ANATOMY
Okita looks frail. Just shy of six feet, he stands at five feet, ten inches with a lean, borderline scrawny, build. His shoulders are broader than one would expect. Despite this, he doesn’t look malnourished. Okita’s skin is a pale white which contrasts with his midnight black hair. His glimmering, almost ethereal, gold eyes only add to his awkward aesthetic.

APPAREL
Kiro’s attire consists of a non-traditional shozoku: a white silk saifuku; over which a patternless black hō, that has been intricately threaded with golden fibers, rests on top; a black hakama to cover the waist down; and to finish, a black-fibered kogake for the feet. On his left shoulder rests a sode made of dyed leather, decorated with gold-colored alloy flaps. He wears open-thumb leather gloves which are only taken off at home.

The most unique accessory is a black with gold accents mask, a memento of his mother, that he has restored and re-fashioned with a veil.

A quiet introvert. That would be the best way to describe Okita. He keeps to himself, speaks only when spoken to, and rarely has one seen or heard Okita raise his voice. These mannerisms have led to a strong sense of self-awareness and observational prowess. Having a near insatiable thirst for knowledge, Kiro spends most of his time reading and researching. He is particularly fond of information regarding horticulture, religion, and social sciences.

His quietness and lack of desire for social engagements leads most to believe he lacks confidence, which couldn’t be further from the truth. Where he may not consider himself the most attractive person, Okita doesn’t doubt his intellect or abilities.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!

Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. This technique can only be used once per three turn. While one can switch with a variety of things it needs to be within reason, switching with a chair, log, fallen tree is acceptable, but switching with a dust particle is obviously not.

Henge no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user takes on the form of another object, whether it be an animal, plant, or inanimate object. This transformation is exactly like the genuine article, so it is impossible to tell the two apart without special methods.

Note: The user must transform themselves into an object of similar proportions and mass is conserved. This means that one cannot Henge into a Bijuu, summon, or other gigantic object. It should also be noted that while you can transform into a rock, you will not have its hardness and while you can turn into a bird you will not necessarily understand how to fly.

Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themselves. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other Ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with Doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area around them with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will disperse.

Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold Chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.

Kinobori no Waza is an Academy Ninjtusu technique. By focusing a small amount of Chakra to the bottom of their feet, the user can climb a tree (or other vertical wall) without utilizing their hands. This technique requires a small amount of chakra control: if the stream of Chakra is too weak, the user will loose their footing; if too strong, the user will be pushed away from the surface.

Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of Chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repelling force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of Chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build Chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possible to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.

Note: The user must know Kinobori no Waza in order to use this technique.

Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Soushuuha is a Ninjutsu technique used in order to give aerial projectiles a slight edge in combat. After the needed handseals, this technique allows the user to hover multiple projectiles (a maximum of five), like kunai, in the air while they approach a target. They can then unleash a torrent of projectiles much faster than if each was thrown individually.

Note: This barrier’s maximum range is 50 meters in all directions. Hand seal must be held to maintain effect. Jutsu will end immediately upon breaking the hand seal.

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a universal sight Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw projectiles such as kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it. These clones will continue to multiply each time they are disrupted, eventually wearing the target out into a state of exhaustion.

The user performs the necessary hand seals, designating their target within their range. Immediately, the target will perceive the surface beneath their feet to be soft and giving, so much so that they begin to sink into it. Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a simple yet effective Genjutsu technique which allows the user to play a nasty visual truck on their opponents, causing them to travel around an area lost, in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over. Most effective in enclosed areas such as forests or jungle.

If the user comes under attack, they can use this technique to cover their escape. After forming the needed hand seals, their body will disperse into an element (birds, mist, water,etc) they have an affinity for. This dispersion will confuse and distract their opponent while they escapes or hide.

Note: Those outside of the immediate range of this technique will still be able to see the caster attempting to escape,and thus counter.

The user forms the hand seals, designating their target within their range. Immediately, the target will begin to slow, perceiving everything around them as occurring at an incredibly fast speed. In reality, this Genjutsu has slowed their perceptions, and in doing so reduced their reflexes and physical abilities to match the new, slower speed of their mind. From the outside, it might appear as though the target is moving through molasses, as their body slows with their mind.

Kikaichuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilized by the Aburame clan. At birth, the user is serves to host as a nest for the Kikaichuu. In exchange for allowing them to feed off their chakra, the bugs will do the bidding of the user. These insects are capable of seeking out the chakra of the opponent, draining it (Mid per turn), and giving it to the user (Half of amount drained), increasing their own reserve.

Note: By default, members of the Aburame clan begin every battle with 2,000 bugs.

Running this web over the area will cause any nearby bugs to walk up into it and follow it back to the source.

Note: This technique gathers non-Kikaichuu, equaling 250 insects.
