I allowed my weighted chain to dangle down ahead of me toward my brother Sy, passing his head up as he released a burst of wind from his mouth. My eyes turned black as I flung the weighted chain of the kusarigami around a tree as the breeze pulled against my garments. I would use this tactic to hold myself steady and prevent myself from being blown away.

"That was pretty good! When did you notice?" Despite us not speaking for awhile, the first thing I wanted to know was how he saw me. If it was the inheritance of our family, I would praise him. Both me and him shared great visual prowess. That was one of the reasons I came to visit him. I wanted to do something that I figured would better the world.


I heard from the higher ups about Kouketsu and of the mysterious organization Kataki. For years, the former had spread chaos through war. The latter are new, and seen during the release of bijuu. Personally, I wanted them both gone. Nothing could be done alone or, rather, without those most important to you. I was tasked with my villages criminal, but I wanted to hunt them all.

I finally arrived at the docks of Kusa no Kuni, taking a good look at the people around me and for the one I wanted to find. I knew a few things about him. He had long hair, black and white, and was from Kusagakure. It was my brother, Sy Yume, whom of which I had been separated from since youth. It has been awhile since me and my brother have been together, but I had a lot to tell him about, and even more to show him. The last time we did anything together were as genin before the split. Konohagakure was probably nothing like his home, but with the friendly relations between both villages, I should have nothing to worry about.

I felt comfortable, yet kinda empty. The first thought was to eat, but I didn't know much about this country. I looked around noticing how different the people were, from dress to express. It remained weird with me not having experienced this before. I could blend in well, and did well. Stepping through columns and rows of people, I would soon come to a sign. It read "Mori no Toko", otherwise known as the endless forest, a place I probably didn't want to be. I ignored the impulse, it didn't affect me. I went down the path. The trees seemed to expand on forever, then I realized what the words meant. I kept on, watching my surroundings. It's hard to decipher the intention of individuals.

It was pivotal that I found out where to meet him at, but we arranged a specific location near a lake not too far off. It would be there that we would reunite. I tried to remain calm, but I could feel energy bursting through me as I leaped up and from trees across the forest as if a wild animal. I stopped once, sitting down and feeling tired, exhausted afterward from moving at high speeds. I could get lost within my own world at times. I forget how it is to be civilized when you live the life of shinobi. I greeted it within open arms, but that didn't stop my heart from beating rapidly. I raised my hand to my chest, and closed my eyes, resting my back against the middle trunk of a tree.

Personality:
Hakanai is a warrior of justice, decreeing the jurisdiction of his village upon those who oppose them. Hakanai doesn't smile often, but is known to be a kindhearted individual. Hakanai cares deeply for his family, but more importantly his brother, Sy Yume. With them being twins, many get them mixed up, which angers Hakanai as he likes to be seen as his own person. Hakanai follows the orders of his superiors without hesitation, and isn't afraid to die. It's because of this courage that he became a Jounin and the captain of the Oinin Butai. Hakanai's life revolves around hunting the criminals from his village, and even those wanted by his allies and enemies. Hakanai has a fond distaste for those who break the rules, and show emotions during battle, although the same can't be said when he enjoys daily activities, which consist causing trouble in the form of pranks, and scaring the crap out of people.

Hakanai prefers to kill his victims quickly instead of playing with them, and giving them the opportunity to strike him. Possessing the Sharingan, as well as three elements, Hakanai tends to overwhelm his foes with the might of all his skills, each honed over the years for him to exhibit flawless victories. Hakanai analyzes the smallest details, and uses little things to his advantage. Hakanai isn't above praising those stronger than him, but he has no respect for those below him or even at the same level. Hakanai argues with his brother over who is better, and challenges him the most. Hakanai loves fights that are drawn out, and will deliberately cause his enemies to waste chakra. Hakanai usually starts with weapons, and doesn't utilize jutsu unless he really needs to.

