Description: The basis behind the majority of Ototon techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very sound waves around them. 'Sound Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Ototon nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over all sound around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Special: Can ring up to one bell, plus one more each time retrained, for a max of 20 bells. The technique cannot be activated if the user cannot ring the bells. Distance vibration can travel depends on the user's highest 'Ototon Ryouuken' rank.
Description: An extremely simple technique within the manipulation of the Sound Element, upon performing the handseal, the user sends vibrating sound chakra through a wire that they are physically touching to a Senbon Bell, which is normally attached along or at the end of the wire. This vibrating chakra forces the Sound Bells to vibrate in effect, potentially creating several "ringing bell" sounds around an opponent. Though weak and unnecessary at first glance, this is simply a follow-up technique for more deadly, advantageous tactics.

Ototon-Inkaten Shinkirou no Jutsu (Flashing Point Mirage) 50

Special: This jutsu only works when a sound is being made. The mirage itself is limited to move where the sound was originally made, no more than the same distance as "Sound Dominion". The sound acts as a trigger for the genjutsu; therefore, if the opponent does not hear the sound, the mirage is not seen. While the mirage is a visual illusion the trigger is activated by hearing. The mirage can only be an image of yourself or of someone else the PC has seen and encountered in the past. For example, you cannot just create a mirage of a giant bijuu to make the opponent flee. Up to one mirage can be made per turn, plus one each time retrained. Mirages lasts until victim destroys or disrupts the illusion.
Description: The user focuses their chakra on a noise or vibration and manipulates the sound waves to create a quick lasting mirage. The mirage usually consists of the users own image, but with enough skill the user can create any image they want.

Description: A useful almost immediate affect that most ninja soon come to love. The user performs the needed seals to activate the technique, and the target chosen by the user is immediately affected. The victim of this technique feels theirs hands twitch straight away, then become sluggish after the initial twitch, leaving the hands to feel slow. Almost as though their hands were losing feeling and becoming numb. This has a very high potential to mess up handseals in progress, and may slow down future seals.

Ashigatsuru no Jutsu (Jelly Dead Leg) 150

Special: Can be used one a single appendage within a target per turn, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, the chakra consumption of this technique will go up by one.
Description: With this simple illusion, the target will begin to feel their arms and legs loose and wobbly, almost as if they had become glue or jelly. This forces the victim to not feel pain, but instead lose balance and feel wobbly, as well as feel unable to properly feel their arms.

Horoshi no Jutsu (Creeping Crawling Skin) 50

Special: Produces up to 5 grotesque ants, plus 5 more each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, the chakra consumption of this technique will go up by one.
Description: Once the needed seals have been formed, the target of the victim becomes aware of movement under their own skin, like there’s something underneath. At this point the skin on the victim breaks open into little holes, and hundreds of ants climb from the openings. These ants quickly cover the victim’s skin and overwhelm them. This can act as a major distraction as the victim will generally try to get them off in a panic.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique) 15

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.
