Having never been one for sitting quietly, or for carefully laid plans, Succubus had been the natural choice for the more... noticeable missions. While Dominatrix orchestrated each ANBU's movements, she had given Succubus a small amount of free reign in this matter. The important part of their work currently was simply distracting the Iwagakure Council - giving Mitzy a chance to gather her strength and return. What better distraction than an explosion? The Tsuchikage had forbidden harming the citizens, but perhaps collateral damage was acceptable? This was war, after all!

Still, Succubus had chosen a mostly empty building as her target - the home of Councilman Honda. A large building, near the center of Iwagakure, but containing only his staff, whom she assumed would be able to escape. If not, it was no skin off her nose, after all. Standing atop a stony tower adjacent to the building, she giggled, performing handseals.
"Long live the queen!" The kunoichi cried, before spewing an enormous stream of fire at the Councilman's expansive home. Though most buildings in Iwagakure were as solid as their namesake, the interiors were not, and the fire hurtled through any openings, resulting in the entire upper half of the building catching fire.

She giggled again, dancing upon her stone perch. If that didn't make them come running, she didn't know what would! Still, why miss a chance for more destruction? Continuing her handseals, the firey kunoichi was intent on making them remember the woman they had treated so poorly.

The Spider ANBU had made their first explosive move!

Dai Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will first gather the fire into their mouth. Then, they will spew a massive stream of fire twice the size of Endan and twice as powerful. This technique can also be shot as one large fireball double the size of Endan.

In the distance, one would see a long haired youth dressed in splendid regalia slowly pacing down the street. At his left rest two decorated and sheathed swords, each quietly clanked in their respective positions with every step taken.

Towards the plumes of billowing smoke and fire the lad proceeded, without paying much notice to the chaotic screams breaching the surroundings about him. Within his ears, two small black devices rest snugly with short wiry cords running down across the front of his earthly colored nagajuban, leading to what one would presume was a music player. Head swaying subtly to the music echoing within his auricles [x], long strands of chestnut brown bobbed up and down playfully to the rhythm, particularly the silky long pony tail resting upon his head.

Having arrived at Councilman Honda’s estate, the lone shinobi pressed the gate open, fearing neither the flames nor the heat exuding from the upper floors of the compound. Step by step, he’d diligently proceed past the sizable debris sent scattered from the interior by the previous fiery blasts. Moving towards the base of the woman’s stone perch, he’d look up curiously with a welcoming smile. A single hand waved to the female up above, serving as both a greeting and ushering for her to come down.

While Iaijutsu is mostly known for its shocking speed and form when sheathing and unsheathing their weapon, its roots lie in its defensive nature. Its name serving to teach practitioners that it is those who are aware of their surroundings and prepared for anything that move to be invincible warriors. As is similar to the origin of Iaijutsu where its use lay in helping the practitioner defend themselves when caught by surprise. Due to this nature, when the Iaijutsu practitioner has their weapon sheathed, they instinctively heighten their focus and senses to prepare for any surprise attacks.
Note: Only works when the weapon is sheathed; will not work with the weapon drawn. Iaijutsu practitioners gain a "Sixth Sense" equal in range to their arm length and weapon. Anything that enters this range is immediately sensed allowing for the practitioner to properly defend should they have the capability to do so.

She was too busy dancing and enjoying the initial destruction to notice the arrival of that annoying kid. However, after a few seconds of his idiotic waving, she would catch his presence from the corner of her eye. Hah! What a punk. Though Mitzy had told her not to harm civilians, nothing was said of nosey Iwa-nin that tried to get in her eye. And so she'd begin her attack, screaming only she begun movement, acting without caring whether she got a response or not. It was time to bury this kid. No one messed with Mitzy!

"Who the HELL are you!?"

The stone perch stood twenty meters tall in the sky. Given her vantage pint, shooting down on him would be too easy. And so, without much thought, she'd shoot out a thread a lightning speed, the kind that would yank her body and make her move at incredible speeds. There stood a tower nearby, which would be the subject of reception for her sticky thread. And so, as her body soared through the sky, she would sever the connection momentarily, allowing momentum to carry her while flipped through a few familiar seals. A jutsu was fired odd when she could look directly down at the swordsman, letting off yet another fiery terror, this time, while seemingly hovering over him some twenty meters above. Once shot, her nails produced more threads, allowing her to glide back to another building some twenty metro above ground, and away from her opponent.

