Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)

Description: A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals and objects out of thin air and into the battlefield in order to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. Finally, signing this contract also allows the animal to reverse summon the human ninja to their location.

Description: This version of Kuchiyose allows the summoner to effectively call weapons within their possession, stored away somewhere distance. Useful when the ninja is weaponless and in a pinch.

Kuchiyose - Gorotsuku (Summoning - People)

Special: Can only summon PC characters that have agreed to being summoned via a written contract. Summoned people are sent back only when either the summoner dies, or the thread ends; upon exiting, they are instantly sent back to their last location.
Description: This version of Kuchiyose allows the summoner to effectively call upon living, breathing humans from either a scroll or by seals, after the appropriate contract has been made.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu / High-Speed Movement
Range: 0 - 10 meters

Special: Flickering is near-instantaneous forward movement, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing as chakra pushes their legs to inhumane levels. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunshin.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

With enough time and practice, the ninja learns to master the art of Hyper Sealing - that is, creating and shaping handseals for jutsu at much less the the time it takes normal shinobi. Because this Mastery level is multi-leveled, each one attained makes a jutsu hand count one rank less than it would be - i.e. 2 masteries of this in one Release, say Fire, means an 'A' ranked Fire jutsu has a 'C' ranked handseal casting time.[/blockquote]

i would have more than 1000 experience in Kuchiyose Summoning so i think i get a mastery.
