Fearless. Intimidation is impossible as perennial self-esteem takes its place within the cognition of Fusion's own mind. Granted, the history of the Uchiha tragic and lamentable as it may be, engraves an impassioned opinion of his culture that grants the utmost respect unto those few that remain in it; good or evil. This is the generating power behind Fusion's confidence. Life is filled with obstacles, it is the overcoming of these obstacles that empower a human being to be the best that he or she can be. In Fusion's opinion, confidence is not looking upon another for the answer, or weighing other peoples ideas upon your own to exact the perfect balance of thought. No, confidence is a self-discovered answer that is singularly true to oneself. This shinobi does not look upon others in hopes of finding himself, but looks within himself to discover who he is, who he should be and all that he can and will be. Parallel to this, he finds that confidence can easily shapeshift into arrogance when outwardly expressed and is therein poisoned -corrupted from its original quality. True confidence is stored within, and not a display in the hope to impress. Fusion is equipped with an unwavering confidence unto himself that fuels an aspiration –alike many others –to one day become a renowned legend of Kumogakure. His confidence is not defined by the recognition from the outside or being known by his peers for these qualities, but rather an inward understanding of who he is and the ability to express and live in it. Unlike self-righteous egomaniacs, Fusion manages to elude the life of the hopelessly self-absorbed and differs from it by respecting all walks of life no matter the contrast to his own. A rather whimsical nature was bestowed upon the Uchiha as his ability to laugh is comparable to few. Kuki, although careful with his words, appears to be without care with his uncontrolled laugh, and a bar stool mentality if in the appropriate time and place. Though, he is not necessarily the outspoken comic: that one jester who conquers the attention of near everyone in the room just to crack a joke to explore the laughs of the crowd. Never; far from it to be exact. Hitokage has a more refined, dry sense of humor, feverishly looking to please himself with a laugh rather than you. Poking fun even, could be his sport of comedy, but all in good nature no doubt. Though his comments may at times seem sharp and crude, it is but a reflection of his colorful side that displays a much softer angle to the dedicated Uchiha. Lest you forgot, humor travels a short distance when carrying out the duties of Kumogakure. His roaring guffaw and his sharp as daggers humor can vanish as swift and as quietly as smoke in a night's sky.

The phrase "Live and Let Die" summarizes Uchiha Fusion as a whole. A common misconception is that the Uchiha is lacking in idea or thought due to his tendency to avoid controversial subjects and his go-with-the-flow nature. This could not be further than the truth, however. It is not the lack of opinion but rather a choice to refrain from interfering with a movement that has already been set in motion. His own personal choice to neglect voicing his opinion, not lack thereof an opinion. This is where his True Neutral alignment is tangibly revealed. Though he may see it more ethical to spare the man's life, he would rather let the man die by another hand than create a disturbance in the flow of decisions already made by raising his own hand to interject. If one feel's strongly enough to act upon a matter, good or evil, the Uchiha says "Live and Let Die". He weighs the two options in his mind, but will not differ from a decision if he finds it advantageous. The grounds of good and evil don't phase him, as long as the decision is beneficial to him the Uchiha will agree. What is advantageous in the moment is what he truly cares most about; anything other than what is most effective or efficient is senseless semantics and do not matter, period.

Physiological

Crafted and designed as a true work of art, Uchiha Fusion walks amongst the crowd with feline grace; a rogue being. His steps are agile and silent upon all terrain. Provided his alias being "Kuki" translated to Stalker, his subtlety is largely in part due to his body type. Lightweight, quick and shadow-like, his ability to shift through a crowd undetected is second to none. However, his agility does not create a lack of strength. In fact, he acquires power as impressively as his stealth. Well versed in TaiJutsu, Fusion is a bonafide prodigy.

Flowing white hair contrasts his shadowy skin tone. A sinister feeling is projected by his appearance, but don't let that fool you for his charm and lightheartedness are complete opposites to his appearance. The old saying "never judge a book by its cover" could not be more accurate in Kuki's regard, for Fusion's eerie appearance is overridden by his nonchalant, carefree attitude. Draped in a dark green robe, his attire fits his subtlety. With it, he is able to slip in and out of the shadows unseen or unheard, and carries his gear silently as a cloud in the night sky.

