"Hey there, kiddo. How's it been? Good, I hope" said a familiar voice that made the female look up in wonder. "Senpai!" exclaimed Yukiko with a happy grin on her face; she was quite happy to see him again.
"I've been a little busy; I've done some single missions plus that my parents have learned me some new jutsus" replied the girl as she stood up and brushed some dust of her black cotton trousers. She shooked her head when Atlas inquired if she had any ideas.
"Let's start setting up traps somewhere down the forest, away from any of the paths- as they already have quite a few set-up around them." said the young man before they started to walk down the forest. "Sounds like a good idea" agreed the Genin as they started to walk down the path. It was a bit cloudy while a small breeze blew through the surroundings.
"C'mon, let's finish this in time to get you back home to your parents, huh? Not to mention supper." said her senior with a grin. "Yup; my parents told me that we would have pasta today" said the small female as a smile formed on her face.
She then saw a small spot that could be used for a trap. That place was a small field in the middle of a couple of trees that looked perfect for camping.
"Maybe we can do something with the soil that makes people sink when they step onto it. Or maybe make a hole in the ground like some of the crooks do in the anime shows" suggested the brunette as she looked up at the male. She did not knew any doton jutsus or anything that could change the consistence of the ground.
"I'm afraid I don't have any wire or other things we can use apart from explosion tags. I've been thinking of buying some new soon" said the girl with a small frown on her face.
'Hmph. I wished I was more helpful in situations like these' thought Yukiko as she puffed up her cheeks in slight dismay. The Chuunin next to her had never told her that she was useless or something in that category, but she wanted to be more helpful on her team.
But on the other hand...the female was only 10 years old. Well, soon to be 11 since her birthday was about five weeks away.
