, the user sheathes the weapon.

Everything was going according to plan. My strategy had been successful. My first clone managed to dampen the man with oil, meaning if I light the flame, he’ll be incinerated. As the man fired his arrow at my first clone, my double responded by throwing three senbon to deflect it while continuing its approach. Performing seals afterward, he halted his movement, roughly three meters away from the man.

Once my opponent dropped his bow, and grabbed his sword, my second clone was already prepared to strike. However, as the man swung his sword to parry my clone’s sword, my clone would step back, allowing his sword to swing pass it before stepping forward to slice the midsection of his armor. My third clone would step further to the right to avoid the trajectory of the blade, and drop low sweep the man off his feet as it passed by. It probably wouldn’t hurt him, but it would definitely knock him over if he didn’t leap up.

With my opponent kneeling to commence his next strike against my fourth clone, it would drop its arm, allowing the sword to breeze over it as it executed its prison of water. I would be the last individual my opponent tried standing against, but I was the worst of them all. As he the man swung down, I stepped back, swinging my weapon to slice across his torso at the same spot my second clone attacked. Hopefully, after three consecutive strikes, it would be enough to tear through his armor and cut his abdomen.

As the man attempted to perform his final maneuver, me and my clones were already prepared to avoid it. Given his crouch, whatever attack he planned to use would be below the waist. Taking this into consideration, as the man did this, we would leap up, allowing his last attack to slide under us before we’d land. He was surrounded now, and with him practically standing idle, there was no getting away from the onslaught that would ensue.

The temporary blindness had proven more damaging then Shurin thought, throwing his game enough for his parry's to completely miss. Without his blows landing he felt the coldness of water soak through the lower parts of his armor (washing away the oil) shocking Shu's vision back to normal in time to see two of his adversary moving to strike him. though the helmet was sealed well enough to keep in the air, his body was hampered too much in the liquid to try to lash out so he chose to block as best he could in the cold prison.

Samurai were too predictable, but it was not something you could look up. The only skill they possessed was being able to channel chakra through their swords to utilize Kenjutsu, yet they could not even manage to maintain control. With them being outdated beings, they needed to be exterminated. Everything thing they stood for was meaningless in a world ruled by shinobi, and that was something I wanted to make clear.

Parrying the arrow with its three senbon, my first clone was almost finished with its handseals, halting his movement, and leaping back (10 meters). Before it could execute its technique, my second would make its move. Evading the horizontal slash, my second clone would slice the armor, most likely damaging it, but not enough to tear the surface open. My third clone managed to avoid the sword attack as well, tripping the man, causing him to face plant against the ground.

Of course, with him wearing that heavy armor and his head banging against it, he would most likely feel the concussion. It really did not matter, but grabbing the man’s legs, my third clone would pin him down, and making sure he wouldn’t be able to escape my fourth clone’s technique. Unfortunately, he would never have the opportunity to kneel, and commence his second attack. He would be captured by my fourth clone’s Water Prison, leaving him trapped within a bubble of water.

Due to oil not being able to mix with water, the oil would rise to the exterior, coating his tomb. Trapped, and with no possible way out, given him being disarmed, and vulnerable, I would deliver the second to last attack of my plan. Decreasing my acceleration, as I got closer to the man, I began to thrust my arms rapidly, piercing into his armor, allowing blood to mix with the water and oil. If he were not dead from that, my final strike would seal the deal. I and two of my clones (the first and second clone) would leap back (10 meters).

It must have been this man’s lucky day. My first clone would nail this. Raising its arms into the air, it would release bubbles (10 of them) from its palm. Unlike the first bubbles, these were built with the capacity to cause an explosion. The man would die with holes in his body, and body parts scattered everywhere. Just how I liked it, to be honest. I hoped the blood splashed on my face. I would probably eat his limbs later. With all of us out of range, the small bubbles would converge upon the large bubble as if attracted to each other.

Boom! With the snap of his fingers, the bubbles would explode (a diameter of 5x5 meters). Now, the man’s chances at surviving were 0%. Hit by all of our attacks consecutively, he would be in no position to defend himself. All I could do is grin, as it all seemed funny. Stepping forward, there would be nothing see. Or, to be more specific, there was nothing there. The man didn’t exist anymore, and now, dispersing my water clones, I would head to the Great Samurai Bridge.

The barrage of hits did little to the Shu in his armor even the fall simply felt like a fall onto a mattress. However once in the sphere of water he could see the man coming at him with a bone sword. Shu's eyes narrowed watching him as he neared the bubble, chakra surged through him and his grip tightened. The second the man's blade entered the bubble, Shu would unsheathe his blade and skewer it up through the man's throat. curated artery, and spinal cord between the vertebrae at a nigh-instant speed the sharingan would have trouble tracking. judging from the nature of the man's bone blade he was a kaguya so he aimed between the bones, along with finishing the man's life the angle at which he moved would make his blade glance off the planes of his armor leaving his armor unharmed.

With the man dead his water techniques would fail freeing Shurin of the prison while his clones would splash into puddles while he resheathed his blade. After collecting his bow and looking at the water Shu felt the glorious call of nature, he candidly undid his armor before relieving himself into the hole of his dead opponent making the liquid run orange out the opposite end of the hole. Once he was done he redid his armor and looted the corpse before heading back to the compound.
