[/u][/ul]Description: The basis behind the majority of Saton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very sand around them. 'Sand Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Saton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over the sand around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Suna no Mayu (Cocoon of Sand) [325 EXP]

Special: Cocoon sphere size is equivalent to 1/5th the user's 'Saton Ryuuken'. Highest rank known determines the strength of the sphere, as it can absorb one equally or lower ranked strike before needing to be remade. Once established, user can only cast other Saton jutsu.
Description: Known as a Saton master's absolute defenses, this technique summons a sphere of sand aimed to surround the user's body for protective purposes. This sand cocoon is made as a defensive measure against the outside world, or even for stealth purposes when used in conjunction with other techniques. While in the cocoon the user can employ surveillance such as Daisan no Me (Third Eye) to view and sense their opponent and the surrounding battlefield.

Dohenshitsu no Jutsu (Earthen Degeneration Technique) [625 EXP]

Special: Can revert earthly substances touched by the user, such as the ground or even an opponent's Doton creation, into sand. The sand conversion can only affect earthly substances created by another person one rank lower than the highest rank of this technique obtained. The maximum range the conversion can achieve is based on half of the user's highest rank of Saton Ryuuken.
Description: Dohenshitsu no Jutsu, a technique that grants the user the ability to hone their advanced manipulation over substances such as stone and dirt, Saton chakra eroding the minerals into extremely fine particles, essentially known as sand. The initiation of the process is quite simple, requiring the user to simply place a single hand upon the earthen substance, the Saton chakra within them transferring directly into the target, forcing the once-solid earth to be degenerated into a malleable pile of sand, which can be utilized for the harbinger's own purpose. This technique can be used to create a source for Saton practitioners when the environment is lacking, and can render an opponent's own creations futile, but cannot be affected unless directly touched by the user himself.

Suna Shigure (Sand Shower) [25 EXP]

Chakra: Mid to cast, low to sustain.
Special: Size of sand clump is 1/5th of the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank. Vision in general is obscured, and even doujutsu will have a harder time spotting things inside the sand shower due to the user’s chakra coating the flowing body. Sand cloud can remain suspended in the air for as long as the user can upkeep it. Up to one clump can be made and positioned, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every fifth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Suiton and Fuuton one rank lower than the user's highest 'Sand Dominion' rank can disperse the shower.
Description: Meant more as a distraction technique than an offensive one, the Suna Shigure grants control of nearby sand, allowing the user to levitate numerous small clumps of sand above his opponent. At this point, the sand can remain suspended in the air as long as the user wants, or it can immediately become useful. Showering from above, the curtains of sand make it harder for opponents to see, as well as provide the user with plentiful sand already surrounding the opponent for further use.

Daisan no Mei (The Third Eye) [50 EXP]

Chakra: Mid to cast (per eye) and sustain.
Special: Range of vision depends on user's highest 'Sand Dominion' rank; distance the eye can exist floating away from the user is equal to their 'Saton Ryuuken' range, halved. Although the user must be still in order for the eye to work, they can make an extra eye each time retrained; however, after every fourth retaining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Each eye cost chakra separately, and although one can have multiple eyes out at once, they may only see out from one at any given time.
Description: Although basic, The Third Eye nonetheless provides the user with a tactical advantage in battle. Without requiring handseals, the user simply covers one of their eyes with one hand and creates the sand replacement in the other. Once existing, the eye can float around and position itself wheever the user desires, allowing them to gain extra insight on their immediate vicinity. The eye can only see in straight line, so it must rotate accordingly in order to get a different view.

Sabaku Fuyuu (Desert Sand Floating) [150 EXP]

Chakra: Mid to cast (per platform) and sustain.
Special: Range of sand island flotation, as well as the distance it can reach in the air depends on the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank. When the user learns this technique initially, one clump of sand can be created. Retraining after the initial allows the user to create an extra island, though for every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Each island costs separately, and the distance between the user's main island and those extra can never exceed thei 'Saton Ryuuken' range, halved. Islands can be no bigger than 1/10th of the user's highest 'SR' rank.
Description: With this ninjutsu, the user will bring together sand into cloud shaped clumps, the size of these ‘islands’ depending on the size of the user. These clumps are dense enough for the user or another ninja to rest on. During quick, dangerous attacks, this can allow the user to rise above any threat from below.

Suna Juugan (Sand Bullet) [100 EXP]

Type: Offensive.
Range: See special!

