Magen - Jubaku satsu (Demonic illusion - Tree binding death) x 2.

Type: Supplementary/offensive/touch genjutsu.
Range: 0 - 10 meters.
Special: Tree binding affects a single victim within a 10 meter radius from the user, plus 10 more each time retrained.
Description: Magen - Jubaku Satsu is a more advanced tact genjutsu technique utilized by illusion experts. After forming the needed hand seals, the caster will suddenly disappear and approach their target. Once near, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, the user will appear from within the very tree itself, allowing them an opening to attack their target effectively.

Type: Supplementary/fuuton ninjutsu.

Special: Wind boost travels up to 10 meters and can control up to 5 projectiles at a time; when relearned, the wind gains 10 extra meters of travel and 5 more projectiles to control.
Description: One of the simplest fuuton techniques, this supplementary technique allows the user to take any secondary/projectile weaponry they have on them and coat them in fuuton chakra. This allows the user to shoot them at high speeds under the wind manipulation, adding rotation and tumbling power to increase the speed of normal weapon attacks, as well as its deadliness.

Tsubame fubuki (Snow storm swallows) x 2.

Type: Offensive/clan kekkei touta/hyouton ninjutsu.

Special: Strength and range of swallows depends on user's highest 'Yuki no Kami' rank. Up to 10 swallows may be formed when first learned, plus 10 more each time retrained. Swallows fly at speeds that of twice a well thrown kunai.
Description: Hyouton - Tsubame fubuki is a secret Yukina hyouton ninjutsu technique that, although basic, can be deadly with proper use. After a few brief seals, the clan member will create ice swallows which they can launch at their opponent at high speeds. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target.
Domain: Yukina. Yuki no kami "C".

Kamaitachi (Cutting whirlwind).
Rank: "C" Rank.
Type: Offensive/fuuton ninjutsu.
Range: 10+ meters.
Chakra: Mid.
Special: Size of tunnel opening measures 5 meters and wind blasts can travel 10 meters. Each time relearned, the mouth grows by 5 meters and the blast itself travels an extra 10 meters.
Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling wind chakra at either their weapon or limb, the user swings it around and brings forth a most intense tornado, coming out from the weapon/arm. Once it strikes the user, the tornado tips upward and takes the user up, keeping them imprisoned by the strong currents, and delivering multiple waves of cutting/slicing damage onto their bodies, as well as dropping them hard onto the ground afterward.
Domain: Fuuton.

"Are you scared of heights?" asked the male as he returned a minute later. "Not really" replied the female with a quizzical facial expression; dark places was a lot more scary than small rooms.
"Good. We need someone to check the water gutter that we made last night. You have to walk along the roof and look for any cracks or holes in it" said Hideki as he looked at her with a small smile.

"You will get a safety rope like yesterday, so no need to worry about that. Let's go" said the young man. Yukiko followed him to the east part of the house where the water gutter just have been made.
"Hands up please" told one of the construction workers who stood close to the crane where the ropes were. The girl did as she was told; it did not take long until she had to climb up the ladder near the roof.

"Please tell me when you see a crack or a hole in the gutter. You can throw things that should not be in the gutter in the plastic bag next to you" informed the construction worker. "OK!" shouted the Genin as she started on her walk.
She did not like to fall down, so she took extra care when she walked along the roof. Her eyes looked at the gutter to see if there was any defects. 'Hm?' thought the female when she spotted a two inch long crack at the side of the gutter.

"HEY! THERE IS A CRACK OVER HERE!" yelled the brunette as she looked down at the man who stood at the ground. "How large is it!?" asked the man.
"It's about two inches long but it's very narrow" replied the girl as her eyes looked at the crack in the gutter. She continued while the construction worker at the ground wrote it down.

'Oh no...that looks bad' thought Yukiko as she noticed a hole that was large enough to get her thumb through. This hole was located at the 'bottom' of the gutter. Some small pieces of wood laid next to it, so the female picked it up right away.
"There is a hole here that is about this big! There were a couple pieces of wood here too!" yelled the Genin again.

"Great. Just a couple meters to go until you can jump down again" said the male as he wrote down something on a notebook that he held. The rest of the stroll on the roof went fairly well; there was only a small scratch that was about an inch long but pretty deep.
"Good job kid, you can jump down now" said the construction worker. "GERONIMOOO!" yelled the girl before she jumped down from the roof.

"Can I be second please?" asked the other female. Her voice was a tad bit more upbeat than what it had been last time; perhaps ninjutsu was something she was rather good at doing. "I'm fine with that...which means that Jiro will be first" said the male as his eyes looked at his teammate. "Right, I will just find a fake enemy that Jiro-san can test his jutsu on" said the female before she stood up.

