The blades of vengeances have fallen swiftly. The shinobi are no more as 'Absolute Justice' has returned...now, it is the Samurai that rule the Five Major Nations!
But at what cost? Have they become the very thing that they despised the most...? Heroes and villains seem to change roles every day, but one thing is for certain - we yearn for our freedom, for days gone by where we flew the skies unhindered.
Rudolph’s most noticeable feature is his endless locks of unpigmented hair, silky and straight, which appear as a silver hue in distinct illumination. However, contradictory to his lengthy manes, the chalky-haired Shinobi looks fairly virile. For his young age of sixteen, Rudolph stands at a remarkable six foot one. He has a reasonable skin tone, which is not too insipid or bronzed. Those prominent, snowy locks frame his naturally-chiseled visage; which also sports a duo of cryptic, opaquely-grey orbs.
Usually, Rudolph dresses in simple attire. However, which each passing day, his outfit tends to shift throughout; even though, in reality, no one takes notice to his efforts of impressing others. On a normal day, whether it is training, chores or, a seldom mission; he dons a charcoal robe, equipped with a multitude of concealed weapons and useful equipment, which stretches down just above his knees. The trench coat is met by a pair of inky, fairly tight, trousers which tuck into a pair of fastened, sable combat boots.
Scars: After a desperate attempt of fleeing Konoha, around the age of sixteen, Rudolph was dismissed by Mamushi the Viper with a painful scar. After restricting him, she engraved the kanji of viper (蝮) into his right temple. However, it is only visible upon parting silver locks aside.
Report of yet, another execution of Konahagakuran Shinobi that attempted to escape the concentration camp, known as the Hidden Leaf, had left the revolutionary forces dumbfounded. After countless efforts of destroying their dictatorship’s defenses, for such a tragic event to occur had left a majority of the small group with destroyed willpower. Only a select few had decided to remain though that number soon whittled down after an additional, grief-stricken event. The only boy that remained as a member of the Hidden Leaf Radical Squadron was Rudolph.
Although such an aim was fruitless in the world many Shinobi lived today, a ray of hope shown through a select number of Shinobi and Kunoichi; those who suffered the Samurai reign, and had been significantly young, had decided to band together beneath one, exclusive fulfillment. To rid of the dictatorship that besieged their village without suffering a significant number of causalities. However, that ignorant goal stated prior was a mere sugar-coating. Reality hit hard and deaths piled high. The only outcome that was produced from a gathering of oblivious children had been an irreplaceable oath to never sell out a comrade. Perchance, that is evidence enough as to why Rudolph is alive to this very day.
Nearly ten years ago, the world had been thrown into disorder and a majority of its population was either enslaved or slaughtered by assailants known as Samurai. At the time, Rudolph had been six years of age when his father, an honored Jounin, and his mother, a renowned medical ninja, had departed for a vacation. Their son was uninformed of their whereabouts throughout the month-long retreat, which stretched out for a decade. For the day after they packed their belongings and waved their farewells, the Hidden Leaf was spontaneously conquered by a group once frightened of Shinobi.
The useless people were exploited for whatever the Samurai deemed fit until death was the only option. Rudolph came to notice that worrying about his parents’ welfare would only harm him mentally, so he simply stopped. It was not easy to do so, though a group of inexperienced Shinobi he had come across while performing back-breaking tasks for their dictators, had been his glimmer of faith. The tedious, physically exhausting manual labor the Samurai had bequeathed upon them had actually trained their body’s endurance and helped to reinforce their muscles.
For the next couple of years they had together, the children worked on gathering intelligence regarding the Samurai’s strengths and weaknesses and any sliver of information they could from adults that knew far more than they did. However, the simple congregation of facts was not enough for this group of rebels to excel their purpose regarding freedom. Secretly, training sessions would be held where the Shinobi outrivaled their old techniques and worked in unification to discover new ones. For the first time in his newfangled, depressed life, Rudolph had formed a bond with those he had met by fate’s hand only.
This journey of improvement had been enough to upsurge the confidence of his organization, in which he was granted leadership by popular vote. Sneaking off at late hours was enough to put the children in a casket, but actually going on and battling these Samurai had been ridiculous; once Rudolph sat down and thought of it, conviction aside. This was absolutely foolish, and even though he disagreed, the false sense of self-assurance had already planted itself within the majority of the group’s minds. Young, but ignorant, the fellow Shinobi and Kunoichi hurried into combat.
Rudolph held his own, personal belief; which seemed to stray from the group’s. In fact, he withdrew his participation from the battle and escaped to ensure his safety. The next morning, a pile of carcasses plagued the boulevard where a miscarried endeavor of independence had gone underway. One in which the silver-haired Shinobi knew nothing about.
However, the Samurai were not unwise. Rudolph’s arrest was made hours later, where he was taken to an undisclosed location within Konohagakure no Sato. He awoke with his mouth dry akin to Kaze no Kuni’s brutal desert. Restricted of movement, his limbs were strapped to the very chair he sat on. The saving grace that ceased his forthcoming demise was the fact that he held a unique blood type, O Negative. Apparently, the force that battled against his slain allies needed transplants; for they lost a fair amount of ichor during the clash. Angered beyond possibility, yet unable to act, the Shinobi carried on with his head held low. Imagine the blood your comrade’s fought so hard to draw, for many years, was easily replaced by their own leader; who could have perhaps dramatically assisted in their victory.
From there on, a desire to eliminate the Samurai who stripped him of his pride was evident. It manifested within him and refused to be extinguished. Whether it be through Machiavellian endeavors or visceral might, a particular pledge had been made from then to spill the blood of Samurai; so much crimson that his “Golden Plasma”, as they referred to it, would be impossible to fuel their survival.
Early on in his life, Rudolph had been a joyous child with hints of arrogance that originated from well-known parents. Although, they did not share the same trait of conceit and oddly found it hilarious, nevertheless delightful, that their son took such pride in themselves. It was a sad occurrence that what had been a prosperous village was crushed by a group of malicious individuals, which crushed the spirit of many children. However, very few remained sincere; they made the best of what was given to them and the chalky-haired Shinobi had been one of them.
Rudolph partly remained happy; the constant downpour of tears had been taken behind closed quarters. He had to hide himself from others in order to maintain a good name, even though it mattered not underneath the Samurai’s influence. That false sense of conceit carried over, he made it his mission to preserve his egotism for his absent parents’ sake. If he did not grow up to be great Shinobi like them, there was no doubt that he’d find it difficult to live with him.
Over the years, it became obvious that his parents were not returning. Depression set in quick, and others began to take notice. It was not until a group of children came together and supported him that he was able to be happy again. However, once that crumpled betwixt his shaky digits; the depression returned with an even worse companion. That unfriendly acquaintance of his unhappiness was loathing those who made life miserable for him and his kinsmen alike.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Miniscule
Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, or other similar object - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!
Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. This technique can only be used once per turn. Item switched with must be somewhat mentioned prior to use, in previous turns (most likely during area descriptions). While one can switch with a variety of things it needs to be within reason, switching with a chair, log, fallen tree is acceptable, but switching with a dust particle is obviously not.
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra: Miniscule: Miniscule [cast + sustain]

