Shukaku's mouth recoiled backwards as the One Tailed Beast prepared to exact its full wrath onto those before him. How dare they oppose the great tanuki! It didn't matter a tsunami of sand was coming for him; they'd soon learn the true power of the tailed beasts. The ball, black and enlarging by the second, began to form a few meters from his mouth, while eyes remained fixated on the sand wave ahead, as well as the imaginary silhouette of the wave's master. Big Bijuu Ball, come forth!
The battle had reached new heights as a new slew of heroes entered the scene, one by one exhibiting strange fantastic powers unique to each other that, when combined, resulted in a deadly onslaught worthy of praise. everyone wanted to capture Shukaku, everything wanted a piece of him. It was his power all these humans sought, the same thirst for power that triggered the previous World War. It seemed nothing had change...
They appeared without warning, five in all, their weapons glowing deep with the power of the Samurai Clan. Although saying nothing, their actions would speak for themselves. Four rushed forward while one remained behind, observing his comrades as they approached a huge wave of opponents under the influence of the first gate of Muladhara. They moved like the wind, and upon arriving at their sides, unleashed 50 meters chakra slicers from their blades aimed directly at the heart of Shukaku. They struck with great finesse, but they were not done yet. Oh no.
Five more entered the scene, four young hairless children following a rather old man, a well kept long white beard hanging neatly at his chin. Unlike their apparent Samurai escorts, they all were robed in white, with a deep crimson whirling line at their backs; the line, originating at a single point in the center, slowly but surely wound its way back out into neat circles. It was a sign very few donned, but many knew - Whirlpool.
As the cutters struck Shukaku, the beast was pushed backwards, the chakra slicers producing more damage than the snide, snarling beast anticipated. However, just before, the blast from his Bijuu Ball was released, resulting in a stream of darkness and pure chakra power unparalleled by any human. It's target? The giant sand man, whose figure stood behind the wave. As a result, before he could recognize what occurred, the blast punched a hole cleanly through the incoming sand wave and into the self-proclaimed Kazekage. It was unfair; his body disintegrated within seconds, nothing more of him left than fine powder. Annihilation.
For those sensing chakra, their pools were enormous - twice that of your normal village Jounin EACH. The apparent leader of the group approached you, a single hand pointing your group of Suna nin as if ordering them to stop. He had swords equipped everywhere, an odd mask that made his every breath audible, and heavy armor that made it obvious as to where his allegiance lie; never-mind he had a fat-ass kanji for 'Samurai' across his chest-plate. Silence reigned for what seemed like an eternity. For now he said nothing, reaming close to the ivory-robed monks.
They were no match for the Samurai, and soon you'd all realized things had truly gone out of control. Each armor clad warrior moved like the wind, disappearing and reappearing at both sides of the tsunami, two on each. With the tanuki being pushed down and the giant sand wave getting ready to crash into it, it was time for the agents of Whirpool to act. The leader of the Samurai, standing no more than a few feet from the old man, remained silent yet nodded his way. It was time.
The old man's outstretched arms would begin the ritual, one which would reveal many secrets to those fortunate enough to be standing around and watching. As he did, his body hovered above the ground every so softly, rising at a steady pace until it reached formidable heights in the ground. Eyes closed and concentration at maximum, he began to chant and let his chakra roar - at this moment, a presence of chakra unlike any other woudl scream across the field, making the Samurai's chakra look like child's play. And then it came.
Kyuubi, the Nine Tailed Chakra beast, was birthed before everyone's eyes, at least one hundred meters in the sky, in an explosion of fire. Although its presence would be momentary, while it existed, it'd make sure everyone saw - from its mouth came a blast that made Shukaku's appear like a snot-ball, bathing the sand-drowned tailed beast in a fire unlike anymore. Couple with the sand that temporarily attempted to crush it, the beasts' entire surroundings would be turned to glass. It was then that the Samurai leader spoke.
Alongside the monk-children, the Samurai would flicker across the desert until he was but a few feet from the glass mount that was a trapped Shukaku. At least fifty meters away, all warriors present would now get to witness a great and unique ritual. Silence for a moment reigned, before the muffled cries of an angry Shukaku slowly tore through the glass. Although a temporary prison, it'd be enough of one to buy the group time. But for what...? Finally, you'd see.
They acted in unison. All Samurai present remained in place, squatting as their full power came forth - Hachimon, specifically the Seventh Gate. No longer traceable, they appeared a blur as they swung their weapons, and in the blink of an eyes, the prison shattered. All five Samurai formed a pentagon around the fox, and without any form of pause, began to pound the beast in a slew of chakra slicers. It was at this time that each of the monk children let theirs hand fly, a complex and long sequence of chakra seals commenced. They'd just as the old man touched down, his apparent inner beast no longer in control.
Quiet and observant, he was but 10 meters from you all as he too observed the situation. Without a word said, he left his back to you and hummed as the children's creations came forth. They were made of pure chakra, chains by the dozen coming forth from each child. As the tanuki continued to be pounded by power, the chains quickly wrapped around its body. Now, for the final act. The old man, once more without saying a word, apparently disappeared in the blink of an eye. In another, he'd be by the children's side. His hands too danced.