She found a small twig that could represent someone's foot; it was important that the material reacted to the ninjutsu that they used. 'Hm. I have to clean away everything around it so we don't create a forest fire or something in the process' thought Yukiko as her eyes looked at the ground.
All of the stray leaves as well as long straws of grass were removed after a couple of minutes before the twig was placed on the wire. "You're ready to go Jiro-san!" exclaimed the girl.

"OK! Just give me a couple of seconds!" said Jiro moments before the area was filled with silence. Crystal blue eyes studied the twig to see if there was any reaction to what the boy did at the moment.
Some smoke appeared seconds later until a tiny flame burst on the twig. "Good job Jiro-san, you made the stick burn" said the Genin as she lifted up the twig.

"Yahoo! Your turn Mizuki-chan!" exclaimed the orange-haired male. She saw something white bob within the branches, so the female laid a large leaf on it.
The reason why she had chosen a leaf was because that would respond more to the static movements that a raiton jutsu would give. Ice blue optics studied the leaf closely for any type of movement or sparks that would perhaps be released from the wire.

Suddenly, the wire jumped as some sparks danced around the leaf. "Great job Mizuki-san! Your turn Makoto-san" announced the female before she laid another leaf on the wire beneath her.
She stepped back in case he had planned to use a stronger ninjutsu than his teammate; the wire had not snapped anywhere yet. It took some time until a reaction occured...the leaf jumped without any warning and landed moments later.

"Great job everyone! I will just - oops" said the brunette as she stepped onto the wire. It was snapped intwo now, which evoke laughter from the trio.
The girl collected the wire before she went back to the construction site. Hideki apparently needed some more help from the small shinobi.

((OOC: I apparently needed six posts to fullfill a "C"-rank mission. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will start with the trap mission before I continue on the construction work mission))



Day 2.

The female was on her way to the training field again; the Jounin wanted her to learn the trio one more trap. 'I am almost out of ideas...maybe we can use some ninjutsu combined with some small weapons' thought Yukiko as she entered the training field. All of the three 11-year olds stood there with an expectant look on their faces.
"Can you tell me what kind of ninjutsus you major in? I thought we could combine them somehow with todays trap" informed the girl as her eyes looked at the two males.

"Most of the ninjutsus are raiton. But I also know a couple of suiton jutsus" said the other female there with a somewhat shy voice.
"I know doton and katon" informed Jiro with a more confident voice. "Let's see...I have learned fuuton as well as raiton ninjutsus" told Makoto. 'All three of them either knows raiton or katon; I can probably learn them the metal trap' thought the girl with a small grin on her face.

"I'm going to learn you a metal wire trap today. This trap can be particularly useful if you want to paralyze or injure an animal or an enemy. You do off course need metal wire for this trap, but metal objects can be used if you know katon" explained the Genin.
She then pulled out some wore-down metal wire that her father had given her. It would do the trick despite that it was not as thick as the normal wire.

"Sorry for asking...but is that metal wire supposed to be that thin?" asked Mizuki as she saw the wire that they would use. "No, I just could not afford to buy any new wire that we could use for the trap. I'm sorry for that" said the female before she gave the trio an apologizing bow.
"That just means that we have to practice a little harder I suppose" commented Jiro with a relatively carefree voice.

"All right. Step number one is to find a place to tie the wire" stated the brunette as she tried to find a place where the wire could be tied. Since it was thinner than normal wire, it could not be tied around a tree or something that was quite thick.
'AHA!' thought the girl as she spotted a rather dead-looking bush that was about 15 feet behind them. "I'll tie it to the bush since it's too thin to be tied around a tree trunk" explained Yukiko as she tied the wire around one of the branches.

"Make sure that the rope is tied well. I will use a reef knot to make sure that the knot will not undo itself due to the chakra stress. That can happen sometimes if you use strong jutsus on wire; we have to be extra careful in this case" said the female as she got up.
"What's the next thing we have to do?" asked Makoto. "I will show it right now" said the Genin with a small grin on her face.

"Raise your hands please" said the male as he prepared the security rope for their small shinobi. The female did as she was told before she climbed up the ladder that would lead her to the workplace for today.
'Hm...looks like the rope is secured to that crane over there. I should be safe' thought Yukiko. "Kiddo, could you come over here please?" yelled a voice that was a couple meters to her right. She turned her head around to find the owner; it turned out to be a slightly chubby guy with pale blue hair.

