Description: The Sound Wave Amplifier is a porous metal gauntlet that the user wears on either arm. It is used to amplify or absorb sound waves caused by the user's arm's movements as it vibrates at such a range so as to disrupt the inner ear membrane of the target. The sound waves caused by the amplifier can then be manipulated, amplified further, and finally directed with chakra towards their victim, causing more damage. Relatively useless on its own, it requires knowledge Ototon to properly wield.

Unmei wasn't popular within Bakudon City, but he had been around enough to know how things worked, legally and illegally. Nevertheless he made note to familiarize himself with the City's trade market, it was a necessity, at least if he wanted to get the right things at a proper price. Walking through the square, cowboy esque doors, Unmei stepped to the store owners counter, tapping a bell to get his attention as he seemed to be occupied by some novel. He greeted Unmei with a tone if trust, Unmei responded respectfully...

I'd like those sound wave gauntlets Ossan haha. Finally racked up the money to pay for'em.

Another yawn ripped from the mouth of the Genin as he once more entered the Earthly Extrusions. A small smirk crossed his face as the older craftsman greeted him with jeers and good natured teasing and mocking. He hadn't been by in so long the though he'd died, or given on his crafting. He wasn't the best Takumi in Hidden Stone but he was certainly talented and very driven. He was here today to make an exchange and since he knew he didn't have exactly the amount of Ryo he needed he could just have to put up what he had and hoped for the best. He greeted the man working the register with a respectful wave, he didn't even need to say what he was here for, he just pointed to it and once it was sitting on the counter waiting for him, he began to empty his pockets. First Ryo, then his lower ranked crafting tools, and then his lower ranked crafting materials. Hopefully that would cover the expenses.

It was like being at the gates of heaven and seeing paradise from the outside, unable to touch it. He was so close to having enough. He still had weapons he could trade in and even a couple expensive items if things really got bad, hell, he would sell the clothes on his back and walk out naked if that was what it took to get what was waiting on him on that counter. The craftsman at the register flashed him a wicked grin, anxious to see how far he would go for new tools, ready to judge how dedicated he was to being a master craftsman. Barter and trading was their favorite game to play in any crafting establishment but Sen was normally able to pay in full. The man behind the counter relished the opportunity to play with one of the youngest Takumi he knew, whom also happened to be a ninja from Hidden Stone. Curious about what more the young man could offer to settle his debt.

As he scanned his mental system of inventory he tried to come up with the most efficient method of trade. He wanted to get his new tools without having to put up anything of significant value. Things like ninja wire and kunai were critical and all, but he was very close to the come village and he was still owed payment for various C-rank missions he'd completed, there was nothing he would get rid of now that he couldn't easily replace later. Unfortunately, he hadn't had very many side weapons to get rid of to begin with. Add in the fact that weren't of any great value and add in again that he'd used some of the most valuable ones he had. Between what he could trade in from his packs he would still owe at least 1,000 Ryo. There was one item in his possession that would cover the rest of the price of the tools and new materials and then some. In fact, he had two items that would do it, but one of the said items possessed value beyond what it was worth in Ryo and if he traded it in buying a new one wouldn't hold up to the value of the one he had now. That made his choice on which accessory to get rid of for the moment a little easier, it was his Tracker. He didn't want to get rid of it, but he really needed those new tools, he couldn't stop thinking about them. So it was with a reluctant face that he began rummaging through the inside of his jacket, discreetly reaching for yet another item.[/blockquote]

I wondered where I was within this mysterious land. I hated being lost, it proved I wasn't really ready to travel abroad. My legs, were worn from the long travel, I could feel the muscles in my leg tighten in pain. I tried to shrug off the pain but it was no use, I needed to stop somewhere quickly or else I would pass out within these extremely hot lands. I brought my hand out of my white hakama, and began to wipe the miniscule sweat which dripped from my obsidian brow.

I hated this damned sun, for once I wished it wouldn't shine so kishi damn much. My yellow optics, had searched and analyzed this volcanic area with great dismay there didn't seem to be anything around. I was pissed off even more to the point I irrationally picked up a rock and threw it in any direction. My eyes laid upon the direction the rock was thrown, there seemed to be a bar like building in that direction. I immediately thought it was and illusion but I began to run towards it anyway even if it was I needed something.

Several Minutes Later

I had finally reached the bar, and to my amazement it was real. The wood against my hands felt great because I was consumed with and amazing feeling. I knew as soon as I walked in I would be cooled down, even if it was only slightly I welcomed it. I waited a few moments still touching the wooden double doors before entering. I was greeted with some what of a sale already taking place within this bar type set up. My ears where graced with the words of what seemed to be the bar keep.

It would seem some unlucky bastard tried to get some sort of expensive drink. I receded my earlier thoughts when I began to look around the place I had just walked into. The place was stocked with everything imaginable, it was some sort of general store and I was lucky enough to find it. I proceeded towards the counter, my steps slow and tedious as not to rush upon the situation before me. As I was no close enough to examine the contents of the counter, that was when it became apparent they were some sort of tools.

It looked like this was a transaction to buy tools for some sort of work and from the power of the tools ~ Weaponry. I was excited for the fact I might be able to manipulate this guy into making me some powerful weaponry. I ruffled through my hakama and brought a large some of mone, yet I put the majority of it back leaving me with 8,000 ryo still in my hands.

" Excuse me but I would like to resolve this little transaction, I am in need of someone with skill in the arts of creation. I am in need of a weapon of great texture,style, and has skill shown within every little piece of molten metal it was shaped from. "

I smiled before I started again since I knew I had gotten this guy in a corner.

"I would gladly give the money to the person who would create such and item for me. Hehehe "

He reacted faster than any civilized person should have and the moment the other girl, or guy, offered Ryo in exchange for a sword he didn't need to hear anymore. He quickly snatched the Ryo and slammed it down on the table in defiance of the older Craftsman who seemed to be drooling over the prospect of Sen selling off one of his more expensive belongings.

"Better luck next time old man. Give this guy back his change." From the corner of his eyes however Sen had to do a double take to confirm that it really was a guy and in it only took a second, but it was still a challenging second none the less. Those are pretty feminine clothes for a guy and normally I'd say the makeup alone make him a woman, regardless of his sex. The facial features are pretty ambitious too. But no, that's a dude. This place is packed it's own ass full of weapons and tools to make more weapons. Only a female warrior would knowingly step into this place. The fact that he asked for a sword meant he could be a female warrior but no kunoichi or samurai lady would come in dressed that way. A woman who wore such clothes wouldn't be caught dead in this place. Which means... a guy.

Packing away his new tools and materials the Genin's expression was one stoic approval. He was felt like he'd dodged a bullet in not having so sell his Tracker. The damn sell back reduction had killed him. It if weren't for this guy showing up he might not have been able to get the damn tools without selling everything he had on his person. The important part though was that he got the tools he wanted and the materials he needed to get started using those tools. He relaxed as he watched the older Takumi fill a pouch with the leftover Ryo and hand it back to the other genin, with a satisfied grin on his face.