It appeared like a ghost, almost invisible as it floated from behind the hold man. Although you couldn't make out everything from this vantage point, it was clear the summoned spirit was doing something to Shukaku. And within seconds of this assumption, you see it lunge forward, grabbing onto the beast and yanking it like sheets. Although hard to believe, the beast's spirit came forth, and it's body would crumbled into nothing more than sand. Now, with a spiritual Shukaku floating midair, the final touch would be added.
The children, no longer hosting the chains, let their hands dance once more, and within seconds of their activated chakra, a gate would suddenly open midair; both the death-god and Shukaku were sucked in, with the tanuki screaming every curse and insult in knew before disappearing. And then they were all gone; the children dropped, yet the old man remained strong. To each of their side he went, and without a word spoken, touched them; within seconds they rose, as if nothing had happened. The Samurai leader now returned to you.
"Greetings, shinobi. I am Jeremiah-Jackson, Fifth Commander of the Coalition Samurai forces sent to the Major Countries in order to stop the war."
"Apparently we're too late, we apologize. Iron isn't exactly around the corner. But now that we're here, we've arrived to explicitly restore peace and order to the village."
"First things first - what you just witnessed was the sealing of the Shukaku tailed beast. Although temporary, it'll buy us enough time until we find a new host - that is where Sunagakure comes in."
He shifted in place as his hands suddenly came alive, coming at his sides as he proceeded to unveil a series of large scrolls. Each of them would pertain to what he was speaking about, as well as what else he had to say. One would be open to you all, at least three feet in length as it unfurled. It was written all over in its entirely with odd kanji at the corner, and in the middle, a weird symbol. Finally, at the top of the parchment were a small list of names. They seemed oddly familiar...
"Shukaku was released from its former jinchuuriki and your village's hero, Gari, during the war. The one responsible killed her on sight, but failed to contain Shukaku due to an accidental intervention. So, for some time, the tanuki was roaming free and terrorizing..."
"it took us a bit longer than expected but we managed to find it. But that's not why we're really here...at least not the whole reason."
"We're here because the world is in grave danger. We all are. After thorough analysis, we have discovered the source of the Great World War, as well as a threat larger than any of us combined."
A second scroll emerged, this one with more weird kanji and writing as well, although much, much smaller. As you begin to read off the names off both scrolls, you come to one terrible realization - the big scroll's name belonged to jinchuuriki of the One-Tailed Shukaku, Ichibi no Shukaku. The small one? The names of every Kazekage Sand has proudly hosted up until the war. What was going on...!?
"We carried out an intense investigation, repeated it, and presented our findings within the liaisons of each village. It was unnerving indeed..."
"So now it is time to act. Because you have all lost your elders in the War, we have arrived to help you all literally restart the shinobi world. All that's left are the young and the abandoned, and without guidance, you will perish."
"However, as police of the free world, we Samurai NEED your countries to coexist and thrive. As such, we will be assisting in your training. Allow us to give you two gifts..."
"The first one is the restoration of your leadership. In conjunction with the remaining elders we have performed an emergency Kazekage nomination of one of the village's younger potential. Our selections for Kageship weren't based on power, but on the person's overall sense of judgment as related to by their peers..."
"This is because we WILL make them strong. In the mean time, you'll have plenty of help from us to defend from any threats while your rebuild. Oh, and as for your Kazekage's name...?"
"She is among you right now. May many congratulations be bestowed upon you, m'lady, Youka of the Etsuko clan."
The scroll with the weird symbol was laid to rest on the ground now. Opened complete, the Samurai stepped back, removing a single sword from his possession and slowly bring it down to the ground. The tip would now hover over certain parts of the kanji as he spoke, as if he was revealed something about the weird writing.
"Now, as for your third gift. We realized what this evil force was after by starting the war - the bijuu. And they almost succeeded, killing the jinchuuriki off one by one and sealing the beasts away with some powerful jutsu. However, with luck, we managed to intercept him and have a heated final battle. He killed many of us and got away, but in the process, we retained one thing..."
"...the scrolls that held the key to getting the bijuu back. And we did. Or at least a few of them...either way. We have no intention of using them nor do we need them, so we devised a plan..."
"Gift each deserving village with a bijuu to one of their surviving newborn, and accelerate their growth and training through our special methods. Hopefully, if we hurry, we'll be ready for the second Apocalypse..."
"...anyways, we must prepare to transfer Shukaku into the body of a healthy, newborn baby. Lady Youka, we'll stay as close to your bloodline as possible, for the sake of ensuring village loyalty..."
Though all of this news was heavy, the Samurai opted not to stay. A message across his headset prompted him to leave, and without hesitation he turned and walked out. Upon his exist, he lay one last message to the group.
"Should you doubt my words, go check the Kage Tower. No longer are things destroyed, and the reconstruction has already begun. Now go home tired warriors, rest, and hail your new leadership..."
"It is a good day for the start of a new era - BELIEVE IT!"
I apologize for cutting this short, but with our sudden activity boom and your new Kages, you don't need this old event anymore. feel free to post an exit, as I'll be grading you all shortly with goodies.
