- Dream within a Dream: Although Genjutsu is a very powerful art, its fervor is very much so dampened by the fact that once it's been revealed to be nothing more than illusion, combating the art is relatively easy. However, illusionists are known for their trickery -- not their brawn. For a single increment of chakra, equivalent to the genjutsu in question being recast, plus another Low, the user may immediately recast their last genjutsu - so long as it was either broken via pain or Kai - or a lower rank genjutsu. This can lead victims to believe that they are stuck in the illusion, regardless of what they do or have escaped but in fact have not.

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a universal sight Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw projectiles such as kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it. These clones will continue to multiply each time they are disrupted, eventually wearing the target out into a state of exhaustion.

Note: Those outside of the immediate range of this technique will still be able to see the caster attempting to escape, and thus counter.

A highly useful Genjutsu with many variations. The user forms the hand seals, designating their target within their range. Immediately, the target will feel as though their arms are bound to their sides and completely unmovable. The user can determine how they want their binding to appear; for example, one user might cause the binding to appear to be punji stakes pinning the target's arms to their torso, while another might make it appear as though a snake is constricting the target. The user will perceive this as though it is reality; for example, they will hear the hissing of the snake. However, they will not feel pain unless the user has a means to do so.

Jigoku Gouka no Jutsu is a visual Genjutsu technique that causes the user's target to see a vision of fire. After forming the needed handseals, a huge ball of fire will descend from the sky to envelope the user's chosen target. The victim/s of the Genjutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire and will most likely feel compelled to flee their location for safety, in fear of their lives or be consumed by the phantom heat.

An advanced form of Manugareru which makes it seem that the user is scattering into the air in the shape of a personalized theme of their liking (small animals - spiders / snakes / crows, objects, paper, flower petals, etc). Commonly used with slithering and crawling animal or object although each person usually has their own use mark. After forming the required handseals this technique will make one's presence truly hidden, allowing for a strategic retreat or for a stealth attack. The structure behind it is akin to Kawarimi no Jutsu, which will have the user previously disappeared from their place, leaving one's image behind to disperse after an attack or at will and the user will reappear when the "pieces" get back together at a location, which will make it easier for a target to follow.
Note: This technique must be prepped beforehand. After activation, the user will become shrouded with their Inton chakra so long as they remain within ten meters of where the technique was activated. This reforming “clone” will then piece itself back together anywhere within this ten meter area, and recycle the process as long as the user continues funneling Chakra into the technique.
This technique affects all those within range of the activation point. Stepping outside of this range, however, will “break” the Genjutsu. This technique was created by Vegapunk.

The user forms the hand seals, designating their target within their range. Immediately, the target will begin to slow, perceiving everything around them as occurring at an incredibly fast speed. In reality, this Genjutsu has slowed their perceptions, and in doing so reduced their reflexes and physical abilities to match the new, slower speed of their mind. From the outside, it might appear as though the target is moving through molasses, as their body slows with their mind.

The user forms the hand seals, designating their target within their range. Immediately, the target will perceive their weapon quickly dissolving into nothing. Once the weapon has completely dissolved, which takes roughly three seconds, the user will lose the ability to perceive the weapon in any way, likely dropping it as they can no longer perceive themselves holding it. The user can determine how they want the dissolution to occur; for example, one user might make it appear as though the weapon is coming apart into a cloud of flower petals.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must combine it with a distraction.
Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.

Fuubaku Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique used by shinobi in conjunction with common explosive devices such as exploding notes. With this, the user can choose when their explosives detonate, opposed to being at the mercy of a countdown.
Note: This ability allows the user detonate his or her explosive notes instantly, opposed to their normal "timed" explosion. Without this technique, the user cannot automatically detonate their tags.

Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, or other similar object - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!
Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. This technique can only be used once per turn. Item switched with must be somewhat mentioned prior to use, in previous turns (most likely during area descriptions). While one can switch with a variety of things it needs to be within reason, switching with a chair, log, fallen tree is acceptable, but switching with a dust particle is obviously not.

Henge no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user takes on the form of another object, whether it be an animal, plant, or inanimate object. This transformation is exactly like the genuine article, so it is impossible to tell the two apart without special methods.
Note: The user must transform themselves into an object of similar proportions and mass is conserved. This means that one cannot Henge into a Bijuu, summon, or other gigantic object. It should also be noted that while you can transform into a rock, you will not have it's hardness and while you can turn into a bird you will not necessarily understand how to fly.
Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themselves. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other Ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with Doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area around them with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will disperse.
Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold Chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique)

Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of Chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repelling force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of Chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build Chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possible to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.
