Kansei presents himself as the epitome of all samurai. The only law he follows is the seven virtues of Bushidou. Each of them increases the quality of his overall demeanor. They are rectitude, courage, benevolence, respect, honesty, honor, and loyalty. He is willing to punish those of his nation that do not follow these. He does not like shinobi, in general. Although his people are tasked with maintaining peace between the hidden villages, he will not hesitate to kill them if they get in his way.
Kansei is rather silent. He does not talk much, and seems expressionless due to the mask on his face. This makes him very deadly when in battle. He tends to get rid of his foes quickly, attempting to eliminate them with one strike. If he somehow misses, or they dodge, he will resort to fighting them up close, and personal. Both his Kenjutsu, and Taijutsu are top of the line. It is because of this that he does not use any other complex fighting styles, like shinobi.
Kansei wants to accomplish many things. First, he wants become the General of the Land of Iron. He wants to ascend to a higher seat of authority to uphold the code of his society. After that, he wants to get rid of the entire shinobi system. He sees it as the main reason war has always occurred. He wants to make sure they never cause trouble again. The last goal on his list is to sustain peace. He, above everything else, wants to keep this going. Living with no regret, he’ll die for his causes.㊁ VISAGE
Kansei is a rather unique looking individual, being donned in an exclusive samurai armor made only in his country. It covers his entire body, from head to die. A mask covers his face. He can see through it, from the inside, but others cannot see his eyes from the outside. It has two horns, on both sides, protruding out of the top.
Kansei has pale grey his that he keeps tied up into a ponytail, sticking out from the back, allowing it to be carried by the winds. There is black throughout his outfit that has the attributes of a body suit. It is slick, and durable, and fits perfectly to his skin, displaying his muscles. His shoulders also have spikes on them, with red crystals in the middle. These same red crystals are on his hands, and around his ankles.
Kansei has gloves with sharp claws, meant for scratching. This compliments the sharp claws that his shoes have. His torso has armor in the center, meeting up in a triangular formation. The back does not have these shapes. There is armor on his thighs, coming down to his legs. His ankles, and the top of his feet are covered. The most important part of his attire is the weapon he carries. He keeps a nodachi, Kami Kiraa, holstered vertically across his back with a red sheath.㊂ BACKGROUND

Special: Essentially doubles the Samurai's chakra capacity when activated by opening their chakra pathways, in a somewhat similar way to Hachimontonkou (although less barbaric). However, because of this, it prevents Samurai from molding chakra finely in terms of jutsu, making handseals and whatnot useless due to the sudden chakra rush. Upon being accepted as a Samurai, this seal is place on the user. Cannot be bought and instead must be RP'ed out as part of the Samurai's initiation.
Description: The Seal of the Bladed Warrior was the Samurai founder's secret to attaining a new level of power. Knowledge borrowed from their neighboring chakra experts, Whirlpool, the Samurai Clan developed a seal that would ensure the self-preservation of all Samurai, as well as their place in new history. By binding an advanced seal at the core of their chakra network directly after birth, the Samurai essentially created a steady, sustained flow of pure, raw chakra. Constantly feeding outwards and unable to be turned off, this sudden increase in their chakra output allows them to remain on par with their shinobi counterparts by producing a combination of raw, powerful attacks with their traditional Bushido, at the cost of being unable to create seals and mold chakra properly due to the pressure of the surging energy. The seal itself is a combination of ancient kanji and other shapes, and is usually placed on the chest.

Description: The most innate and basic of all Samurai abilities, this technique acts as the base to all of the armored warriors chakra related abilities. Although samurai don't use handseals and jutsu, they nonetheless have learned to bypass seals as a medium for their chakra, using instead in its raw form and manipulating it to their bidding, usually in the form of an offensive weapon. As the Samurai grows more experienced with this technique, their creations become grander and grander.

Special: Allows the Samurai to absorb their victim's chakra source through prolonged contact. Victims experience paralyzing shocks when coming in contact with the Samurai's enhanced chakra blade. Unless the Samurai possess a special means of transferring chakra freely within themselves and others, the chakra absorbed from this jutsu can only be used in the same thread as it was obtained.
Description: Being able to severe the chakra connection between their cutters and themselves means the Samurai has understood many of the basic and mid-level challenges behind chakra manipulation, making them ready for the next step - absorption. With this enhancement, the user is able to create a unique string within their chakra creations that absorbs any foreign chakra in comes in contact with, allowing the Samurai to either make it their own or use it to fuel a current attack.

Description: The final step behind mastering the art of Chakra Form Manipulation involves reversing the flow paths of the absorption at such rapid rates that a sudden release of energy over the imminent build-up comes forth. This means that any chakra creation the Samurai makes, whether it comes in projectile form or extended from the user's blade, will explode on contact away from the Samurai and completely on their chosen target.

Description: Kaneau is a Taijutsu technique that makes it easier for one to shift their own weight in an instant, providing them with good balance when they would land on one foot, no matter what they do or what kind of position they are in. This technique was developed by Taijutsu masters to give them good balance while they did the most ridiculous types of Taijutsu moves that would naturally leave them off balance.

Special: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

Description: A full body suit of armor created strictly for samurai based off traditional designs mixed in with modern technology. Akin to traditional ancient samurai armor, the Kanji for "Bushido" is carved in the chest plate and back, and the whole body is protected with many strong layers of plated steel. The secret use of this armor is that, although heavy, it feeds off of the Samurai's special seal, which gushes raw chakra into the armor in order to make the otherwise impossible to move heavy armor as smooth and gentle as a cloth. There's only one place an armor like this can be made - Iron.
