Description: A simple ninjutsu meant to exploit the Hyouton user's skills, this technique allows the shinobi to essentially cut their travel time down in half. After a single hand seals, wind and water come together below the user's feet, creating a fast moving sheet of ice under each foot, allowing them to ‘skate’ instead of run.

Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu (Swallow Snow Storm)

Special: The user creates 10 swallows made from snow with sharp, frozen beaks and wings. About the size of a conventional shuriken, these ice birds can be controlled and maneuvered by holding the last handseal, and are handy for chasing down quick opponents.
Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user pulls chunks of snow from the ground in the shape of swallows. By holding the handseal for this technique, the user can control the flight path of the birds. Though not individually durable or strong, the sheer number of birds capable of being created is enough to cause hundreds of cuts if they are not dealt with swiftly.

Kyuusoku Touketsu (Quick Freeze)

Special: Range of the path is based on the user’s Hyouton Ryuuken. Freezes the ground and anything in an area of the users choosing, up to their entire dominion field. Aiming at reducing traction considerably of enemies or destroying or disrupting terrain based techniques, this skill is often used to ‘prime’ an area for excessive snowfall to minimize melting in an above freezing climate. This technique cannot create new terrain, it merely transforms existing terrain to a frozen state.
Description: With enough skill, a Hyouton user can manipulate the wind and water chakra with speed and precision, to instantly freeze anything along a straight line. This has many uses, such as altering the ground and making it harder for aggressors and/or pursuers to travel on, giving the user and those who can traverse the ice effectively the ability to move faster on it by sliding, creating a path on water and other liquids.

Special: Allows the user the ability to create, control and move Hyouton (Ice) chakra of their own for multiple purposes. Range of creation depends on highest rank known.

Description: The basis behind the majority of Hyouton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very molecules of air and water around them, so that ice may be created on a whim from anywhere the user stands. 'Snow Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Hyouton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create as much ice in the form of snow as they can afford chakra-wise all around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Description: Although basic, this jutsu nonetheless is hhighly effective for mobile Yukina members. After forming a single handseal, the clan member can create a floating ice tile anywhere they wish within range, allowing them to use it as a stepping stone towards higher planes.

Tsubame Fubuki (Snow Storm Swallows)

Special: Range of swallows depends on user's highest 'Hyouton Ryuuken' rank. Up to 1 swallow may be formed when first learned, plus 1 more each time retrained for a maximum of ten. Each swallow is capable of traveling at very fast speeds, though only in a straight line. For an additional mid worth of chakra, these swallows can hone in on their target.
Description: Hyouton • Tsubame Fubuki is a secret Yukina n Hyouton ninjutsu technique that, although basic, can be deadly with proper use. After a few brief seals, the clan member will create ice swallows which they can launch at their opponent at high speeds. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target.

Reido (Absolute Zero)

Special: Yukina are immune to the affects of Reido and Reido related jutsu. For each rank Reido is used, it has a different number of turns it takes for a person's speed to be reduced by the cold temperature, and an extra two before they can become frost bitten. It constantly consumes chakra of the level of the technique used per turn.

D-rank: 5 turns until speed reduction | 7 turns until frost bitten.
C-rank: 4 turns until speed reduction | 6 turns until frost bitten.
B-rank: 3 turns until speed reduction | 5 turns until frost bitten.
A-rank: 2 turns until speed reduction | 4 turns until frost bitten.
S-rank: 1 turns until speed reduction | 3 turns until frost bitten.

Description: Reido is a Hyōton technique, which is performed after the user performs a series of handseals. Once complete, the user will emit a cold aura from his body, that can spread throughout the field, depending on the level of "Yuki no Kami" known. The technique is enough to affect multiple targets at once, making them cold and colder as time goes on, decreasing their mobility. They can also even acquire frost bite.

Kogoeshinu (To Freeze To Death)

Special: To freeze the limb the user has to hold on to the opponent for the set amount of time that will allow the user to freeze a certain amount of meters of the limb, based on the rank of the technique being used. Freezing the limb of an opponent varies from each rank, and each rank varies in time:

C-ranked: 3/4th of a post.
B-ranked: Half a post.
A-ranked: 1/4th of a post.
S-ranked: Instant.

Description: Kogoeshinu is a technique that allows to user to simply place his hand on a person or an object, and cause it to begin to slowly freeze. Though, the longer something or someone is held, the more it will freeze. The technique can only be used while Reido is technique, which uses the cold temperatures of Reido to freeze the foe.

Kōrikiri (Ice Blade)

Special: Kōrikiri can only be used once per thread, and once again every time the technique is retrained.
Description: Kōrikiri is a technique created by the user, creating a blade made of ice within his desired hand after forming a string of handseals. The sword itself is a very thick ice blade, but, isn't too heavy, and it is sharp enough to pierce through human flesh and bone.

Shimobusou (Frost Armament)
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary.

Handseals: 2.
Chakra: Mid per turn with an additional mid every time the shape is changed.
Special: Creates an armguard around the user's wrist, which can be expanded up to a full meter in any way the user sees fit. This technique is immune to all taijutsu of c-rank and below, and capable of withstanding a single b-rank attack before shattering. If broken or dispelled, the user cannot recast this technique for another two rounds.
Description: The user performs the required hand seals, after which the user forms an armguard of ice around their wrist. The armguard is persistent once created and will remain around the user's wrist until they either run out of chakra or dispel the jutsu manually by forming a single seal, causing the guard to unhinge itself from the user's arm. Upon creating the armguard, the user can manipulate it's form by simply exerting additional chakra (low), causing the ice to expand or retract near instantly. Despite the change in size, the armguard's weight remains unchanged.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects that range from equal in size to as small as half their size. Cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log) the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at their respective village's Shinobi Academy. Henge allows the user to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Understanding

A strange young woman with an unknown past; known only as the Icy Frost of the human emotion. Calm, peaceful, lonely, and emotional are the only means to show what she is. Always cold, and filled with pain from unknown reasons. Everything that seems to get close simply turns into the cast of endless winter; the endless pain of unmerciful coldness, and froth. Atarashī is known as Hari or Needle; simply because of how she acts. Sharp, and to the point without question.
Known only to question herself, and nothing else. Endlessly loyal, and filled with pride but at the same time mustered with fear of her own might.

Atarashī is known to carry a unique artistic attitude about the world; seeing the snow, and ice as an endless amount of crafting material. Each snowflake to her is unique; and much like a sister or brother in her eyes, each froth of ice nothing more then a cast of herself, and every cloud an echo of what could become. She is known as a loner; a distance young female. Only joining with others when required, and often leaving shortly after. She listens only when needed, and fights only when called. Otherwise leaving to stay by herself.

Overly zealous of the cold, and warmth. She is always cold, always hurting, and always filled with pain. Unknown reasons are applied. She thinks of her gift as an endless curse but at the same time a gift of reason, and thought. Known to share a very unique goal; she wishes to create a world of endless Winter...
