". . .Impossible."It's not impossible Nii-san, we're just alive again! And you're not all covered in wrinkles and spots anymore! Isn't it great?
He tugged hard enough that he lost his grip, and fell once more, laughing as he sat down with a heavy thump on the ground. He smiled full of a bizarre and corrupted innocence, what should have been the whites of his eyes just as pitch black as the pupils, and he dusted himself off again, watching the elder Kekkai marvel at his own newness."Is this some sort of sick game? I remember being old and feeble, thinking my last thoughts on my deathbed. "I know that already! I used to be old too, remember? But Masuyo-kun, or Shiju-kun, or somebody-kun did something coooool and now we're here! I came to help you but fortune-teller lady said I shouldn't so I had to kill her and then I got hungry and - oh - there was a huge storm and it was like 'BOOOOOOOOOM' all through the sky and then I was ssiinnggiinngg and then I saw your hand and then I pulled you out!
He stood and stared at the remainder of Yokai's submerged body and pointed at his waist, giggling more. You look like a mole Nii-san!
And he stomped about, his fingers constricted into tight claws, his teeth stuck out, and pretended to bite down, making exaggerated munching noises, waving his hands about in the air. In the middle of his little act, he turned back to Yokai, and raised his hand suddenly, as if he were a student in a classroom.Nii-san!? Can we go hunt people now?
He asked pleadingly, his eyes gaining a sharp twinkle like a drop of oil reflecting in a great abyss. He took out his over-sized machete and began hacking at the air, making sounds he'd heard from old shinobi films, fighting with his own imagination. Overhead, the lightning still sounded, the rain soaked them both, but they were Amegakure bred. To them, this was nothing out of the ordinary, and they welcomed the cold brooding cloud-fall of evening like an old friend. Akumu yawned then, hands dropping to his side as he re-sheathed his machete, rubbing the fatigue from his eyes. He stretched, right palm lowering to cover his stomach, and then spoke out in a loud voice, before reaching to tug at the cloth covering of Yokai's body.I'm still kinda hungry too.
