Special: Rank of scroll determines the type of object that may be sealed within, the amount it can hold, and finally, the amount of accesory slots they take up (and can store within the seal on top of the packs!) without the use of a scroll extension. Special: The range of this technique depends on the user's highest 'Storm Channeling' rank. The globe is roughly one foot all around, and travels moderately fast although only in a straight line. The explosion (purely concussive force with a hint of electrical shock) measures one meter by default, plus one additional meter each time retrained for a maximum of ten meters.
Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai, the ranton user forms a sphere of electrically charged water in their hands. Morphed quickly into Storm power, the user can either thrust or throw the orb to its intended target. Once reaching the target, or once impeded, the orb will explode with a small amount of concussive force and a minor electrical burst.

As they place their palm on their opponent's body, or any chakra surface for that matter, they can proceed to withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing the opponents chakra, it greatly increases their overall advantage in battle.

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log) the moment an attack hits. Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: A staple to all seal creation, the user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that, can apply writing of whatever they want to a surface. This is used when a traditional form of writing out the incantation is not available. This technique however requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control, as they are not only imprinting the letters of the seal, but the chakra needed to power it as well. This technique causes slight discomfort for a living target and if it is used directly on flesh, it will scar.

Yuukitai Fuuin (Organic/Living Sealing)75

These kinds of seals are rare, and as such, rarely see the light of day due to their capacity and drain on the user.

Description: Producing a barrier or prison in the form of a Seal is not the easiest of tasks to do, requiring the user to master art of producing intricate, entrapping waves of chakra strong enough to overcome the target while still being packeted off in the form of a small seal. If even the slightest part of the incantation is off, there is a chance the prison won't be formed in its true sense.
