The Misty Mandrel is the water capital's premier crafting and repair center, known across the lands of Mizu no Kuni as expert, and dependable. Basing its business on those two principles, the owners of the Mandrel aim to cater to anyone and everyone with enough Ryo to cover their tab. From custom created wares and equipment of their own to the most extreme of requests, there's no shortage of things the smithies at the Misty Mandrel can produce!
- Come here for all your crafting needs - NPC Craftsman can forge 'Normal' and 'Magical' items using up to 'B' ranked crafting techniques!