Chakra: x2 Mid.
Special: Range of sand bullet depends on the user's 'Saton Ryuuken' rank. Bullet measures roughly 5 inches in diameter, travels in a straight line, and although they cannot penetrate like actual bullets, they can produce a relatively strong knock back (up to a meter). Up to one bullet can launched, plus one more each time retrained; however, after every third retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. With multiple bullets, the user has the choice of firing them off either simultaneously, or one after another.
Description: A loose variation to the Sand Shuriken, this form of projectile sand displacement involves a strongest blast and release, creation stunning blunt force trauma upon impact. After a few seals, the user extends their hand and forms a small sphere made of sand and compresses it to increase its hardness. Once ready, the projectile is shot at such speeds it can strike opponents and knock them unconscious.

Sunayari (Sand Javelin) [200 EXP]

Type: Offensive.

Chakra: High.
Special: Length of the spear is equal to 1/10th the user's maximum Saton Ryuuken range. Up to one javelin can be created, plus one more each time retrained up to a maximum of six; however, after every third retraining, chakra consumption will raise by one. With multiple spears, the user has the choice of firing them off either simultaneously, or one after another.
Description: Sunayari, an extremely favorable technique for those of the Sand Element that relish striking down foes with brutal impalement. Upon forming the handseals, sand in the environment vigorously comes together into the shape of a javelin, with the intention to use the weapon for the same purpose. The sand spear can be shot forth in a straight line or thrown into a vertical arc, and with a sharpened edge that is deadly to the touch, the javelin is definitely capable of causing multiple gruesome deaths.

Gokusa Maisou (Sand Prison Burial)[100 EXP]

Chakra: High (per target).
Special: Can only alter organic material within user's 'Sand Dominion' range for burial use. Burial ground appears in the form of a 5 meter sphere with victim in the middle, the amount of uses depending on the user's highest 'Sand Dominion' rank. Up to one victim can be buried at a time, plus one more per use each time retrained for a maximum of 10 victims buried.

[/u][/ul]Description: A highly efficient trapping technique, the user performs a few seals and send their chakra along the ground in order to loosen the area below their target. Within moments, this will cause them to sink deep within the earth, surrounded by quicksand. By being imprisoned at this depth, the pressure will completely limit their ability to move.

Suna Bunshin no Jutsu (Sand Clone Technique) [500 EXP]

Type: Supplementary.
Range: See special!
Handseals: 4.
Chakra: Mid (per clone).
Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained, for a maximum of five (5). Being comprised of sand, these clones are completely immune to nearly all forms of taijutsu (aside from unnatural taijutsu such like Hirutora and other extraordinary techniques). They are capable of binding and restricting objects caught within their bodies, in which the victim will need to exercise a x2 Mid burst of chakra to free themselves. Finally, Sand clones can cast any known general Sand jutsu one rank less than the highest rank known in 'Saton Ryuuken', but whatever attacks they perform will still draw from the user's chakra pool.
Description: With this technique, the Saton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of sand, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement, and can detain and absorb attacks due to its sandy essence. If found, the sand sticks onto the victim, binds them, and constricts them until escape of deactivated.

Sabaku Kyuu (Desert Coffin) [100 EXP]

Type: Supplementary.
Range: See special!
Handseals: 5.
Chakra: High (per victim).
Special: Binds victims within one's 'Saton Ryuuken' range in the form of fast moving sand around and underneath the target. The amount of chakra required to break free from binding is determined by user's highest 'Saton Ryuuken' rank. Up to one opponent within the user's 'Sand Dominion' can be bound, plus one more each time retrained for a maximum of five. Every retraining will increase the chakra consumption cost by one. User must be still while attempting to bind target.

[/u].[/ul]Description: A strong ninjutsu aimed to paralyze the target, the user forms a string of handseals which will cause sand to rise from the ground and wrap around the legs of their target, restraining them in place with crushing power. The sand will then rise up to fully encase the target, moving at rapid speeds. With such large amounts of special chakra-infused sand immobilizing them, the hold can be used to suffocate an opponent or provide discomfort for the sake of interrogation or other means.

Sabaku Sousou (Desert Funeral) [150 EXP]

Type: Offensive.

