Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Special: Flickering is near-instantaneous forward movement, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing as chakra pushes their legs to inhumane levels. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunshin.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Special: Dominion extends 10 meters in every direction of the user, and goes up 10 more with each rank learned.
Description: The basis behind the majority of Ototon techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very sound waves around them. 'Sound Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Ototon nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over all sound around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Sanzengarasu no Jutsu (Scattering One Thousand Crows Technique)

Special: Crows can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Up to 10 are summonsed the first time, with 10 more each time this jutsu is re-learned. Crows move almost as fast as kunai, and maintain a mental chakra connection to the user for the sake of communication.
Description: The base behind the Akegarasu is their control and use of crows in battle, displayed well with this technique. After forming a few simple seals, the crow king will call upon a murder of crows to fly around and envelop the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. From here, either a comrade or the user can move within the flock wearing dark clothes and wielding a dark weapon almost undetected. With the target distracted by the crows, the ninja can strike more efficiently. Finally, the mass of crows can obscure any retreating ninja, as the crows are massive in numbers and composed of the user's chakra. When no longer needed, the murder of crows will simply puff away in smoke.

Special: Range depends on the user's highest Sound Dominion rank. The sound bullets move at the same speed as a thrown kunai, and are similar in size to a baseball. Highest rank known determines amount of bullets fired per shot, as well as extra vibrating, penetrating powers the bullets carry as bonus damage.

Special: Induces extreme visual-altering dizziness, loss of balance that bans any movement outside of walking, and a sense of nausea - all of this results in the victim's paralysis for one turn when struck. Each time retrained, range increases by a 1 meter. Affects enemies as well as allies equally.
Description: Kyoumeisen is a specialized ninjutsu technique which uses sound waves created by the Sound Wave Amplifier to disrupt a persons inner ear. After the amplifier releases sound waves either through sheer movement or after it has been struck, the user manipulates their chakra to move the waves directly into the inner ear of their opponent, surpassing the limits of human tolerance greatly. By disrupting it in this manner, the victim loses their sense of balance and will likely vomit. Even if the opponent has their ears plugged, the user can direct the sound through their body - because the body is 70% water, it conducts the sound just as well. This allows the sound waves to still reach the inner ear, regardless of obstruction.

Scream induces heavy vomiting, disorientation, lack of balance, lack of overall bodily homeostasis, and panic. While screaming, user remains in place. Highest rank known determines how long the effects of the user's scream can last upon its victims.

Description: A very straight forward and offensive technique, scream allows the user to attack multiple targets at once with a powerful, almost deafening scream. The user will need to draw in a deep breath before performing the technique, which will then expand all around the user for the duration of the technique.

Oto Bunshin no Jutsu (Sound Clone Technique)

Special: Clone speed matches that of the user, and can go anywhere the user can, but dissipate once the user leaves the thread in which they were made. When defeated, Sound Clones explode in a wave of destructive sound waves, vibrating everything on a molecular level and causing much destruction across 5 meters. Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: With this technique, the Ototon user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of elementally recomposed sound chakra, this clone retains the user's movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, many solid physical attacks pass through the clone, the sound waves vibrating whatever it is that struck. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes, releasing a blast of sound waves so strong that any caught in the blast will be dazed, sickened, off-balance, and heavily damaged on a molecular level due to the intense vibrations.
