- Apparel: Akane's clothing is a bit more than what one would call extravagant for a shinobi. A short kimono of expensive silk covers her entire torso, held together by a silken white obi. The kimono's material is a deep violet which accents the lavender locks that cascade freely down her back. There are no sleeves on the kimono, but instead a cape-like extension attached to the top of the kimono which starts at the top of her breasts. Despite its soft, flimsy appearance, the top of the kimono is actually rather tight, keeping her bosoms still as well as in alignment. Her forearms are adorned by a pair of violet fingerless gloves, overlapped by white ribbon to hold them in place. Beneath the dress are a pair of black shorts which stop just at the top of her thigh, keeping her more intimate areas covered. A pair of violet and black boots protect her feet from harm as well as add to the completion of her overall style. Around her neck is a metal collar that serves as protection as well as a fashion statement. She almost resembles a fashion model more so than a ninja.
- Body Appearance: A woman of slightly below average height, Akane does not resemble a normal fourteen-year-old girl. Her body is very well developed for her age, sporting a pair of well developed breasts as well as a pair of wide hips. Her build is slender, although not too thin leaving her somewhere in the middle of the spectrum. Her skin is slightly pale, blending well with her lavender hair which falls gracefully to her waist. Her golden brown eyes are filled with a combination of happiness and anger, filled with the confused bitterness and love of her past. and golden brown eyes. Her face is pretty although quite young, while her body appears more like that of an adult. The two blend in an unusual way giving her the option of appearing cute or beautiful, although she often chooses the latter.
- Blemishes & Scars: The healed scar of a knife wound is visible on the top right corner of her back, although her hair conceals it beneath its veil. A series of other scars are also hidden beneath her clothing, namely around her breast area and nether regions. Even her lower abdomen is severely scarred. Stranger still is the scarring on her tongue: damaged nerves and scarred taste buds leave Akane unable to taste anything.
