• Physical Appearance – Konjou’s physicality retains little place in his overall character. He is the very pinnacle of average; in terms of height, physique, and complexion there simply isn’t much to say. The young man stands at five foot-seven inches. He has an athletic build, much like most Shinobi. His skin is cream colored and his blonde hair reaches over his ears and across his forehead. The most unique feature of Konjou is his dark, purple eyes; these eyes provide him with an air of illusiveness, perfect for his Shinobi way.

• Apparel – Konjou has chosen to compliment his only unique feature (eyes) with the clothes he wears. The shinobi is almost always seen wearing a long, purple scarf, no matter the weather. He wears a dark, long-sleeved shirt, along with grey-colored pants. A purple bandana resides across his forehead. Underneath the band is his Hidden Sand forehead protector. Konjou is seen continually wearing black sandals, even in the heat of combat.

• Blemishes & Scars – There resides small slash-like scars across his right forearm. These scars come from having obstinate crows perched on his bear arm. The strength of just their talons ultimately strained the great respect Konjou must possess for his Clan Jutsu. Nowadays, the cuts are less frequent thanks to his long sleeves, but the scars they remain as a continual reminder great power residing within him and that control was the utmost importance.

• Personality – If Konjou was the main character of a novel, he would the darker side-character who is definitely not evil, but not considered perfect either. The young man keeps to himself with his thoughts unreadable. Many are not unaware of his unbreakable dignity and constant drive to accomplish, but this does make him a healthy asset to any squad. Konjou is masochistic so he is always up for a battle, but is also willing to provide his fellow Shinobi with assistance.

Those who get to know him will find that Konjou has a fairly dark and morbid personality, which probably stems from his Genjutsu affinity and affiliation with crows. However, they will also come to learn that Konjou is guided by his principles; he often weighs pros and cons unselfishly. While he has his own quirks and tendencies, many would consider him a good person. Regardless, Konjou remains a natural protector and, in the end, will do what is right to keep his village safe.

• Quirks & Tendencies – He has the tendency of disregarding the law. He may not be directly against authority, but very rarely pays attention to the rules and prefers to follow his own agenda. This also typically results in his failure and causes the teachers and leaders of Hidden Sand to look down upon the young shinobi as they are aware of his great potential.

Konjou is a person who has insomnia, which is surprising considering he is a very healthy-looking young man and very rarely has bags under his eyes. His difficulty sleeping disorder began at a very young age and he spends most of his night up late reading at home or spending time at the always open ramen stand in the of Hidden Sand. Despite his inability to fall asleep easily, Konjou continually appears alert and energetic.

Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Kawarimi no Jutsu – Body Replacement Technique

Special: Switch is near–instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter–attack – i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Clan Jutsu

Sanzengarasu no Jutsu – Scattering One Thousand Crows Technique

Special: Crows can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Up to 10 are summoned initially, with 10 more each time this jutsu is re-learned for a maximum of 100 crows. Crows move almost as fast as kunai, and maintain a mental chakra connection to the user for the sake of communication.
Description: The base behind the Akegarasu is their control and use of crows in battle, displayed well with this technique. After forming a few simple seals, the crow king will call upon a murder of crows to fly around and envelop the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. From here, either a comrade or the user can move within the flock wearing dark clothes and wielding a dark weapon almost undetected. With the target distracted by the crows, the ninja can strike more efficiently. Finally, the mass of crows can obscure any retreating ninja, as the crows are massive in numbers and composed of the user's chakra. When no longer needed, the murder of crows will simply puff away in smoke.

Karasu Tengu no Jutsu – Crow Vision Technique

Special: Bird seal must be held and eyes must be closed at all times in order for the vision to remain uninterrupted.
Description: Intended for surveillance in any form of situation, the crow king will perform a single handseal - bird - and call upon the mental connection of any available crows. Once the user's eyes are closed, they will be granted a clear, concise moving image of whatever it is that select crow is watching. Although not ideal for direct, confrontational conflict, a hidden enemy can use this to aid an attacking mate, or even if the user requires some form of tracking.
Domain: Akegarasu. Must know 'Sanzengarasu no Jutsu'.

Karasu Bunshin no Jutsu – Crow Clone Technique

Chakra: Mid
Special: Each clone requires 10 crows for creation. Clones, like the crows, can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Clones move at crow speed, and can perform any Akegarasu jutsu the user knows. Clones disperse and reform after being defeated but require a Mid amount of chakra (regardless of Mastery) from the user to account for the reformation.
Description: Once a murder of crows has been summoned in the hands of an experienced Akegarasu, a variety of sub-creations can be made to make the user deadly in battle. In this case with a sufficient amount of crows, the user forms a single seal - bird! - and calls them together in order to form of themselves. Unlike regular bunshin, the crow clone has substance, can move at the same speed as an individual crow, and best of all, scatters when struck for re-use. Although the clone is not spawned with the user's inventory, they will attain whatever non-special main weaponry the user has at the time, if any. When struck by concentrated blows from bladed/blunt weaponry or even a bare fist, crows disperse and revert back to crow form instantly for further use. However, widespread, area-of-effect attacks such as elemental ninjutsu (katon, raiton, etc.) defeat the crows instantly.

This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.

Mizurappa – Violent Water Wave

Description: Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at their opponent from their mouths. This stream moves frighteningly fast, and carried enough force to knock over even strong boulders.

Actually, can this be placed on hold? I did not realize I could make my only Kekkei Genkei and I would really like to make a Ghost-based clan. I apologize for the inconvenience and will be sure to look at things more thoroughly in the future. Because of this level of rarity and the fact that having a touta is somewhat of a priviledge we need to make sure that the characters who are allowed these abilities are well-explained, well-written and interesting. All you need to do is write more about his personality and appearance, create a history and you should be set to go! You've got the great basics on there, but you just need to develop your ideas a bit more; Something along the lines of;

Given I can’t make my own clan and I’d rather not revamp in the future, I’ve decided to make some changed. I will probably require a 1st approval once more since I have altered the Kekkei Touta to a specific Clan, added a separate release, changed villages, Jutsu, and expanded a little on every description.
