Esmail has somewhat serious indigo eyes, and an oval face framed by minimally styled pale honey colored hair. He's very expressive, usually sporting a look composed of furrowed brows and some sort of pout. Esmail stands at about 5'6, and is on the slim side of average weight.
His stature betrays a haughty confidence, not unlike a child's. Clothing is of civilian standard, and tends to favor cool tones of blue and purple.

Perhaps one word to describe Esmail would be that he is very much aware. That is, of his surroundings, of himself, of others. He's constantly making observations and assessing the present state of things. He's definitely one to absorb rather than actively participate in a conversation unless called on or a strong feeling on a subject compels him. His assumed silence tends not to betray his intelligence, though it can easily be read in his eyes. By nature he is very patient, which can also be taken as laziness, but becomes very temperamental when disturbed of what he'd refer to as his 'concentration'-- that is, any varying state of him spacing out on the subject of an observation or daydream. Or one of his naps, as he claims to absorb and articulate information much better in his sleep. It has become more and more apparent that he's simply an idle person, despite his interests in things that typically take more effort than he'd care to give.
