Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves) Rank: B Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 40 meters Special: The waves are delivered with full force, power and speed for the first turn, and then flood an area twice the wave's range. When the user is ‘surfing’ the waves, their movement speed temporarily doubles. Description: Baku Suishouha is an offensive ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing. Domain: Suiton.
Mekurumeku (Blinding Flash) Rank: D Type: Supplementary / Raiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 -1 0 meters Special: For RP purposes outside of battle, this can be used at lower intensities to light up dark areas. Description: A basic yet effective Raiton technique, the user focuses a bit of chakra all over their body, letting the lightning gather and then quickly exploding, effectively providing a blinding light that leaves all within the range blind. Useful for disorientation and quick get-aways. Domain: Raiton.
Eikoudan! (Thunder Style – Light Up the Sky!) Rank: C Type: Supplementary / Raiton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Special: Allows the user to effectively send a blinding light into the sky, rendering all those at least 30 meters or more above the ground, and within 30 meters of the light blast, to be blinded by the light for one turn. Description: After performing the correct handseals, the user opens their mouth and spits out a small glowing blue ball into the sky. It consists of highly compressed raiton energy, packed tightly during the technique’s preparation. Once it reaches the skies, it goes off in a brilliant blast, blinding all flying within the area blind for a short period. Excellent for when the raiton user is outnumbered or simply surprised by aerial assailants, and has no way to fend them off when escape is necessary. Domain: Raiton.
Danpen Inazuma (Shooting Thunder) Rank: C Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 5 meters Special: Does not require handseals. Can be used once per turn, plus one more each time retrained. Description: Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within five meters. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light, less than a Raikyuu, and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds. Domain: Raiton.
Soudoki no Jutsu (Thunder Style – Double Protector Technique) Rank: B Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 20 meters Special: Allows the user to disperse to quick lightning vortexes from their hands, shot out in a cone like fashion that opens up as it progresses. The blast cone is 20 meters wide towards the end and 10 meters at the narrow base/source. Anyone caught within receives severe ninjutsu and shocking damage that results in a numbed and unresponsive body, as well as 10 meters of knock back. Description: An ideal jutsu designed for whenever the raiton user is being flanked. After the necessary handseals are done, the palms of their hands are imbued in pure lightning, allowing them to shoot a powerful blast intended to stop an enemy dead in tracks, as well as push them back. If the user is coherent and aware enough, they could even more around with the blaster, felling multiple assailants at once. Chakura no Iko (Chakra Strength Gathering) Rank: D, C, B, A, S Type: Supplementary / Specialized Ninjutsu Range: Self Special: Base for all Medic-Strength techniques. Boosts all Taijutsu with chakra power equal to highest rank known. Description: The basic behind the Chakra Strength lies in gathering one's chakra at a fine point in their body while performing quick, volatile movements so that their strength is enhanced. By molding their chakra at the desired appendage, it glows a unique color, representing the presence of Chakra Strength. Users of this style should not be taken lightly. Domain: Medic Souin.
Kongouriki (Golden Thunder Power) Rank: D Type: Offensive / Specialized Ninjutsu Range: Self Special: amage of strike depends on highest rank of 'Chakura no Iko' known. Strike creates a 5 meter knock-back, plus 5 more each time retrained. Description: Though basic, the Golden Thunder Power applies to any punch or kick with enough chakra behind it to send the victim behind the strike flying. Oukashou (Cherry Blossom Collision) Rank: C Type: Offensive / Specialized Ninjutsu Range: Self Special: Damage of strike depends on highest rank of 'Chakura no Iko' known. Each time re-trained, extra 'C' damage is stacked. Description: Basic yet lethal, an immense amount of chakra is kneaded inside the body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the fist. That chakra is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage. With the damage done dependent on the amount of chakra used, it is also possible for a skilled shinobi to amass it in their fingertip. When the ground is hit it is pulverized into minute pieces by the excess shock, which are then scattered like flower petals, giving rise to the name "Cherry Blossom Impact". Domain: Medic Souin. Tsuuten Kyaku (Bruising Sky Leg) Rank: B Type: Offensive / Specialized Ninjutsu Range: Self Special: Damage of strike depends on highest rank of 'Chakura no Iko' known. Each time re-trained, extra 'B' damage is stacked Description: Using the monstrous strength gathered from their fine turned chakra, the medic will raise their leg in a high arc, and bring it thundering down causing massive damage to whatever it impacts. Shousen Jutsu (Mystical Hand Technique) Rank: D, C, B, A, S Type: Supplementary / Medical Ninjutsu Range: Self Special: Heals and counters damage equal to highest rank known. Description: Shousen Jutsu is one of the most fundamental yet vital Medical Ninjutsu techniques utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries. Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the medic will focus chakra to their hands, creating a distinct, colored hue of chakra. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Ranshinshou (Chaotic Mental Collision) Rank: B Type: Supplementary / Offensive / Medical Ninjutsu Range: Self Special: Forces all physical movement to be destroyed, to the point a normal movement produces the opposite effect. Lasts one turn, plus one more each time retrained. Description: Ranshinshou is an advanced Medical Ninjutsu technique that allows for the severe disruption of the medic's victims. Changing the chakra in their hand into an odd electric-like pulse, the medic successfully mimics and creates an electric field to disrupt their targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, the medic uses the field to disrupt their targets ability to move.