This transformation is exactly like the genuine article, so it is impossible to tell the two apart without special methods.
Note: The user must transform themselves into an object of similar proportions and mass is conserved. This means that one cannot Henge into a Bijuu, summon, or other gigantic object. It should also be noted that while you can transform into a rock, you will not have it's hardness and while you can turn into a bird you will not necessarily understand how to fly.
Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra: Miniscule [per clone]
Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themselves. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other Ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with Doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area around them with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will disperse.
Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold Chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra: Miniscule [cast + sustain]

Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra: Miniscule [cast + sustain]
Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of Chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repelling force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of Chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build Chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possible to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.
Note: The user must know Kinobori no Waza in order to use this technique.

Chakra Consumption: Miniscule per four projectiles
By creating a spark of Fire Release chakra from their hands, this jutsu allows the user to throw multiple balls of orange flame from their hands, which are able to cause fiery explosions on impact. The shots can also light the opponent on fire if contact is made.
Note: The explosions cover about a 1 meter radius. While this jutsu is activated, no other jutsu may be performed.

Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: Miniscule per 2 projectiles
Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will then emit a series of fireballs (up to a maximum of four). The ninja can also simultaneously hurl a projectile which is covered in these flames, masking them. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, as they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. These flames can cover different projectiles like shuriken, kunai and senbon.

