Special: Summons a huge lightning serpent to destroy an area. Serpent size is determined by the user's highest 'Karain Shin' rank, and can be proportioned to the user's wish. It cannot be stopped by solid releases such as Doton due to the flowing nature of Raiton (the beast will simply reform), but releases of similar properties such as Suiton and Fuuton will easily put it down. Serpent lasts until destroyed, and can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. When destroyed, serpent explodes in a brilliant blinding flash and many small yet strong thunder bolts that shooting randomly, affecting ALL except the user for the serpent's total size.
Description: One of the strongest and hardest techniques within the Raiton series to create, this technique brings both onto the battlefield an awesomely large serpent like entity comprised of pure lightning. This colossal creature moves fast and can climb onto all forms of surfaces. The trick is that it is comprised of Raiton energy, so it doesn’t actually walk – it hovers ever so softly over anything it chooses to cross, temporarily changing the surface’s charge in order for it to be compatible with the beast. However, as large as it is, it’s rather dumb, and follows only the most basic of the user’s mental commands. Summon only at appropriate times!

Special: The user will finish a large amount of handseals and have the palm of their dominant hand pointed towards the intended target. The user must have good footing, for the techniques blow back force is so fierce that it’ll hurt the user as much as the victim if the user isn’t ready. Once fired the technique will rush at ferocious speeds towards the target. The width of this large lightning blast is thirty meters with twenty meters in height. Once the technique has reached fifty meters or approached the target the electrical explosion will occur. Shocking anything within' fifty meters length and thirty meters width from the point of the electrical explosion. The user may train this several times over. Each time learned the electrical explosions length increases ten meters and the traveling length also increases ten meters.
Description: Once the user has supreme footing they’ll start and finish a large amount of handseals. Once those handseals are finished they’ll extend their arm as far as it’ll reach, open their palm while aiming upon the target and fire the technique. A huge amount of condensed electricity will shoot from the user’s dominant hand. Once this technique is shot the user will experience a slight one meter blow back force, however will keep their arm extended and continue firing the technique, if they achieved supreme footing. If their footing was not good they’ll experience a twenty meter blow back force and the techniques strength will be cut in half. When the technique fires the sound is like a ferocious lion marking its territory. The speed is extreme, traveling faster than all Taijutsu Primary masters. Once the target has been hit or the technique travels fifty meters a large fifty meter electrical explosion will occur. Everything from the point of the electrical explosion and fifty meters from that point, and thirty meters wide will practically be cooking from intense electrical shocks. This technique is considered a finisher. The technique is known to level buildings from the travel alone, and eliminate small villages from the electrical explosion.

脱兎の CHISOKU INADZUMA NO JUTSU

Special: Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu is an expansion of Shunshin no Jutsu. Meaning the uses correlate with Shunshin no Jutsu. One use of Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu takes away a usage of Shunshin no Jutsu. The user only needs to learn this once, to continue the usages of Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu one simply learns Shunshin no Jutsu over again.
Description: Everything is practically mimicked from Shunshin no Jutsu. However the only difference with Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu is raiton chakra is used to blind the victim whom is looking upon the user before the technique happens. This blinding lightning is enough to cause a simple distraction so anyone looking upon the user can’t read the Shunshin and where the user is headed. The simple blinding lightning appears automatically for the user, blinding anyone looking upon the user from 20 meters away and requires no extra timing. The potency of the flash obviously weakens the further the victim is from the user. Anyone 10 meters or less from the user is blinded for one post. Someone 11 through 20 meters away is blinded for half a post. Meaning this technique is practically the same as Shunshin no Jutsu minus the small blinding of lightning. Sadly however, this technique will surly give away the users location if they’re being stealthy.

Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Being elementally based, this clone can use any c-ranked or lower raiton techniques the user knows. Can be relearned up to 4 times for a maximum of 5 clones created.
Description: With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. While easily capable of being use for offensive means, the raiton bunshin also makes for an equally solid defense due to its ability to harness raiton-based techniques.

Special: Denkou Kyuuzou is a technique exclusively known by Kumogakure no Sato shinobi. The technique allows the user to provide a sudden surge of Raiton chakra around a ten meter radius. This technique requires a quick amount of handseals and is then sudden. Additionally the user may only use this thrice within’ one thread. Each training improves the amount one may use this technique within’ a thread by one.
Description: Denkou Kyuuzou is one of the most useful techniques within’ Kumogakure no Sato. Because of its sudden attack it generally shocks the victim mentally and physically. The techniques ability is simple. When the user finishes the measly handseals a sudden surge of lightning appears wildly in a ten meter radius around the user. Any victim being shocked within’ this radius of the sudden lightning surge will be paralyzed for two seconds. Unable to properly move their body from that sudden surge or Raiton chakra coursing through their body.

Description: After forming the necessary hand seals and gathering chakra for a turn, glowing orbs form in a twenty-five meter radius around a target area. Crackling with life, electricity whips within the area capturing all who cannot escape—chances of escape are thin for, the density of the field is thick with electric currents. If hit, the targets' muscles will contract much like the victim of a tazer, causing those caught within to collapse to the ground for the duration of the movement. After finishing the handseals, the user must hold the last seal, as long as the seal is held the jutsu remains intact. Though it drains mid chakra each post, and those who enter are subject to the same effect.

Sanzengarasu no Jutsu (Scattering One Thousand Crows Technique)[/u]

Special: Crows can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Up to 10 are summoned initially, with 10 more each time this jutsu is re-learned for a maximum of 100 crows. Crows move almost as fast as kunai, and maintain a mental chakra connection to the user for the sake of communication.
Description: The base behind the Akegarasu is their control and use of crows in battle, displayed well with this technique. After forming a few simple seals, the crow king will call upon a murder of crows to fly around and envelop the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. From here, either a comrade or the user can move within the flock wearing dark clothes and wielding a dark weapon almost undetected. With the target distracted by the crows, the ninja can strike more efficiently. Finally, the mass of crows can obscure any retreating ninja, as the crows are massive in numbers and composed of the user's chakra. When no longer needed, the murder of crows will simply puff away in smoke.

Yamiyo Karasu no Jutsu (Giant Crow Technique)[/u]

Special: Giant crow requires 50 crows for creation, stands tall at 10 meters, and measures 10 more meters from its tail to its beak, with a 20 meter wingspan. In order to give the giant crow instructions, the 'Bird' seal must be held. Once riding the crow itself moves at speeds roughly a bit faster than a well thrown kunai. Can sustain attacks 'A' rank and below. While it cannot use ninjutsu or genjutsu, the giant crow excels at taijutsu.
Description: A more advanced Akegarasu secret technique, the clan member expresses their dominion over the sacred crow by calling their murder together, and forcing them all to converge at once. The result is the evolution of a species, with one giant crow as a living testament of the technique's success. Despite its size, the crow has not lost its speed, and instead is a bit more durable, granting its master an aerial edge unlike any other.

Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Body Paralysis Technique)[/u]

Special: Handseal must be held at all times during binding. Eye contact with victim ensures instant capture. Otherwise, the user must keep the target within their range of vision, holding the seal while the paralysis takes the victim over for the duration of one post. Works only on victim's with lower EXP than the ANBU. Can be held for one turn plus one more each time retrained, and can only be broken out of with large chakra influxes such as Bijuu or the Eight Chakra Gates.
Description: One of the most basic yet deadly jutsu available to ANBU, Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual in place. After a single seal is formed, the user must make be able to see the target they wish to bind; if eye contact with one another is establish, the bind is instant. Otherwise, the ANBU will struggle to take over the opponent's chakra with their own. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.
