Description: Shousen Jutsu is one of the most fundamental yet vital Medical Ninjutsu techniques utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the ninja is highly skilled, they are able to heal more critical injuries. Highly skilled medical-nin can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.

I should now, after adding this, have 1025 EXP in medical jutsu, so I'll be taking this mastery:
Chakra mastery allows the user excellent control over the chakra they use, how it's molded, and ultimately, how much is used, so much so that they can lower the chakra consumption of all mastery jutsu. When first learned, the user can cast jutsu of the Mastery class for one chakra consumption tier less than normal. Each time re-acquired, cost continues to drop by one less tier each time.

Description: Though basic, the Golden Thunder Power applies to any punch or kick with enough chakra behind it to send the victim behind the strike flying. Such a strike often results in added injury from the forced flight, as well as the strike itself.