After performing the required hand seal, they attack the opponent in swarms. Each fireball creates a huge flame at the moment of impact. The total amount of fireball demon heads that can be created at once is ten.
Note: Being hit by a flame individually will only cause regular burn damage like any other fire. However if all lantern heads are used to converge at the opponent at once, the flame and explosion has a 10 meter diameter. each individual flame has a 1 meter explosion diameter.
Haisekishou (Burning Ash Accumulation) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 7 Chakra Consumption: High

Kumoryuu Kaengiri (Cloud Style Flame Slash) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3, one handed, to ignite one’s sword Chakra Consumption: Mid per 3 meter increment arc
The user first imbues their blade with fire, before slashing in the direction of the desired enemy, resulting in the creation of large arcs of intense flame that follow the trajectory of the previous swing. A skilled user of this technique is capable of surrounding their immediate area with circular walls of flames, incinerating multiple targets even if they approach from numerous angles simultaneously.
Note: These flames must follow the immediate arc of the swing, and thus can and will effect allies if in range. The flames disperse and weaken the further from the sword they travel. After a little more than 3 meters, they are almost benign. Any single arc of fire will cover a 3 meter length along the arc of the swing itself; dragging the arc of flames further will require a greater deal of chakra to be added.
Sutangan no Jutsu (Limb Stunning Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!
Note: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are numbed for a whole turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked. The user must touch the victim with their hand to achieve the desired effects.
Matoudai Zeusu (Strike of Zeus) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: Mid

The bolt will move through the sky quite fast, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of shock damage.
Mekurumeku (Blind Flash) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: Low
A basic yet effective Raiton technique, the user focuses a bit of chakra all over their body, letting the lightning gather and then quickly exploding, effectively providing a blinding light that leaves all within the range blind. Useful for disorientation and quick get-aways.
Note: Blindness will last one post to those who look directly at the light.
Eshaku Raikou (Lightning Bow) Rank: C Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, Miniscule per arrow
After performing the needed handseals, the user will wave both arms through the air, leaving Raiton chakra behind in the shape of bow and arrow. The lightning arrow can then be shot at an opponent and stun them from afar. By taking extra time to focus their energy, the arrow can be re-shaped for distance, rather than power.
Note: Stun duration is half a turn.
Danpen Inazuma (Shooting Thunder) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within a small range. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.
chiren Inazuma (Chain Lightning) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 12 Chakra Consumption: High
An advanced version of ‘Shooting Thunder,' the Chain of Lightning allows the user to pass strong currents of lightning from victim to victim, up to three, within a thirty meter radius. The user outstretches their hands, so that the energy focusing within is displaced rapidly towards their target. Once they are hit, the victims are paralyzed and helpless, and the bolt then proceeds to jump and hit anyone else within range. Excellent when outnumbered, though one must use it with care, for it takes a great toll on the user’s chakra pool.
Note: Paralysis will last one turn. Each subsequent target beyond the first is paralyzed for half a turn.
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Miniscule
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must combine it with a distraction.
Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Kai (Release) Rank: D Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 1 Chakra Consumption: Equivalent to affected Genjutsu + Miniscule
Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Kage Shuriken no Jutsu (Shadow Shuriken Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Miniscule
A simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. However, if the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: Miniscule - Massive
A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need. Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them. From people to animals to inanimate objects, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.
Note: All summons have their own Chakra cost, which the user will need to meet in order to bring them forth. In terms of inanimate objects, the user can summon up to ten secondary weapons for a Miniscule amount of Chakra (per summoning); on the other hand they may summon up to five primary weapons for a Low amount of Chakra (per summoning). Techniques sealed using the proper scroll only require a minuscule amount of chakra to bring forth.
Soushuuha (Manipulate Advancing Blades) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Low
Soushuuha is a Ninjutsu technique used in order to give aerial projectiles a slight edge in combat. After the needed handseals, this technique allows the user to hover multiple projectiles (a maximum of five), like kunai, in the air while they approach a target. They can then unleash a torrent of projectiles much faster than if each was thrown individually.
This is the first variation of a partially developed Sharingan eye. The clan member’s pupil will turn red and develop one of the wheel swirls. The perception of one’s surroundings is slightly enhanced and they are able to perceive the flow of chakra though not its elemental nature.
Note: This variation of the Sharingan is capable of dispelling C-rank Genjutsu and below but is able to discern they are within a Genjutsu of B rank and below. The user is capable of predicting rudimentary Taijutsu (C-rank and below), and comprehending movements that are of C rank Speed or less.
