    Description: A chain whip consists of several metal rods, which are joined end-to-end by rings to form a flexible chain. Generally, the whip has a handle at one end and a metal dart, used for slashing or piercing an opponent, at the other. A cloth flag is often attached at or near the dart end of the whip, and a second flag may cover the whip's handle, helping it stabilize.

    Rank: C - A
    Type: Accessory / Self
    Special: 'C' ranked version is for Tai Tertiaries; 'B' for Tai Secondaries; finally, 'A' ranked version is for Taijutsu Primaries. When worn, all leg related Taijutsu is improved by the equivalent weight rank, but the user suffers a speed loss equivalent to half their normal movement speed. However, when removed, a large speed boost is gained, equal to double the user's normal speed, and lasts for as many turns as the user had the weights equipped for. Once a boost is used, another cannot be performed until the user re-equips the weights for double the amount of turns used to charge the previous boost - i.e. if the user has it on the first time for 3 turns and took it off, then they can only boost again in the same thread if the user now wears it for 6 turns. The recounter is restarted once the user leaves the thread.
    Description: Though an old fashioned training method, taijutsu specialists use these extremely heavy weights to increase their speed and movement. These weights are usually worn under the warmers on the user's lower legs. When removed, the user gains a great increase in their speed and mobility. The weights are marked with the kanji for "guts".

  Hatoronshi no Kami (Crafting Paper Strength) - 75
  Rank: D, C, B, A, S
  Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique
  Range: See special!
  Special: The rank of this technique determines how durable a paper user's techniques are, as well as how big they can be. Paper produced from the body is enough to power techniques equal to the highest rank known on Hatoronshi.

  B ~ No larger than 5 meters.
  A ~ No larger than 10 meters.
  S ~ No larger than 20 meters.
  
  
  Description: Able to create paper from anywhere within their body, Shikigami clan members depend on their Paper Strength as a basis for further clan techniques. Once they are able to grow comfortable creating multi-sized paper creations across larger areas, the clan members moves on to mastering the full Shikigami potential.

  Hatoronshi Bakuha (Crafting Paper Explosive Addition) - 75

  Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique
  Range: 0 - 10 meters
  Special: Adds explosive note properties to any paper creation of the user's choosing. The rank of this technique determines what rank of paper techniques can be converted into explosive notes. Like explosive notes, each detonated tag covers 10 meters.
  Description: As its name implies, the clan member is able to imbue their paper creations in the same explosive properties that ignite a regular exploding note, spreading the effect over across a mass amount of paper sheets. When combined with other clan jutsu, the explosive additions result in a truly terrifying offensive combination.

  Pepa Bunshin no Jutsu (Paper Clone Technique) - 50

  Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique
  Range: See special!
  Special: Clones can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Clones move at faster speeds than the user due to their light weight, and can perform any Shikigami jutsu the user knows. Clones disperse and reform before being defeated. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained. Paper clones, like Kage Bunshin, share the user's chakra reserves.
  Description: With a sufficient amount of paper, the user forms a single seal and calls them together in order to form a perfect clone of themselves. Unlike regular bunshin, the paper clone has substance, can move at improved speeds, and best of all, scatters when struck for re-use. Although the clone is not spawned with the user's inventory, they will attain whatever main weaponry the user has at the time, if any. When struck by concentrated blows from bladed/blunt weaponry or even a bare fist, the clone disperses into a tuff of paper that can either reform or be used for other clan jutsu. However, widespread, area-of-effect attacks can defeat the paper clones instantly.

  Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) x2 - 50

  Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu / High-Speed Movement
  Range: 0 - 10 meters
  Chakra: Low
  Special: Flickering is near-instantaneous forward movement, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing as chakra pushes their legs to inhumane levels. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunshin.
  Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

  Shukifumpun no Jutsu (Stank Ninja Mysterious Arts) - 75

  Type: Supplementary / Smell Genjutsu
  Range: 0 - 50 meters
  Special: Affects a single victim within a 10 meter radius, plus 10 more with each new rank acquired.
  Description: The Stank Ninja Arts were developed by less than talented shinobi wishing to get by in such a violent world. After their founding member endured a rough case of bad indigestion for a whole summer, he experienced many odd smells, and as a result noticed how it severely affect those around him, as well as himself. Intrigued, the group developed a set of core illusions that imitate intense smells intended to induce a certain side-effect within the victim. These smell can come from any source, further adding to the illusion.

  Range: See special!
  Special: Range of genjutsu depends on the user's highest ' Shukifunpum' rank. Doubles the time it takes to do anything until illusion is dispelled. Affects a single victim, plus one more each time retrained.
  Description: Although the most basic of stanks, the illusion is nonetheless effective. Once the horrendous smell comes the victims way,t hey will be so confused and overwhelmed that they will be thrown into utter confusion, making decision making overall a difficult task.

  Range: See special!
  Special: Range of genjutsu depends on the user's highest ' Shukifunpum' rank. Fear causes victim to hesitate extremely when facing the caster of the illusion. Affects a single victim, plus one more each time retrained.
  Description: This stank is so smelly that when the opponent attains even a single whiff, a sudden fear will enter them. This is due to the intensity of the smell, so raw and unnatural that the victim surely would be no match for the make of such a stink.