  Special: Shunpo is a high-speed movement in which the user travels in a linear fashion from one point to another. Usually facilitated with some sort of distraction (smoke bomb, explosion, or something of that nature to obscure one's vision), the user of the Shunpo can, in some cases, appear to have simply teleported from one location to another. The user can Shunpo once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunpo.
  Description: Shunpo, a Taijutsu master's response to the Body Flicker Technique, relies solely on the user's ability to harness their inner ki and gain enough stamina to withstand the sudden strain imposed on one's legs. However, once properly trained, the Taijutsu Type will find their legs moving at speeds unknown to common man, to the point most would make the foolish mistake of assuming one is using Shunshin. However, unlike that chakra inspired run, Shunpo is pure stamina and movement skill, allowing for tighter, quicker, and more reactionary movements essential for someone that relies on movement. Although Shunpo itself moves in a single line, its many variations is what makes it so lethal.

Only chakra sensing methods will be able to discern the faux presentation, but everything moves so fast the opponent is often left without time to react, turning them quickly into a victim.

Special: In order to unlock each stage, the user must experience an extreme life-threatening situation, in which the Player Character's life is clearly in danger, as approved by a Lead Moderator, in the form of a mini-event equal to the rank of the eye one wishes to obtain.. All new characters will start with a dormant Sharingan; transfers and continued characters may begin with further stages, but must meet the event requirement stated in the previous post!
Description: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. This doujutsu gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it with ease, depending on the level of development reached within the eye. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe, comma like shapes of pure ebony that exist in perfect symmetry around the pupil. Only under the influence of extreme stress will the Sharingan evolve, and only after the user has endlessly trained their eye will its true skill come forth.

  Description: The very first form of the Sharingan, once its true powers are unlocked. With only one tomoe, the eye itself is still very immature and lacking in any of its real powers, but it can nonetheless excell much more than any normal human eye can in battle. At this stage, the Uchiha begins to see the truth behind illusions, as well as gain a brief understanding of whatever movements are coming at them.

While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra, as well as lingering traces of foreign chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

  Description: The first stage of the Eight Gates, the Gate of Opening (開門, Kaimon) is located in the brain, and upon activation, releases the brain's restraints, allowing full power usage of the body's muscles. Unlocking this gate allows the user to use extremely strong techniques, such as the Iron Fist's Frontal Lotus.

  Description: Standard Tenjouken technique. A technique that stresses speed. Whether a punch or a kick, the user aims to attack using the shortest path to the enemy--that is, a jab in a straight line as opposed to a hook, or a lower-body kick as opposed to an upper-body one. The "shortest path" changes with every movement, giving this technique a unique versatility.

  Special: Blocks 'C-rank' taijutsu attacks and below, whilst attacking in the same motion for 'C-rank' damage.
  Description: When fighting against another Taijutsu user, Tenjouken users find that the best defense is in a good offense. That is, when they are put on the defense, they instead attack. When moving to guard an attack, instead of simply blocking or swatting the attack away, they strike at the body of the incoming attack in order to stop it (i.e. if a punch is coming, instead of swatting it away, the user will strike at the forearm or elbow of the incoming punch, thereby deflecting and attacking at the same time). If a weapon is used, they attempt to close in and strike at the body holding the weapon.

• Chouzan (Ruined Blossoms)

  Type: Offensive / Taijutsu

  Stamina: Mid
  Special: Starts with two kicks. Each time retrained adds another kick, to a max of seven.
  Description: A rapid set of kicks, performed in the same amount of time it takes to kick a single time. These kicks can vary from thrusting, to roundhouses, to front kicks, so long as they do not spin the user's body (i.e. spinning hook kick).

• Hien (Flight of the Swallow)

  Type: Supplementary / Taijutsu
  Range: Self
  Stamina: Mid
  Special: Allows the user to change momentum and jump in midair, and adds a 150% speed boost to the second jump. Can be used once per jump, plus one more each time retrained.
  Description: By kicking against the air and utilizing chakra similar to the way it is used when walking on water, the user is able to "double jump." This can be used in any direction, for a second upward boost, to alter momentum midair to avoid an attack, or even upwards to plummet to the ground with a boost of momentum.

• Eraikatsu (Great Divide)
  Rank: B
  Type: Offensive / Taijutsu
  Range: Self
  Stamina: High
  Special: Sends the target approximately 10 meters into the air, depending on the weight of the opponent. Knock up distance increases by 5 each time retrained.
  Description: Most of all, this technique utilizes the practitioner's immense flexibility. When forced into a situation in which kicks are unusable (i.e. the opponent is so close, extending the leg is impossible), this can come as a surprise. Instead of kicking out, the user literally kicks up, causing them to do a "vertical splits." This kick is usually aimed at the chin, and can send an opponent rocketing upwards into the air.