{JUTSU}Kumo Kenshi (Spider Silk Thread)

• Although the Sasanagi may spit their threads at an opponent, there are more uses to the creation than simply that. With this technique, the Sasanagi clan member can create lengths of thread for any purpose, and these may also be produced under the Sasanagi's fingernails (for a total of ten threads). Lengths of thread may be used for their sticky properties to subdue opponents, or expelled at heights to ascend quickly; the possibilities are limitless, aside from the range.

• Note: These threads are tethers that are roughly the size of an average person’s finger; they’re very visible in broad daylight. These threads possess a reasonable amount of force (capable of lifting and restraining a fully grown man effortlessly). This technique also allows the user to manipulate objects that their webs have wrapped around (such as picking up and throwing objects, or making a person move if they’ve been restrained).

• It should be noted that if the thread is cut or destroyed in any way, it will become immobile and thus unable to be used. The user can then “sever” it at their fingernail, and emit another in its place.

Given the close proximity of the buildings (adjacent), to make the previous statements true the tower cannot be as tall as you suggest due to the sheer angle that makes it neigh impossible to aim such a massive stream of fire through any openings. I believe that the appropriate height of the tower to be shorter than the councilman’s home, otherwise you’d be aiming straight down – making it rather difficult to gauge the distance required to only set fire to the upper half of the building. With that in mind, this is a large home within the city – not a megaplex or office building or any other sort of structure that’d imply the height you proposed (20 meters is approx 65 feet which is approx 6 stories – which I personally find to be far too unreasonable for a city home). I suggest we make the home a four story structure (which is the largest I’m willing to believe; approx. 40 feet/12 m) and set the tower to 10 meters in height so that we can obtain the necessary conditions needed to validate the previous posts.

Despite being oblivious to the woman’s mad ranting from atop the ten meter tower, her intent was made rather clear given the actions previously taken against the councilman’s home. Having already committed to stopping the arsonist prior to arriving at the estate, the young Kaede promptly acted as her figure vaulted across the open chasm and the threads were severed.

Swiftly launching himself at an angle to preempt his assailant (now nine meters off the ground), the distasteful woman would find that with the combination of gravity’s pull and his own movements taken into account, the lad had easily entered sword reach by her second seal. It was then that he’d make his first strike. Left hand already contacting the sword’s hilt, a brief surge of chakra erupted, rocketing the wakizashi directly at the woman’s face. This alone ought to disrupt the woman’s sealing string. Not stopping here however, the youth continued to keep tempo with what ought to be the woman’s next seal. No sooner had the wakizashi left its holster did his left hand release from the sheath. At the same time his left foot kicked back near instantaneously as a well-timed follow up. The sheath too would soar forth, rocketing directly at the woman’s seal formations in an attempt to harshly disrupt her aggressions. The expected outcome would end in her hands being smashed to oblivion should she persist. If she had not, the unorthodox attack would most likely continue, smashing directly into her abdomen and most likely robbing her of what breath she had.

Movements still fluid as ever, the thoroughly drilled genin proceeded with his third step after the sheath had vaulted forth. Not leaving his opponent a moment’s breadth, his right hand instinctively crossed over, reaching for the katana also on his left. With a single terrifying sweep imbued with purity of motion lacking waste, he’d tear the weapon from its sheath, slashing horizontally at the woman in an attempt to slice her in (two at the waist) immediately following the previous assault that should have disrupted her seals.

Dancing within the candlelit sky of that starry night, the two clashed with a beauty only described as breathless. With each passing moment, the maliciously aggressive woman found herself held at bay by the young Kaede’s symphony of strikes. And with it? The sky was painted a vibrant red as if a seas of roses that welcomed the end of their magnificent performance.

Having been torn asunder midair, the woman’s body fell to the ground with ungraciously poor form. The shinobi, calm as ever, landed lightly with a dull thud while turning to face the corpse. His wrist flickered ever so firmly as blood scattered from his blade. Walking over briefly to reclaim his sheath and wakizashi, he’d place both back at his side. After all these years, it was still awkward to have them missing from their rightful places.

Assuring that his opponent had reached Yama’s door, he’d decapitate the woman with a single solitary strike before once again flicking his blade clean and finally sheathing it once more. With the head, he’d proceed to the employment office in order to notify them of the completed task.