"Coming!" yelled the girl as she jogged over to the man that had requested her assistance for something. "Could you please walk over there and get some nails in the large box next to the chimney? I need at least...six" informed the bluenette after he had counted up the number of nails in the small box next to him.
"Right" replied the Genin as she tried to located the box where the nails were. She found it almost right away; it stood to the right for the small chimney at the right side of the house.

Some of the planks creaked a little when the female jogged over to the huge box. 'PLEASE don't let them break!' thought the brunette as she made it over to the chimney. 'He needed at least six...I got ten' thought the girl as she went back to the carpenter on the other side.
"Here's the nails!" said Yukiko as she handed him the nails that he needed. "Thanks kid" said the man before he continued on his work.

"HEY! I need a hammer!" yelled a voice on the far end of the roof; it belonged to a guy who weared a bright red cap with a cartoon character on it. "Kid, could you get the hammer over to him? I'm done using it anyway" stated a dark-green haired carpenter who stood close to the female. "Sure" said the Genin before he handed her the item that his work colleague needed.

Crystal blue eyes tried to find the shortest route since the other man was rather far away from where she was. 'AHA!' thought the girl as she spotted something that could be a possible quick route to the other side. She jogged towards a large bucket that was upside down before she hopped onto it.
The brunette then did a leap that sent her several feet forwards; it was a little scary since it was so far down to the ground. But she managed to land about six feet away from the carpenter.

"Here's the hammer!" said the female when she handed him the said tool. "Thanks, but please don't jump on that bucket anymore. We need it later on to mix the cement" informed the carpenter as he took the tool.
"SORRY!" exclaimed Yukiko before she gave him a large bow in embarassment; her face was just as red as his cap."Apology accepted...you can bring the hammer back now" said the carpenter after he had hammered in some nails.

"Maybe it would be better if we had something we could practice on" said the ivory-haired female as she looked at the trap. "Yeah...I think I need a voulenteer for this one" muttered the older female as her eyes moved towards the trio. "What do you need us to do?" inquired the male as his eyes got a more wary expression.
"I need one of you to transform into a wild rabbit or a pheasant so we can practice on catching" said Yukiko with a small smile. "Maybe we should take turns so all of us can use that trap" suggested the male as he looked at the other two.

"Sounds like a good idea. I can voulenteer for...what's your name?" asked the girl as she looked over at the other female Genin. "My name is Mizuki Fujiyama" said Mizuki before she gave her a polite bow.
"OK Mizuki-san, do you want to go first?" inquired the Genin as she tried to decide what animal she would turn into. She gave her a nod; the female walked over to some nearby bushes while the other girl prepared herself to pull in the fake animal.

'Henge no jutsu!' thought the brunette before she transformed herself into a small, brown rabbit that would be the food that the Fujiyama had to catch. She jumped towards the loop while she tried to look out for anything that could reveal the trap. There was nothing so far; the trio had actually added some mud to the rope too.
'I better position myself in a way that makes the rope go around my waist, legs or arms so I don't get choked' thought the disguised rabbit as she sniffed at the worm that wiggled around on the crooked nail. Her eyes then caught some sudden movements on both sides.

'Looks like Mizuki-san has pulled the rope!' thought the girl as she tried to jump out of the loop as fast as possible. One thing that the trio had to be aware of was that animals could react quite quickly. Not to mention that animals could jump quite far or even fly away from them.
But the other female had probably pulled as fast as she could since the rope had now tightened around the lower part of her back. Yukiko wiggled like mad, but the knot would not budge a single inch.

"You did really great Mizuki-san!" said the female as she transformed back to her normal human self. The rope felt quite tight despite that it had expanded a little bit during the transformation back to a human, so she got it off as fast as possible. Jiro had agreed to be the first fake animal that his partner would have to test out.
After the rope had been adjusted, the male transformed himself into a pheasant with a tawny plumage. Makoto narrowed his eyes as he saw his partner come closer to the trap...it was important that he did not choked the bird since it was actually a human.

He pulled the rope as fast as he could and caught both of the birds legs in the process. "Good job Makoto! Looks like it's my turn" said the boy after he had gotten back to his human form again.
His partner chosed to transform himself into a hare; it was a very good animal to choose since it was common in the wild. The orange-haired boy caught the fake animal without any further ado, which ended the trap training for today.

"I think all of you did great. Remember that you should try to choke the animal in real life since it might be what you're going to eat" told the Genin with a smile. "Have you been on a mission outside the village Yukiko-san?" asked the boy.
"Yeah...I was on a mission where I explored the south-west part of Kaminari no Kuni. But I gotta go, so bye" said the girl as she waved them goodbye.
