Despite how Ju may have looked at first glance, his head and body felt immeasurably better after having disgorged his previously consumed sake. He felt better for sure, but not enough to willingly -and savagely- drink another bottle like he had done moments prior. Resting his head upon the bar's counter -at that point- had been the best of all possible options, especially since he needed time to regain his lost bearings. Really, what did a man in his late twenties, who enlisted in his country's military, look like getting piss drunk during the latest hours of the night. Not Good. Although he rested his head, his eyes never closed not even for a second; even with dulled senses he still carried with him an inherent paranoia that only a soldier could have gained during his career as a pawn of war. Lazily, his head uplifted from the counter's surface and looked up at the bartender and said, "Yo, a tall, tall, tall glass of water please. Much appreciated mate."
As much as he didn't really want to in the first place, it proved to have been difficult to not notice the presence of another penetrate the severing doors. However, that hadn't necessarily meant that he paid any attention to said presence, which, initially, he didn't. After a few moments of getting his tall, tall, tall glass of water, he drank it enthusiastically as if he had been suffering from days of dehydration. Upon finishing, he slammed the bottomside of the glass down unto the counter and released a monstrous burp. Without actually looking back to acknowledge the entering presence, Ju looked back to the bartender instead and asked, "So, whose the other person? beautiful woman? I hope so, I could use a bit of action tonight. Being a ninja isn't exactly easy y
know?"
He quietly, so that his words were meant for the bartenders ears and his only, hoping that he would have provided some kind of brief information without need to actually turn around and draw suspicions from said person.
