Special: Highest rank known determines grade, type and quality of puppet that can be controlled. When finger puppet control is down to 2, one more 'S' ranked training allows the puppeteer to master his craft and control any puppet with merely a single finger.

Description: Kugutsu no Jutsu is a fundamental ninjutsu technique behind all forms of puppetry, and the perfered method of execution for shinobi that have discovered its use in battle. By emitting threads of chakra that allow perfect control between the user and their creation, it allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.

Description: Through intense training, the puppet master can harden their chakra string creations so that they are not so easily severed. With additional chakra added to the strings, they grow thicker and stronger, thus gaining a wiry feel to them.

Ishiin Chakura no Jutsu (Chakra Thread Body Control)

Type: Defensive / Specialized Ninjutsu

Chakra: High
Special: Allows for the user's chakra strings to be strong enough to control a human body. Only physical movement can be controlled. Highest rank known determines how many people can be controlled at once, as well as how fast a manipulated person can move in relation to their own maximum speed.

Description: Kikou Junpuu is a defensive ninjutsu technique used by puppet masters. Upon sensing danger either to their puppets or themselves, a surge of chakra is sent forth to the appendage available for use (given the pupper master has converted part of their body into pupper form). This shield is created when chakra is emited in the form of a disk from panels which fan out from said part. Potent, this chakra can block many deadly attacks but some attacks can gum up the puppet joints and render the arms useless.

Taishoku Kugutsu (Body-Puppet Self Conversion)

Type: Passive / Specialized Ninjutsu

Chakra: Massive
Special: Requires medical expertise to aid in the body part transplant. Can add any puppet enhancement, either from the list or custom, within reason. Transplant and installation must be RP'd out. Rank determines what kind of attachments may be used, how long the transplant RP must last, and the required medic level to ensure the operation is a success.
