I would like to swap the Tsubame gyouko with Gosunkugi no yuki since the first jutsu has been removed.
Swapping this:
Tsubame gyouko (Freezing swallows).

Special: Causes a 1 meter area around the impact location of any one "Tsubame fubuki" to freeze completely. Each time retrained grants one more meter. If the swallows miss and strike a wall or the floor, they create a sharp icicle with base diameter of one meter and a height of one meter.
Description: An extension of "Tsubame fubuki". Upon the use of the "bird" seal, the Yukina's swallows emit a blue glow. Once activated, they not only furiously pelt their target, but encase the area of impact with ice. If these swallows miss and strike a wall or the ground, they instead create large icicles.
Domain: Yukina. Yuki no kami "A". Must know Tsubame fubuki.
