Powerful fuuton users can use this fan to intenstify their Fuuton jutsu, and even cast them with no handseals by imbuing chakra into the wind by way of their fan. The weapon also allows the user to store energy up, and release it to intensify other attacks. To preform Fuuton Jutsu without hand seals, you must charge for the approximate time it would take to preform the handseals, and then swing.
