His eyes are a shade darker than his hair. He is your typical "badass archetype in appearance with a twist of off kilter style. His trademark is his tattoo on the right side of his face. In casual attire, Rekka wears a rather "professional" with a white dress up button up shirt with a red tie to accent his fascination with red. With his trademark tattoo marking on the right side of his face, he can make anything badass just off the tattoo alone. To top off his casual look, Rekka would wear a belt made of a crimson colored stone as a belt buckle with occult designs along with black dress pants and crimson shoes. Because of his loose attitude, he generally leaves his short off, making "professional out the window. In his battle, on duty attire is a different story. Rekka ties his hair in the back with a band. He'll usually have a cigarette in his mouth, in battle or not (it helps him cope). He has a black and red choker on his neck with tribal marking in the design. To kick off his wear, Rekka wears your traditional mesh like shirt as protection slightly as an undershirt followed by a white t-shirt with red flames on the ends of the sleeves and bottom of it. He also wears a red hooded jacket (sleeveless) with scarlet red wrist bands and a strap around his jacket to carry his light bow needed for his Hosatsu style along with his quiver, equipped with his 30 arrows. For his waist, he keeps the belt style but it would give the appearance that Rekka equipped a lot of bombs and explosive, resembling dynamite. He wear black loose cargo shorts which house many of his secondary weapons. Ending his look with black shinobi tabi. His Hitai-ite is above his head and hair.

Special: Shunshin no Jutsu is a high-speed movement in which the user moves in a linear fashion from one point to another. Shunshin no Jutsu can be used once per thread, plus once more each time it is retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it simple combines high mobility with a distraction to give off the appearance of vanishing - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to.

Description: The basis of all Hosatsu techniques, Sujitama governs the power of all fired arrows. With time, the practitioner's arm gains the strength to create powerful draw upon his or her bow. The user may choose to actively utilize this strength to enhance the power of his or her bowshots. However, due to the use of a light bow, the user's shots will never achieve the sort of power that one who uses a heavier bow will be able to obtain. All shots move at twice the speed of a naturally thrown kunai, unless specifically modified by an additional technique.

Description: The woodpecker is an interesting creature, capable of raising and lowering its head at immense speeds in order to drill holes through wood. The user of Hosatsu attempts to mimick that speed in the way in which he raises his hand, pulls out an arrow, knocks the arrow to his bow, and then fires it. Since this is the product of training and not any sort of feat of strength, it requires no chakra or stamina upkeep. At D Rank, one may knock and fire an arrow once every three seconds. At C Rank, one may knock and fire an arrow once every 2.5 seconds. At B Rank, one may knock and fire an arrow every 2 seconds. At A Rank, one may knock and fire an arrow every 1.5 seconds. At S Rank, one may knock and fire an arrow every 1 second.

Special: Distance that fireball can travel before automatically igniting depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank. Fireball measures 1 meter, plus 1 more each time retrained. Fireballs travel at the speed of a kunai, and explode on impact for 5 meters all around.
Description: Although basic, the fireball technique is nonetheless efficient and deadly. After forming the necessary handseals, the shinobi will expel a jet stream of fire from their mouth, which quickly forms into a large fireball. The user can fire this ball off in any direction they wish, resulting in a small explosion upon impact.

Enkou Shinka (Essence of the Sacred Flames)

Enshō O Okoshite buki (Inflamed Weaponry)

Special: Technique is only capable of setting 10 projectile weapons on fire, or heating up 1 primary weapon of metallic nature, before another set of hand seals and chakra consumption is needed. When in the user´s hands, the projectile weaponry will only heat up. It is only when they are thrown or fired that they ignite into flames. Primary weaponry cannot be set to flames, but its heated attribute still allows it to substantially burn any enemies it might strike. Heated weaponry stays active for 5 turns before requiring another chakra cost of 'Low'.
Description: After forming the hand seals, the user´s hands will charge with heat, and they are then capable of transferring that heat into any item they hold. With this technique, the user will be able to throw flaming projectlles at their enemies, or heat up a held metallic weapon of their choice.

Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique)

Special: Distance of fireballs and intensity of flames depends on the highest rank known of 'Enkou Shinka'. Up to one fireball can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Basic yet very effective within the Katon arsenal of jutsu, this technique allows the ninja to emit a series of small fire balls after a simple set of handseals are made. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, because they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai, and only select doujutsu and bloodline abilities allow the user to see through the deception.

Katon Bunshin no Jutsu (Fire Clone Technique)

Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Being elementally based, this clone can use any c-ranked or lower katon techniques the user knows.
Description: With this technique, the Katon user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of a most intense fire, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, the fire clone is capable of using a hefty amount of the original user's fire-based techniques either for defensive means or offensive.