Handseals: 1.
Chakra: High.
Special: Opponent's must be bound and thus made immobile in the previous turn by 'Sabaku Kyuu'. In the user's next post, they can exercise Sabaku Sousou, immediately killing all enemies captured by their Sabaku Kyuu with an extreme amount of pressure caused by the "coffin" collapsing upon itself. For clarification, this ability cannot be used in the same post as Sabaku Kyuu - it must be used in the post following the aforementioned technique.
Description: Employed after Desert Coffin, the Funeral is a way for the Saton user to advance their constrictive skills, so that they may near-instantly kill their entrapped target in place. Once capture, the user will send a surge of chakra into the sand in order to implode and crush whatever is within it. When used to kill a living organism, the death is so quick that there isn't even time for the victim to feel any pain. The pressure also produces a sizable fountain of blood. In the end, such is their control that the pressure used in the attack can be varied, allowing the Saton user to either break bones or completely liquefy an opponent.

Sunadaiyamondo Yari (Diamond Sand Spear) [150 EXP]

Chakra: x2 High.
Special: Range of the sand spear depends on the user's 'Saton Ryuuken' rank. Due to the massive size of the spear, it can only be dropped from above its intended target, allowing gravity to solely influence its path.
Description: Sunadaiyamondo Yari, a powerful technique with a name that showcases the impeccable strength of the weapon itself. Upon completing the handseals, the user holds out their hand, directing a massive amount of sand from the environment to vigorously gather at a point in the air, forming into a solid, razor-sharp sand spear. The airborne weapon replicates the shape of a drill, measuring seven meters in length, and is extremely sharpened at the base. Once the formation is complete, the user rotates the drill into an energetic spin as it descends onto the target. The force of gravity and the user's chakra alone causes the descent to be quite flashing, and can obliterate a weak-enough defense and surrounding targets with it's strength and waves of sand.

Suna no Yoroi (Armor of Sand) [300 EXP]
Rank: S.
Type: Defensive.
Range: Self
Handseals: -
Chakra: x2 High.
Special: No seals are needed to apply the armor, but it still takes a single full turn for it to cover the user. Raises the user's defense at the cost of slowing their movement speed down (50%). Suna no Yoroi can withstand a single attack of equivalent rank or one tier lower (i.e 1 s-rank or a-rank), but then it will need to be recast. This technique can only be used once per thread, and once more per times retrained for a maximum of five.
Description: Suna no Yoroi is a defensive ninjutsu that utilizes nearby sand to cover the body in a defense layer. The user manipulates an almost invisible thin layer of sand to cover their body, allowing them to stop some attacks without problem. For the sand to cover the user's body, they have to use their body's chakra. However, when covered by the sand the user becomes heavier and it is more difficult for their body to maneuver. Though the sand does provide some protection, sufficient strikes will break the armor to expose the user's natural body.

Ryuusa Bakuryuu (Quicksand Waterfall Current) [300 EXP]

Type: Offensive.

Chakra: Massive to cast, x2 High to sustain.
Special: Breaks down natural elements and combines it with preexisting sand in order to send a massive wave towards the opponent. Size of wave and travel distance depends on the user's highest 'Sand Dominion' rank. As least one turn must elapse in order for the sand to be broken down before it can be fired off; each subsequent turn held afterward adds 10 extra meters of size and travel to the wave. Due to its extreme nature, this may be used only once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: One of the most impressive sand jutsu, mainly due to the force held behind the wave and the size itself. By crushing rocks and pebbles in the ground with the user’s own sand, they can create more usable sand, all under their complete control. After focusing their chakra, a large tidal wave sized amount sand will rise from the ground to cover the target and the surrounding area. With this technique, a humongous amount of sand is create, enough to power an endless amount of saton based jutsu.

Sabaku Taisou (Desert Imperial Funeral) [300 EXP]

Type: Offensive.

Chakra: Massive
Special: Can only be used after the user floods an area with 'Ryuusa Bakuryuu'. Crushes whatever area is covered by the sand through a series of pulses, as long as the user keeps their hands on the sand below. May be performed as many times as one can use 'Ryuusa Bakuryuu'.
Description: A deadly saton jutsu and one of its strongest by far, this technique allows the user to create a large amount of usable sand by crushing rocks and pebbles underground. After using the Ryuusa Bakuryuu technique to cover the surrounding environment in a ton of sand, the user then places their hands down to the ground and causes the sand to constrict and harden, thereby sucking all life on the surface at rapid rapes like quicksand, and proceed to crush everything it is covering. The compressions also create massive earthquakes.