Hakanai has a few goals in life, but none of them come above awakening the Mangekyou Sharingan. Hakanai believes that with that sort of power, he can become the Kusakage. Hakanai doesn't mind Blanche, but feels that women aren't capable of holding a title with that much prestige, and thus, he wants to take it from her. Hakanai also wishes to obtain all four legendary, and master each of the five elements to become known as the "Five Element Sage". Hakanai has been searching for ways to complete these goals, but his journey has been long. That doesn't stop him from trying, and never will. Hakanai's ultimate wish is to restore honor to his clan. He believes the Uchiha are descendants, even reincarnations of gods into the world, and wants each of them to come together to become known as the best.

Appearance:
Hakanai, much like his brother, stands out within crowds of people, and while many may find this to be his biggest disadvantage, it is what makes him unique compared to average shinobi. Hakanai's hair is long, flowing down his back, black at the top, and has hints of white at the bottom, which are concealed unless he bends his head down. Hakanai wears a white shirt under his kimono, with bandages rising up from his neck to his mouth. Hakanai's headband is kept tied around his neck, above the bandages for all to see. Hakanai wears the Kusagakure flak jacket when on duty, but wears the special robe knitted by his father when off. Hakanai's robe resembles the one his brother has with the exception of his being green with black stripes instead of blue and other colors. He wears the standard sandals, all black, on his feet, and has a Chokuto holstered by the obi sash tied around his waist keeping his kimono from opening. His pants are concealed, but they are also all black, and quite flexible, allowing easy mobility.

When fully unfolded, the large shuriken can be thrown through the air causing great damage.

Type: Universal Accessory.
Special: The rank of the scroll determines the number of items, elements, or techniques that can be sealed within them. Likewise, the rank also determines how many accessory slots the scroll takes up (without an extension item purchased). It should be noted that elements being sealed inside of the scrolls are raw and uncontrollable, and not in unnecessarily large quantities. The "burst" of element extends roughly five meters fanning out from the scroll's open face, and can harm the user in certain situations. Likewise, the scroll must be open in order to summon the element in question.

Description: Scrolls remain one of the most important pieces of equipment in a ninja's arsenal. Because of their size, multiple scrolls can be carried into battle in the front pouches of a flak jacket or in a satchel. This will save space and not sacrifice a much needed piece of equipment which may be required later. In the end, the scroll is useful because it allows the ninja to summon creatures, people and items to their aid. There are also larger scrolls that ninja keep on their back, these are notably A and S-ranked.

Otogakure was finally within my grasp. As the man left, all I could do was smile knowing that I now had the resources to begin my plan. Rubbing my hands, this was going exactly how I foresaw it. Crossing my fingers over one another, performing the special seal used for Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, five clones popped into existence, surrounding me from every direction roughly five meters away. I stared each of them down, and all shared the same intent as me. Nodding at them, they dispersed through the darkness, off to their destination. First, I needed to do some "recruiting". "Hehehe," the thought of what I really wanted to do caused me to giggle. I continued forward until I disappeared within the shadows.

My retort my birth name given to me when I was born. The Aburame clan were one of the four noble clans of Konohagakure, and the best if you ask me. Unlike the rest of our peers, we don't underestimate our foe, no matter how big or small they are. I may not have children, but the ones living within me are all I need when it comes to family. Stepping to the riverbed, I allowed my hand to dip under the rocks, my insects hosted under them as I did what the man did. Without his eye prowess, I was able to accomplish the same thing. I wonder if he would notice. Either way, it was a game, and winning is exactly what it is. It doesn't matter how you get to that point. "I guess you're not the only one," a blatant reference to my rocks crossing the horizon. I took a seat next to the man, staring into the distance while shifting thoughts through my head. "You from around here?"

Since birth, this is the only place I've been able to call home, which for me is a mental notion of my belonging, and whom I should protect should the chance ever present itself. Still, a longing to remove myself away from this location has been guiding my heart down the path of despair. With my leader and comrades becoming complacent, wanting to be apart of the bigger picture has aided me to a disclosed area. It seemed fairly discreet, and unoccupied at first glance, but upon observing the location with more detail, I realized that I wasn't alone. Shrugging it off, I appeared careless and advanced with caution. A man who could carry a conversation would garner my respect before one who ignorantly armed. Playing into the hands of destiny, by the time my distance marked five between me and the other, I would make my presence known, snapping the fingers and thumbs of both hands to notify the person of my arrival.
